I am extremely grateful that Attorney Eric Skidmore agreed to step in to replace my original divorce counsel. The case had been ongoing several years when it was dropped by Summit County, and my husband then filed for divorce in another state. Eric had plenty of work to do. My husband had secured a divorce very much in his favor outside of Ohio. Eric filed on my behalf in the Ninth District Court of Appeals and fought successfully to allow my divorce case to reopen in Summit County. If you are up a creek without a paddle then look no further than Mr. Tim McKinzie, the head honcho of McKinzie and Associates! When my young child's father needed an attorney to represent him in a malicious, emotionally draining, and on-going custody battle because I left him, his choice in retaining Tim made perfect sense! Tim is more famous locally for his dedication to getting those charged with criminal acts (multiple DUIs, assault, etc.) off as easy as possible as to not be accountable for their actions. In THIS case, however, his versatility was really spotlighted as he proudly used every scare tactic and humiliation method against me to unlawfully and unethically produce a "win" for his client. This display was unparalleled in that he showed literally no compassion, no understanding, and had no interest in my responses to his client's accusations, but rather mercilessly drilled me to tears until I was almost forced to just "take what I could get". If you are in need of a lawyer that will have to violate any and/or all standards and ethical codes to get you the results you want, Tim is your man! He even personally reached out to me via letter to please contact him with questions or concerns! I did and he got back to me promptly but I think he may have been having cramps or something because he very rudely hung up on me 30 seconds into conversation for asking him a question. He did inform me that was not how "things worked" first, so I even was given free legal advice! Thanks Tim, for keeping the stereotype of cutthroat law alive!

Tony is amazing! I needed a lawyer and fast! I got his number from a friend of mine around 8:30pm and after I texted, he called right back! I had a court date the very next morning, first thing at 9a.m. and he said he would be there at 8:45a.m. He was there right on the dot! I was so nervous and scared and he was able to make me feel extremely comfortable while even being able to make me laugh! He went above and beyond to help me this day and for that I will be forever grateful!!!! He has saved my life! Tony has not only helped me but basically saved my life several times over the last two years. He always comes through and is very knowledgeable on all things regarding the law. When we were done everything was fixed but what still, so we told him that we would come back the next morning with a brand new toilet and fix it, he wrote us the check for our work that we did and then before we even got back to fix the second he canceled that check and when we returned in the morning he demanded of get off his property and screamed and cussed and just was very disrespectful needless to say he ripped us off the work that was done it got a bunch of work done for free! I posted this on Facebook also and had someone reply saying that he ripped off his clients and his workers so obviously we're not the first ones he ripped off! Not professional at all 💯💯💯

Bradley sent me multiple letters within a week span on behalf of his client, but was unable to explain the reason why he was contacting me. He did a very poor job of responding to emails and voicemails, and when I was able to reach him he was unable to answer very direct questions about why he had sent multiple letters. It has been well over a year and still no explanation from Bradley or his client about why I was sent threatening letters.

Mr. Wallace was my Childs G.A.L on a case. Our attorney was advising to plea instead of taking it to trial. Mr. Wallace drove over 2 hours to go over our case and show us the evidence. We decided to take our case to trial and WON thanks to Mr. Wallace. He is down to earth and very easy to talk to and we never had a problem getting ahold of him. FRAUD ALERT!!!!!!!
I was initially very pleased with my case, so much so that I referred many others to this firm.
I began to receive emails with personal information regarding another clients case. When my bill came charges pertaining to the other client were on my bill. I had to call the office weekly from 9/18 to 12/18 to have the charges of approximately $250 that had nothing to do with my case and have the money that was due me returned to me.I spoke with several people from the office who made several false promises to handle it for me every week.
Not one person in the office was the least bit professional or knowledgeable on billing or on how to handle removing the other clients charges. I stopped by the office to check the status of my bill being corrected and was told that stopping by was rude and unnecessary. After finally being feed up I sent a long heart felt email pleading with the firm to remove the other clients charges and return to me the remainder of my retainer because my case was closed. I received a call from Tracy stating the charges were removed and my check was ready. On my lunch I went to get the check and to my surprise they finally removed the $250 in charges that weren't mine but added over $600 in charges they claim to have missed over 8 months ago.
I'm the type of person who never likes to complain, but if I can help another single parent of being robbed of her hard earned cash I feel like I have done my job.
