Mr. Voss is by fair an amazing attorney. He takes the time to a actually hear your concerns without interrupting you, which is very uncommon in these kind of situations. He doesn’t take your money then tells you “ I can’t seem to help”. He is a legit human being and understands the difficulty of being a divorce parent. I would highly recommend Mr. Voss. He’s helped me through a couple of rough bumps in the road and I couldn’t be more happy with the results of his feedback and hard work. I can’t forget to add the most important part! He took a phone call on a personal day and that alone spoke the passion he has for his career. Very much appreciate Voss! You’ve changed my life in ways you can’t imagine and I thank you very much.

Reed rescued me from a very legal situation that began when my ex wife refused to pay the debt she incurred by stealing my identity and then not making the payments on the credit cards she had gotten in my name. She agreed to pay these in our divorce decree. After almost 20 years of attempted garnishment of my income, he ended this for me, and brought me closure. Case closed. He's amazing! After being told by several attorneys that I had no hope of ever having these stop, he had them stopped in a very short time, and now I have peace knowing they will never come after me again for debt that was never mine to begin with. I would recommend him to anyone. He's very kind, understanding, and thinks outside of the box.

My husband and I first worked with Ben Conner years ago. Before we met Ben, the idea of developing a Trust, Wills and other legal documents was overwhelming. Ben explained how he works through the process of preparing the right documents for his clients and why each document adds the protections his clients need. He put our minds at ease as he answered every question thoroughly and patiently, in language and with examples, that someone without a law degree could understand. Ben listened to our needs and concerns, then discussed our options. Ben used his many years of experience practicing estate law, to include protections we had not known about. He made sure we were educated on and understood estate law as it would impact us, so we could make well informed decisions. As with our Trust, Ben guided us through decisions for our Living Wills and Medical Powers of Attorney documents. Making end-of-life decisions for our documents was uncomfortable, difficult, and daunting and Ben made sure we understood and were comfortable with each decision. This past year, my husband unexpectedly became terminally ill. I learned how important and complete each document Ben had prepared was. My husband’s Medical Power of Attorney and Living Will provided his final wishes, directives and care decisions. The head of the hospital’s Pallative and Hospice Care Department commented that these documents were the best written and most complete she had ever seen. Knowing my husband’s wishes, allowed me to get through the most difficult day of my life. Because we had followed Ben’s recommendation to title our assets into the Trust, I was saved an incredible amount of time, frustration and money after my husband passed. When we worked with Ben many years ago to write our documents, I never could have imagined how important they were going to be. I am now updating my Trust and other documents with Ben. As before, his knowledge of estate law is comprehensive and his approach, leadership, compassion and caring make me confident my updated documents will again be exceptional legal work. I chose Ben to update my own documents due to my trust in his ability, the respect I have for his work and my personal experience of needing the full scope of Ben’s excellent documents. I would highly recommend Ben Connor to everyone. In fact, I recommended Ben to my sister who is currently working with him on her Trust and important documents.

Under extreme stress and time constraints (hours) with complex tax issues, Penniann made the time to talk to me, gave me sound advice, and didn't make me feel like an idiot. She was clear, and concise and could discern the issues plaguing me without me being able to articulate them clearly. Conversing with her gave me hope, and reduced my blood pressure and heart rate.

Dear Penny. Where to start, I came from a family that the Patriarch makes the decision (right or wrong deception or not). I contacted Penny some sixteen months ago when my brother showed up at my home with a codicil. I was told my mother had a trust in 2010 this was a complete falsehood. He had pilfered my mothers accounts created a mortgage on her paid for home and sold our family cabin. During which I was never told of any of these transaction (remember I as a woman am not allowed to question). When I found Penny she was so understanding and took my case to protect my interests and my mothers legacy. She is a fighter not intimidated by the court system or the family that represent those that mean you harm. I was most impressed that she was always available and responded even on vacation with her family. Another example: her daughter was in collage and a close friend had passed away, she picked up her phone to take my call (above and beyond the call of duty) yet still comforted her daughter. They don't make people like that anymore (remember I said people not just lawyer) Oh she's a lawyer,someone you can trust to always be there and prepared, and have the ability to explain the complex legal system for myself and husband to understand. I strongly think if you are in my position you should speak to her, before you are deceived by conviction that program you for failure (to be subservient) you deserve answers. Penny will get them! . We are indebted for your concern, caring, dependability, but most of all your caring and compassion. My husband and I met with Todd for our estate planning. He took the time to sit down with us, get to know us personally, answer any questions we had, and recommend what was best for our situation. He was not only very knowledgeable, but very caring and honest about what we needed. The week after we signed our documents, my husband was diagnosed with terminal cancer. Had we not listened to Todd's recommendations and put things in place, we would have missed out on some very crucial planning opportunities that would not be available to us following the diagnosis. In the process of visiting with doctors and other advisors, there multiple people who commented on the high quality of work Todd did for us. It took a lot of stress out of our situation, knowing we had all the necessary documents in place, and done by someone we trust. I highly recommend Todd!

I just settled a social security disability claim winning full benefits. Gayle was the only person interested in handling the case. We did everything long distance and did not even have to meet with the Administrative Law Judge. That's how good her pre-appointment submission was. Kimberly helped us set up the right kind of estate plan for our family, and at a great price. She followed a very efficient 3-step process: 1) helped us brainstorm what we wanted, 2) drafted the appropriate documents, and 3) met with us in person throughout the process to answer questions and help us get the kind of estate plan we wanted. This process helped us avoid sinking a ton of time into the planning, and gave us plenty of opportunity to make sure it was arranged just the way our family needed. Very highly recommended!

I wanted a lawyer who specialized in estate planning and writing living trusts. I interviewed two candidates and I chose to work with Mr. Eliason because he explained (on a yellow note pad), what a living trust entailed and how it was going to work. I felt like I was meeting with a country lawyer, who had my best interest in mind and didn't try to "up sell" me something I didn't want. I give him the highest rating because he explained everything to me in language I could understand, answered all my questions promptly and gave me very easy to understand instructions on what I needed to provide him (papework). He even called another state's recording office to get information he needed, so we didn't have to do more work. Lonnie also demonstrated that he had done this task many times before, so he wasn't going to give us anything we didn't need, and his fees were very reasonable. I would highly recommend him for your estate planning needs and make sure you bring your best smile because he also smiles a lot and means it.

I highly recommend Alison Bond. Alison has taken the frustration out of my very stressful divorce/custody situation. I had been divorced for many years but continued to have many court encounters with my previous husband. Alison was able to take the tension out of my situation and give me relief from the burdens I had been dealing with for many years. Alison is a great attorney. Although my case had jurisdictional issues, this was not her fault. My case not going the direction I wanted had absolutely nothing to do with Alison's competency. It was merely situational and beyond anyone's control. She is honest and upfront, something you don't see much of in attorneys. Her office staff is very pleasant. They take time to answer questions and seem very knowledgeable about the law and the court system in Utah. If I ever have a case that can be heard or needs to be heard in a Utah court, I will definitely use Alison again.

He was very thorough and helpful with putting together my trust. My husband had just passed away at age 36 and I was in no way able to plan for the worst in case something happened to me. Tyler walked me through it and made all the arrangements to get my trust finalized. He even assisted with some checks that came in my husband's name that I was unable to deposit since his name was no longer on my account. I would highly recommend him and if I EVER need legal services again I will definitely use him. He even helped answer some contractual law questions I had for my son. For which he never charged me for. He is great.

I contacted Tyler last year to do a living trust, to me it seemed very complex because I am a business owner, property owner and have various other assets like cars and equipment. Tyler to all the time needed to explain how the trust works and and options that I should consider, the end result is what I consider a highly professional family trust that puts my mind at ease knowing this was done by a lawyer who not only specializes in wills and trusts but truly cares that it is done properly. Tyler is very "hands on", no dealing with a paralegal here.
