Mr. Schaeffer came highly recommended to me, and I was very pleased with the service he provided, and the outcomes achieved. There were several times during the divorce process where I was extremely stressed, and he was able to put me at ease with his calm demeanor and confident reassurance that he had things under control.

I had a very unfortunate traffic incident several years ago in the state of Maryland. As a result, my Pennsylvania driver’s license was suspended. I had tried several other avenues to get this resolved before finding the Killian Law Firm. Each one led to either a dead end or being treated/spoken to with such disrespect and arrogance that I had almost given up on ever getting this resolved. Then I found this wonderful firm. Not only were they willing to work with me on a payment plan, but AT NO TIME did the treat me as anything other than someone who simply needed help and guidance. Their communication was quick and thorough. And their handling of my case before the Maryland Courts was exemplary. I literally cried when they called to inform me that my matter was handled. This albatross around my neck that I had carried and been ashamed of for over 5 years was no longer a problem. I approached Monica Hall as the inevitability of my divorce became evident. Monica is a seriously Good Egg. Divorce is a lousy thing no matter how you slice it. She made it a little less lousy and ultimately achieved the necessary outcome without dragging things out.
Monica has been an attorney in the Annapolis area for something like 35 years. I have known her for 10. When we decided to get to work she took a rational, practical, No BS approach as she walked me through the process. We even had a few laughs. It became quickly clear to me that she knows what works based on Law and her wisdom in the Annapolis judicial system. I came to rely on her judgement as she knew how to temper my comments in order to stay focused on a reasonable outcome.
She was professional, brutally candid, and (when needed) tough as nails.
You can't ask for more than that.

Mr. Becker helped us with setting up our business and making sure we structured our partnerships properly and advised us as to make sure we had all our bases covered. He was also there for other matters outside our business needs to help advise us with some personal legal needs as well. He has always been responsive and on top of what was needed to be done.
