I hired Cecily in the worst time of my life. My ex sued me for custody of our son and it has been an extremely difficult situation that she has been there for me and my child the whole way through. She is more than just a lawyer—she cares about doing what is right and she cares about her clients. If you hire a lawyer and do not know much about the legal system it is overwhelming but she has walked me through some of the hardest times. It has been said that she is fiery or aggressive but I see it as she stands up for her clients and what is right regardless if that is popular or not. I don’t know how things work out and if they do but I do know this much if you want an attorney that is educated and will do the right thing…it’s Cecily Skarda. It my darkest hour I chose her there was no one else for me! Call her she’s the best!

I hired Anna in Nov 2022 to handle my divorce with child custody and property division. I am so grateful I did. She and her assistant, Beth, handled my case so personably. They always answered my texts and emails. They handled my case in as timely a manner as possible. The best part was that Anna advised me not to settle for the offer I was given at mediation since it was a low ball offer. She was certain with the case presented to our particular judge that he would rule as close to a 50/50 split on property as possible. And he did. (Which I did respond to Amanda about) So I got a fine! She Keep asking for continuous for my case, which was put on me in court. Like I was trying to prolong my court date. Then send me an email telling me she hasn’t been working on my case & she was sorry! The night before I had court she had her paralegal call me to tell me she couldn’t make it to court! She had not filled any paperwork I asked her to file. Then the partner that showed up in court had no idea what was going on! Worst experience ever! Run far away from this law firm! This firm got me a $4000 fine for not responding to emails!

I hired Sol Kim years ago for my case that just ended not too long ago, but his practice area was little different from my case.He didn't care. He helped me as a translator, found another lawyer for me to work with, and they both worked tirelessly for years.

We had documents that ha to be translated from Korean to English, then all of the documents sent to the secretary of state for Apostilles on all the notarized pages. He managed to get it done in less than four days and called me that they were ready which was excellent. Meaning that we were way under the dead line for them to be filled in S. Korea. After going through a very long custody battle and using different attorney's in the process, Ms. Matney was by far the best fighter for me. Not only was she prompt in responding to my emails and calls, her knowledge for my case was superior. She new exactly what needed to be done to achieve what I wanted and knew to be best for my son. Her recommendation for an ad litem for my son was also outstanding because she new that he would be very thorough in his part of our custody case. The decision to have Trey on our side while treading through the stress of a custody dispute was one of the best decisions I have ever made. He is highly knowledgeable and informative. Brent is worth every penny he charges. A family member received a DWI and we had no idea how to proceed. My extensive online research advised to hire an attorney however when asking around everyone said not to as you are wasting your money. Brent came recommended to us by another lawyer and was the best advice we've received in a long time! He reviewed all the paperwork/videos and was VERY well prepared for court date. Mr Hall helped with my son'DWI case. The reason we hired him is because he took the time to really talk with us and get all our details. He had expirence in all roles, so he knew exactly what to look for, and he charges one fee that gets you through the whole process. We had to postpone our case for personal reasons, no problem it was taken care of just like that. Mr Hall gathered all evidence in our case. He got all recordings from police and jail for us to review. When we had our pre court meeting, he gave us a package with all documents about our case. Mr Hall was well prepared for our meeting and had found the officer did not have probable cause to stop my son and that made all evidence not useable in court. We went to court and he presented our case and my son was found not guilty. We paid no fines and his record is clear. Mr. Hall was a blessing yo our family and I can't think him enough.
