I had to hire an attorney due to the change of laws of being able to get on an airplane to fly. When October 2020 you will not be able to get on a plane without a passport or driver license TSA approved with a star not knowing that my divorce paper were not correct. Mr. Wilkerson and his staff were very helpful with my problem.

Both of these attorneys have worked for me on drastically two different things, and both times I have been satisfied. My most recent dealings, I hired Trent and I have to say, I have never employed a more fair, a more honest, a more harder working person. I am totally impressed with him as a person. Mrs. Alicia Hall was the Amicus Attorney/Guardian Adlitem for my daughter in a highly contentious custody battle. Debra took over mid case for me during a very contested divorce/ custody case. She was the first lawyer out of half a dozen I'd spoken with that mentioned doing what's in the best interest of my kids, not merely winning a court case. She frequently reminded me to keep that in mind, to rise above and set a positive example for my children. I did get custody of my children though, but it was never about the money for her but rather what's best for them.
I never believed this case could be settled in mediation, however Debra insisted on trying to avoid the high costs of a final hearing by trying to get my ex to settle. Using her years of experience, expertise, and literal award winning mediation experience, Debra was able to close the deal and my ex settled in mediation.
As a father, it's difficult to get custody of your children. Debra was instrumental in helping me. She works in the best interest of the children first and foremost which is very important to me.
They say nobody wins in a divorce, but Debra ensured that my children won and that's the most important thing to me! I am so happy to have my children safe and secure at home with me!

My husband was facing his 4th or 5th felony drug charge and had also received a bond forfeiture for this charge, as well. This particular drug charge carried a sentence of 25+ years. We hired Mr. Nicks late on a Friday afternoon and in less than two weeks Mr Nicks had already gotten him the deal of a lifetime. My husband walked our of court with only 5 years probation and an agreement that the DA's office wouldn't prosecute for the bond forfeiture. Mr. Nick's and his office always made time & we're more than happy to answer any and all of our questions, along with respecting our wishes for the specific things we asked for. I met with several attorneys in the Beaumont area and he also seemed to be one of the more affordable ones for this type of case. I recommend this law firm, HANDS DOWN, over any of the other ones I consulted with.

Recently engaged in a legal matter involving Mr. Friesz. Many time, he or his office produced documents that were amateurish and lacking the precision one might expect from any competent lawyer. I filled for divorce while pregnant in 2020. I was educated that nothing could be done until after the baby’s birth in July 2020. Here I am in 2022 and still have no divorce degree. I’ve been kept in the dark about what’s going on. Even though my ex husband almost killed me with a hammer. When I called and asked why I can’t get a divorce decree I was told my ex husband filled an answer in January 2022. The secretary was supposed to call me back but I never received a call back but I received a bill for over $2000 dollars, this is besides the $3000 I’ve already paid. I still don’t know what the heck is going on. Im not saying he’s a bad lawyer but if he thinks your case is unimportant based on his assumption….you will never here from this guy. Guess is priority is whites only … idk
