To say I had a complicated divorce would be the understatement of the century. Yet Brent took my case head on and fought harder than any attorney I had used prior to him. He always made sure to listen, hone in on the details and actually take action. His knowledge of the law is impeccable and in one particular instance, within two days of hiring him at that, he used that knowledge of the law to stop a situation happening.
Even after moving hours away now, I will never use another lawyer again. I truly mean that.
If you need someone GOOD and that actually cares in your corner, HE is the guy. 10/10 recommend!!!!

I know in my heart that anyone looking for a criminal defense attorney in the Amarillo area is not going to find a more honest, to the point, no BS, attorney than Dennis Boren. I have a prior conviction in New York, and Texas wanted to enhance the penalty, so it was absolute that i was going back to prison. I found Mr. Abbott to be very professional during the course of my divorce process. He is a no-nonsense person who is very upfront about what to expect during this emotionally painful undertaking. He was also very compassionate and caring about the dissolution of my marriage. His staff was more than willing to help with any questions that I might have had and they responded quickly to my inquiries. The cost was more than fair as well. Todd was very diligent with my case and was able to get me a great deal with a prosecutor very unwilling to give me any breaks. He knows the system well and was able to use that for my advantage. He communicated with me about my case and helped me understand what would happen. He is very direct and straightforward which helped me not be as anxious about what would happen with my case. I recently hired Todd to represent me on a criminal case. I thought I was just going to have to go in a plead guilty and take my punishment but Todd looked at the case and realized some problems with it. He was able to get a plea offer from the DA for a lower offense. I was able to plead to that for probation and no jail time. Way better that I expected.
Todd always returned my calls and was quick to answer text messages for any questions I had.
Hopefully I won't need to but I would hire him again no question.

I called this man from Houston Tx and he stayed on the phone with me through everything and gave the plausible outcome of could happen went over the family law with me concerning what im trying to pursue!! I would recommend him just from our phone call! Im retaining him the second i get to amarillo!!! He pulled all the facts and everything with right on the phone. Most lawyers rush u off the phone to come in and pay for a consultation he didnt. He reviewed everything right away and has very reasonable pricing!

If you are going or planning on going thru a divorce, this is the guy. He keeps the clients needs at the forefront of his decisions and works hard to get the divorce settled. He will take it to trial if he has to but understands how expensive and emotionally draining a trial can be on the client and the children involved. He is one of the most expensive per hour lawyers but worth every dollar, especially in contested divorces. One thing nice about his billing is he does not charge for little crap like most lawyers do. He got me custody of my kids and that is not the easiest thing when you are a man. If your divorce is non-contested, he is probably not worth the investment unless there is a high dollar value of estates. As far as I am concerned, he is the best divorce lawyer in Texas. One thing I am sure some of his clients cannot handle is his bluntness. He tells it like it is which I appreciated. I would not even consider another attorney in the future.

I have called this law firm no less than 4 times, every time I am told I will receive a call back the next day and never do. I even met one of his staff while she was campaigning and knocked on my door. I believe she was a junior attorney, we spoke at length and she assured me I would receive a call, never once did this attorney or his partner ever call back. I do not understand the lack of professionalism, ever when referred by a colleague. You would be much better off spending your time speaking to a qualified attorney vs waiting for someone to call you back that never does.

I am deeply disappointed with the legal services provided by Len Walker. Throughout our engagement, there was a consistent failure to communicate, with emails and calls ignored completely for six entire months before we chose to sever our partnership. This lack of responsiveness created unnecessary stress and left us uninformed about crucial case updates.
In addition, Len demonstrated a shocking lack of professionalism. He made no attempts to hide his bias towards his clients, would refuse to communicate with anyone involved in the situation, and left us hurt and confused about where the legal process stood. Attempts to address these concerns were met with dismissiveness and indifference.
Overall, Len displayed a concerning and disgusting disregard for client satisfaction and basic responsibilities associated with legal representation. I strongly caution against engaging his services, as my experience suggests a severe deficiency in professionalism and communication. Seek representation elsewhere to avoid unnecessary frustration and disappointment.
