Attorney Noll and her team represented me for both my custody agreement and subsequent child support filing. When I say her and her team are the absolute best, I mean it! I had partial custoday of my childern and she helped me get 50/50 custoday when my kids mother was being extremely difficult. Heidi answered all my questions and helped me navigate what all I needed to do. After successful completion of the custody agreement she suggested I file support against my ex. I agreed and was astonished at how much I was owed in the 50/50 agreement. I never would have imagined the outcome but Heidi ran circles around my ex's lawyer and fought for every dollar during the conference. I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs council in these matters!!!!!

Briana Gaumer was not my first attorney. I had hired two attorneys previously to handle my custody case, neither gaining any positive result, and, in fact, my situation as a father worsened exponentially over time, even with the representation I had. At the height of battle and during the worst of times, I started another new search for the representation my children and I desperately needed, and like a Godsend, I came across Briana Gaumer, who, from the start of our very first talk during consultation, took charge of this matter in a way no one else had. Neither of my former attorneys, nor any other I consulted, had the kind, intelligent, confident, understanding spark that Ms Gaumer exhibited during that initial consultation. Custody battles are emotionally charged experiences, and they're not easy to navigate with a cool head for most. Myself being of no exception to this, Briana was able to hear my whole story and then communicate confidently what needed to be done, via her role and mine, with her "trust my process" mentality, that for the first time in years, I was finally able to feel like I had a competent attorney on my side with a plan, an attitude, and the intent to get things done. And I thank God that I did decide to bet on her.. I have unfortunately had to work/consult with various child custody lawyers in this area, and attorney Gaumer is hands down the best. I would recommend her above any other if you are looking for a compassionate, professional, skillful and tactful lawyer to go to bat for you. After an expensive consult with one of the "top" lawyers in this area, I left crying. I then had a 15-minute free consult with attorney Gaumer and knew I found the right person to represent me. I had a frivolous petition filed against me, with many false accusations, in an attempt to obliterate my parenting skills; I was livid, hurt, and fearful about what was to come out of it. Attorney Gaumer handled it with greater competency than a previous experienced lawyer in the area, and I got the outcome that I was hoping for to ensure a healthy upbringing for my daughter between two households.
Anyone going through a custody battle knows how emotionally traumatic it can be; attorney Gaumer was a voice of reason during a difficult time, and I felt so much calmer with her in my corner. She is personable, empathetic, easy to get a hold of, and you feel at ease in her presence. Though she leaves a friendly and warm impression, this is not to be mistaken with softness! She may be a younger, but if I were one of the more "experienced" attorneys in this area, I would certainly be intimidated by this up-and-coming attorney's integrity and strategic brilliance. She truly cares about what she is doing and puts great effort into her work.
I hope to not rely on an attorney for many more years to come, but in the event that my case ends up back in court, I am definitely going straight to attorney Gaumer. She is amazing!

Attorney Gaumer wasn’t my first attorney I went to. I went to another attorney and got the run around for 2 months. But, I can tell you, she will definitely be my last. Attorney Gaumer is very professional in every sense of the word. The first day I walked into her office for a consultation, I knew immediately she was the attorney I needed. She went in and took charge and did exactly what was needed to be done. Attorney Gaumer is a no- nonsense attorney. She works very hard for you, she would make mention on how she felt things might go, and things always worked out. She wasn’t just there to help, but she really cared about the outcome because of me. She represented me with everything she had, in fact I would endearingly call her my pit bull. Attorney Gaumer was very prompt in returning emails and phone calls. If she wasn’t able to call, she wouldn’t leave me hanging, she would send an email to let me know, and when she was available to call. The staff was very helpful, pleasant and always took care of things I needed. I am not surprised after seeing what kind of an attorney, Attorney Gaumer is. I can see why she was asked to be a partner. If you need legal advice she is definitely the best choice.

This group is a very positive thinking group of Attorney's. Pleasant to be around. We were looking for an Attorney for Grandparent Rights. Called Ian. We went to court for the visitation rights. Our situation escalated very quickly emotionally. Mike stepped in to push for our time deserved with our grandchild and to push it farther. Escalated to a situation once again on a holiday morning. When using a Criminal lawyer, the one thing required is a professional who knows the job, explains the scenario, offers the best options and does not lie. Also the main factor is that the lawyer has to be prompt and truthful when it comes to answering back.
In every scenario, Kathryn Roberts, Esquire stands out as a Lawyer par excellence. She fights for you, believes in you and tells you upfront what to expect. She got me out of a bad situation and is very responsive and caring. She understands your emotions and handles things very efficiently. Goes through every little bit of information, however miniscule it might seem and even reprimands and scolds you if you make a mistake.
She fought hard and did exactly as she promised avoiding a criminal charge and even a fine. She fought for me every step of the way and believed in me, which was a blessing. I trusted her and she upheld my trust. Warning don’t call this firm for any reason I don’t even know how they have 41/2 star ratings. This man by the name of Miguel is so disrespectful. I called him and he put the phone down on me before I could even finish telling him the reason for my call. I called back again another time and he refused to let me get a word in.

Does not stand up for the children in the Juvenile Dependency system. Goes against a child's best interest, doesn't worry about their mental health and overall well being. Is overworked as a GAL and sides with CPS doesn't care to place children with Kinship over foster care. Would rather make the tax payers pay to lock kids up and keep them from family. Cruel world behind the closed doors of the JD system that no one sees. I do not expect retaliation for this review against my family that is currently involved with CPS.

Instead she gets her knowledge from her friends at cys over lunch and then assumes her “client” will just give away her kid Bc she says it is in the best interest. No no no! Does not stand up for the children in the Juvenile Dependency system. Goes against a child's best interest, doesn't worry about their mental health and overall well being. Is overworked as a GAL and sides with CPS doesn't care to place children with Kinship over foster care. Would rather make the tax payers pay to lock kids up and keep them from family. Cruel world behind the closed doors of the JD system that no one sees. I do not expect retaliation for this review against my family that is currently involved with CPS.

This woman is paid for by the county to represent parents regarding cys involvement. She has no background info from the parents Bc she puts in no effort to return phone calls. Instead she gets her knowledge from her friends at cys over lunch and then assumes her “client” will just give away her kid Bc she says it is in the best interest. No no no! Terrible attorney I don’t know how you sleep at night. How many kids did u help cys steal from loving but vulnerable low income families?
