I was going through a divorce while pregnant which then turned into a more difficult situation with a custody case as well. During this all Felicia was beyond helpful, useful and very honest in telling me what to expect. She was attentive and reasonable.
I had a friend going through a divorce during the same period and we would compare notes and my attorney was by far the best out of both and I did end up in fact with the outcome I wanted and expected while my friend did not.

I was let go from a previous job in a rather messy fashion. So messy, that many lawyers weren't even interested in the case. When the mess extended and overturned my unemployment benefits, the lawyer I had previously hired stopped representing me. With the deadline to appeal looming within only a week, I was at the end of my rope. Then, I was put in touch with Jeffrey Varszegi.
Jeffrey worked tirelessly, before even deciding whether he should take my case. He didn't have much experience in unemployment law, had to review the load of technicalities and documentation I provided, and had little time to decide whether or not he could defend me to the utmost. Peter helped me with a DUI case. He helped me every step of the way and always let me know what was going on. There were 8 charges against me and over the course of a year he got every single charge dropped. When it came time to face the OUI charge, we requested a jury trial. The police department did not stand a chance peter dismantled every argument they had and it was the best showcasing of a lawyer's skills i have ever seen. Because of Peter the jury found me innocent. I would hire peter for ANY legal trouble, not just criminal defense. Next time i need him i will call and I cant reccomend him enough.

Paul completely lied to my mother, with 4 kids. He made us homeless !!! He lied about moving my mom into a house to sell a house we were living in That paul, owned , paul made her sign papers ,saying we will be out for a week or so and he will move us in to another house. He had no plans of doing so !!! I wouldn’t trust him at all !!! such a fake person He plays a good game be careful untrustworthy!!! I wouldn’t trust him with anything !!! I was given Mr. Hranitz name by the MA ABA. We discussed the possibility of representation. He did examine my case at the court. However it took well over 6 weeks to finally get a response from him. Since the court date is now less than two weeks that leaves me little time to come up with an alternative. Below is his email after I had tried to reach him on numerous occasions. All I expected was a response.
The purpose of this e-mail is to make clear that I have not agreed to represent you on any matter in the Probate and Family Courts or otherwise. While I understand you have some legal concerns, I am not available and will not be available to represent your interests. I will not consider any further communication on this topic.
If you feel that you genuinely need assistance and are unable to afford a lawyer I implore you to contact the Massachusetts Bar Association and inquire about the availability of pro bono services.
