We hired Lisa for a difficult custody battle. She was attentive to our needs, wishes, and concerns throughout the entire process. We never felt like we were going through this alone, or had the aggravation of our attorney being unreachable. Several times, Lisa would return our calls during break sessions while she was in court. She even came to our house to see the home life of our children! We can not thank her enough for her help in keeping our family together!

Lisa Dennis handled my divorce and I was so happy with the outcome and how she handled it for me. I will not use anyone else in the future but her. I hired Ms. Dennis in an emergency situation. She specializes in criminal law but was very nice to take my call immediately. My mother was in a mental hospital and I needed to obtain Power of Attorney. Within hours we had the paperwork complete and filed. Had an issue with a landlord trying to wrongly evict me from my residence. Honestly was really freaking out, had no idea what to do about the entire situation. Called Asa. He gathered information about what was going on. Calmed me down. And took care of the situation. By 4 o’clock the next afternoon he had stopped the wrongful harassment and allowed me to stay in my home. Couldn’t be more thankful. Asa is a professional attorney who genuinely cares about helping individuals. 100 percent would recommend to anyone seeking legal counsel.

I typically never write reviews, but I feel this would be one to definitely help someone out in choosing the best lawyer suited for them: I consulted Asa King dealing with a ex's bankruptcy that was filed while my home was under contract to sell (ex was a co-signer on the home). This was a major conflict in selling the home, and ultimately I was left looking to find my own representation for my uncommon situation. Unfortunately, I was unaware of property liens, that complicated this situation, and had no previous experience with the bankruptcy process or the legal system. Asa was professional, respectful, resourceful, and was very patient and understanding with my situation and explaining the processes to me. He kept me updated with the process and included me in decision making processes along the way. There were a few unexpected road bumps that appeared that could not have been foreseen, and Asa went above and beyond what was expected to ensure things were taken care of. I would recommend him as a lawyer and wish I could hire him for every legal need. Prior to hiring Asa, I had spoken to my ex's attorney who had quoted me thousands of dollars to do the same thing Asa was able to do for a fraction of the cost--which was much more fairly and accurately priced. I felt at ease and trusted that he would be able to take care of my situation, which he did. A motion to the bankruptcy court was filed, an order from the judge was received within 30 days, and I was finally able to sell my home without complication. I am extremely grateful for Asa and wish nothing but the best for him and his business.

Codie represented me in a criminal case where I was charged with multiple felonies. I was looking at 2 life sentences plus a lot of years. I had a public pretender who was scared of the prosecutors. I had heard that Codie was a up and coming attorney who was young brave hard working white man who would fight for anyone and liked to win for his client, no matter black, white, Mexican and no matter how much money you got. Everyone said he great, works hard, fights for what is right, loves winning, don’t take no trash talk from prosecutor and very smooth in court. I saw Codie in court one day and he was there for somebody else case and I watched him argue for that guy, and I knew right then I had to hire this guy. Codie would not talk to me until my public pretenderwas ok woth it. The three of us sit down, and I explained my case to Codie, and my public pretender said, I got him a good offer of 20 years, he should thank about taking it. Codie looked at him funny, then looked at me n said, do not take that offer or any offer. He told me right there he could win my case. He wanted a $15,000 detainer. I did not have $15,000. I barely had $15. Me being a poor, I didn’t expect Codie to take my case without me paying what he wanted and being good. Codie said, well, I see you’re not getting the representation you deserve, so bring him my weekly checkstub and I will pay him 10% of my check each week until I pay him in full. He said he wasn’t in the business of fixing one problem (my criminal charges) and creating another at the same time (making me go broke). He told me he had two rules, one was to never lie to him about anything. The second was to trust him and don’t talk to nobody else but him. If I followed those rules, he would win my case. We go to a jury trial, and during jury picking, Codie got rid of a white male juror because the prosecutors dad had represented that juror in the past. The judge did not like Codie because he stood up for us African Americans and didn’t play by the good ol white boy system rules, and was the best lawyer I’ve ever seen. Codie is the only white male lawyer I’ve seen in Arkansas that is honest when he says he don’t care what color you are, everyone deserves quality representation. So when Codie got rid of the white man on the jury, the judge called him a backwards racist. Codie isn’t racist against nobody. We continued to with my trial an watching Codie in court was like something you would see on TV. It took the jury 15 minutes, and they came back and found me not guilty on everything. Codie hugged me like I was his brother who had just been so free. When I say the man cares about his clients and is the best lawyer I’ve seen that wasn’t in a movie, I meen it. The jury was let go, and the judge told me I was a free man, and before court was over, Codie told the judge he didn’t appreciate his calling Codie a backwards racists in front of everyone in the courtroom that morning. The judge found Codie in contempt and fined him, but Codie said, well judge I guess you finally get something to that makes you happy. We both know how you wanted this case to turn out, and you didn’t get it. Then he put his arm around my neck, and we walked out of the court. He said, he told me to trust him, and he would win my case. I trust the man 1000%. He is the best, and he don’t care what color you are or how much money you have, he fights for you and never gives up. I am married now, have two kids, and a beautiful wife. I own my own business. I would not be here today if it wasn’t for an honest hard working unbiased attorney named Codie Martin. I owe him everything. Codie was 25-0 in jury trials last I heard. I’d say if you want a lawyer with a good record, you won’t find on that is undefeated like Codie. He is great.

Top Flight attorney. Was recommended by University of Arkansas Law School professor to represent us against DHS for appeal hearing for our son. Was able to have ALJ decision overturned in district court setting a precedent to have services restored. Does his research, very well versed and excellent litigator. Exceptionally stand up guy and would highly recommend his services.

Mr. Depper was kind but firm in what I would need to do to resolve my legal issues. The first face to face meeting his confidence was apparent and his knowledge of the system was strong. I was nervous and really did not think any lawyer would care to go the distance with my family. Not only did Mr. Depper go the distance but he gave me sound advice, answered all my questions, calls, and messages regardless of how emotionally distraught or anxious I was. He is a very good listener and does his homework. I thought at the beginning of my case there was no hope and I would be railroaded by the system. With Mr. Depper there was no chance of this happening. Even when I was ready to settle for anything just to get the case closed he was still fighting for us. I had a lot of work to do and he was very up front about my responsibilities. With each step he was encouraging, and supportive. He never once backed down. Throughout the case I kept telling myself what he had told me from the very beginning. "Your case depends on how many hoops they throw at you that you are willing to jump through...with a smile on your face". I would jump again. He was right. Even if they set them on fire he was there to put it out. Strong, knowledgeable, supportive, and someone that has a good ethic. I feel privileged to have had him on my side. I was able to walk out with my chin up, and faith restored. Thank you Mr. Depper I could never have done this without you!

This summer I found myself in serious trouble and in need of legal help but had no idea how to find an attorney that would handle my type of problem. After searching and asking around, I stumbled onto the AVVO website. When I found Mr. Depper's page I noticed he had taken the time to answer more than 60 legal questions. I read his responses and I liked the way he answered people. He was very clear, to the point and helpful to those with inquiries. I contacted him via email through his website and he responded a few minutes later. When I met him in person I found his demeanor matched the person depicted in the legal responses. I learned very quickly that I did not have to explain things in a hurry to him. He listened to everything I had to say and let me explain in my own way. He carefully looked through everything I had to show him asked questions for clarification and took a lot of notes. He explained the challenges that I would be facing and explained the general process of resolving my case. He answered all of my questions and when I didn't understand something he seemed to be happy to go over it again. When I walked out of his office that day I felt a tremendous relief. I felt like he had a thorough understanding of my situation and of me as an individual. I felt blessed to have a strong advocate with a solid plan. We had three additional meetings and two phone conversations before my hearing took place. Mr. Depper stayed true to his initial character. He always answered all of my questions , he listened and did not rush me. He addressed every issue I raised by either telling me how he was handling it or making me understand why it was irrelevant. He never allowed our meetings to conclude without making certain I had no more questions. He always invited me to contact him if I had questions but that it was never necessary to contact him since he answered everything up front. When it came time to go to court he met with me and explained how the hearing would proceed. On the morning of the hearing he spent a few minutes with me beforehand to make sure i was calm and did not have any questions or concerns. During the hearing I was a little in awe of him. He was very organized and well prepared. He systematically raised for consideration every issue we had concerns with. He kept everyone on topic including the opposing attorney. When the hearing was over he talked with me again. We briefly reviewed what transpired in the hearing and he let me know what to expect next. A few weeks later we learned that his defense was successful and there were no more steps to take. I am very grateful to Mr. Depper for really hearing me, for taking my case and fighting for me. He is truly a blessing.

On January my husband and his friend were traveling back to Texas, their car broke down in front of a cop, the car was searched 13k and 4 grams of weed wax were found, which my husband didn't know about, otherwise his "friend" wouldn't have taken blame, they were still taken to the county jail.Dearmore was the only one lawyer who took my husband's case being the fact that we are from another state (Tx) . Eventhough the bond was set at 3,500 Bondsman didn't want to take the risk either, they didn't think he was going to make it to all court days given. thankfully a lady referred me to Dearmore Law, who rapidly worked on the case. As soon as I contacted him he immediately visited my husband that same day, he then contacted me back and told me how much he would charge me for the case, which that too was very reasonable price, payment plans are also available which is great for everyone on low income. By Wednesday of the following week, he gave me the best knews, all charges were droped, and my husband was released. Thanks to his knowledge and hard work, we didn't have to travel 6 hours every other day to court days, and I really appreciate his help. I can honestly recommend his services to anyone

I first made contact with Mr.Hall in 2010 regarding my divorce. Since then he has handled a few more cases for me. I will say in court he comes out of the corner swinging and does not back down. He is VERY prompt at returning phone calls. And very through at explaining everything that he plans on doing for your case I've not had to contact another attorney yet. Nor would I ever. Anytime I have questions. On a legal matter. He's the first one I call. If your having any legal issue. I suggest giving him a call before talking to anyone else.

Mr. Hall tenaciously called the prosecution, kept me informed at all times, and did not stop until my case was expunged, as I was promised in a court of law 11 years ago. Jon has been helping me with my probate case since my husband passed away. He has done a great job, and has been there for me through every step of the case. David is a man you can trust to fight for you. For me- His reputation went before him. I was told by 3 different people about him and so I went in to meet him for a consultation. I was in need of an attorney to aid me in settling an abusive divorce and help my with keeping visitation supervised. David was very professional, so kind, and compassionate. I soon learned well connected. David helped me find someone to supervise visitation, he got me through the divorce and all that fine workmanship you take for granted needing to be done. I've had dealings with Mr. Bailey off and on for little things over the years. Then this family case came through and I retained Mr. Bailey, he not only did his homework, investigated thoroughly, but so well, that he ended up having the case dismissed before court was even held! David Bailey has helped me so much in my life. I've had some very bad relationships, and like the "cliche" fell for the bad boys, and in turn....received a bad life with them along with a bad ending as well. Out of these relationships, however, I was blessed with three small children, which are my life. I had both of my ex's come at me at the SAME time trying to take my kids away from me. I sold everything I could sell to have Bailey as my lawyer. Why? Because he is the best! If you want someone that won't sugar coat things and tell you the truth on EVERYTHING, then David is the lawyer you want. I had one ex settle, and then about six months later, the other ex settled. David is so good about making sure he explains everything and how things can turn out. He means business and is a no nonsense kind of lawyer. Which has really come in handy with one of my ex's who just recently tried to back out of a deal that was already set in motion. I called David that day, on the Sunday after 4th of July no less, and he made sure to get things straightened out in literally three hours! I wouldn't go to any other lawyer. I trust him with the ability to keep my kids with me, and I will always let others know that he is the best by far.

I highly recommend! He was hired as defense by my insurance company and yet still truly cared about the outcome for me personally, not just the outcome for my insurance company that hired him. When it would've been quicker to settle for a large amount of punitive damages that I would've had to pay out, he continued to fight until the punitive damages got brought down to zero. He was even willing to travel all the way to Dallas to advice me during my deposition.
