I supervise trust operations for a bank and Anne has advised me in a number of different capacities, both with clients and with internal trust company matters. Anne doesn't shoot from the hip-- she will provide you with a precise, accurate answer and if it is a complex matter that needs research, she will respond promptly and with spot on relevant advice. For someone so intelligent and detail oriented, you would think that her communications would be overly complex and difficult to comprehend. Not so. Anne is a master of simple, effective communications. There have also been moments when I've leaned on her in situations of risk. Her excellent judgment, compassion and experience working with a wide variety of clients came to bear to lead me through a few difficult client situations. And importantly at such times, she was extremely responsive. If Anne is your lawyer and you need her, she will make herself available. Needless to say, I'm overjoyed that Anne is on my side.

Unfortunately my Mother passed away without having a Will or any of her Estate affairs in order. Prior to my mothers passing I had never handled an Estate before. I contacted a few attorneys but didn't feel they were the right fit for all of the complications pertaining to the Estate. Some attorney's weren't even willing to take it on. A neighbor of mine (who is an attorney) suggested that I contact Mr. Andre McDonald to handle my Mothers Estate. After our initial phone consultation, I knew immediately that he was the the right fit for all that needed to be accomplished. It was around the holidays. Mr. McDonald went above and beyond the typical duties that involve getting an Estate opened. He stayed involved and was on top of every aspect regarding the Estate throughout the entire process. He followed through with getting the Estate closed in a timely fashion. Mr. McDonald was very professional and knew exactly what to do and how to handle the Estate. He was always informative and reliable. Mr. McDonald always personally returned my phone calls and my emails in a timely manner. His staff was very pleasant and a joy to work with during a very hard time in my life. He kept me up to date on anything that needed to be done. When my workplace closed on March 17th due to the COVID-19, we had to telework by going on Zoom. We were teleworking everyday until, two weeks ago, our director sent us on furlough. A couple days later after my director received the PPP grant, they never gave us a clear explanation that all employees had to be back on the payroll. One of the roles for a good director is strong communication skills. In fact the director never told us the consequences of continuing on unemployment once they had received the loan.
This week I spoke to Mrs. Valle to get advice on whether I should continue receiving unemployment or resume on Zoom. She saved me from getting into trouble with unemployment after she gave me legal advice! Mrs. Valle is efficient and gets the job done promptly! I highly recommend her to my friends and family!

I hired Evan Goitein to represent me in a lawsuit against my Home-Owner Association. He was my second lawyer for this case, and I had wasted a lot of money on my first lawyer, who did not get much work accomplished. Mr. Goitein immediately put me at ease. He is very competent, strategic, and reliable. I trusted him completely. He is also compassionate and I could see that he actually cared about my case and getting the best outcomes for me. Lynette is an excellent attorney. She's pragmatic and knowledgeable, but perhaps her best characteristic, is that she's an excellent judge of character. It shocked me how often she would predict the other party's next move.
I credit Lynette with making sense of the complex situation I was in, keeping me calm, and also giving me the insights and clarity I needed to frame what success would look like. This was important, because my case ultimately settled outside of court, during the tense days leading up to the court date.
During the process, Lynette accompanied me to hearings and waited outside during mediation. She read emails and text messages, and also helped me craft responses. I have taken these lessons on communicating with the other party forward into my future, to ensure that my communications are clear and emotionless.
