I hired Mr. Yannuzzi when purchasing our first home in the early 1990s. I was so impressed with his attention to detail, his determination to ensure we're were taken care of and protected that I have consulted with him over the years on various legal issues; from consumer issues, professional contracts, vehicle accidents to a faulty windshield installation that resulted in extensive damage to our car. Oh and his fees a extremely reasonable! I used Joe for our second home and continue to do so for all major life decisions. Again, highly recommended!

I hired Rebecca as my divorce attorney this year. My husband made the decision to leave our marriage and our two teenage sons and I needed to protect myself and my children. I knew that I wanted to make sure things didn't get ugly but also needed someone to stand up for my boys and I . Rebecca was the perfect choice. She listened to me and how I wanted to proceed with custody as well as division of assets etc. Communication with Rebecca and her assistant were spot on and I never felt lost or in the dark. Although divorce is a painful process , Rebecca ensured that I was good with all the proceedings. I went to Attorney Santee based on a referral from a friend, and I am so glad I listened. It was a very difficult time in my life, which I imagine is often the case when you need to hire a lawyer, but having Rick fighting on my side put my mind at ease. He listened to my whole story, and knew exactly what needed to happen and how it was to be done. He let me know when there was easy stuff that I could really do myself if I chose to, in order to save me some money on my bill, which I really appreciated. Although the other side was dragging their feet at every turn, Rick was always professional, proactive, and got things on our end done immediately. His assistant, Carly, was also very helpful and easy to get in touch with.

Attorney Mege was very thorough in explaining the application process as well as what to expect at the USCIS interviews, however the information he provided on designated civil surgeons for the physical was out of date. He did not tell me that I would need to apply for a social security number as soon as I received my Employment Authorization card. Overall, he did a great job and I would highly recommend him, although one would hope that all steps of the immigration process would be covered, considering the fee that he was paid. From my experience, I would suggest that you go on the USCIS website and make sure you are very well informed, rather than relying solely on your attorney for accurate information.

I had never had an issue with the law until my wife signed a PFA against me because of an argument. The Sheriff’s office of Philadelphia confiscated my firearms. I hired Rich Roberts Jr. upon recommendation to get them back. Even after I was cleared of all charges the Sheriff’s office refused to give them back. Rich not only showed his knowledge of PA law but he showed his ability to work the Philadelphia legal system. He worked with the DA’s office using honey instead of the stick to obtain the court order getting me my guns returned to me. However, that did not work with the Sheriff Office and they disregarded the Judge’s order so the stick did come out. And Rich beat her into submission with it. Needless to say I went shooting yesterday. Giaramita Law Offices kept me informed during the entire process and the cost was more than fair. I would recommend them for any of your legal needs. Everyone in the office is friendly and willing to go the extra mile. Thank you Rich and company.

The positive reviews are a sham. Hired this firm for Giarimetta and he gave case to Richard but said he would help him. He didn’t! That’ was the first lie and more followed. Richard took 2k for a Preliminary Hearing then avoided discussing the case and played sick just to do such. Came to Court and deceived the court and my family into believing he visited me just before the hearing. Ultimately I hired a new firm and got better results. Maybe this firm is only good for local cases because I was in Philadelphia. In Philly you have to have a respected, experienced and recognized lawyer, they just bullied Richard and he didn’t fight back. So yeah, bad services out of town. I believe he gave up knowing that and jus took the money out of greed..

She sifts through the BS and doesn't run up the legal bill with all the BS. She is very, very ethical and is concerned with justice, not only winning. She'll tell you if you are wrong. She'll tell you if you can save money in legal fees.
She would be a great judge. Her code of conduct is impeccable.
She commands respect and is good to have on your side.
My only complaint is she is very difficult to reach at times.
She is not running me through the money wringer like my opponents attorney is, to no avail.

This attorney was fired during my divorce. He was useless and pushed paperwork all the time and charged me for every phone call and email and nothing was accomplished. Nobody should use this attorney for family law purposes! Horrible service and non-dedicated. He would get irritated with me and get angry if I asked questions about things I did not understand. He may have graduated at the top of his class from law school but he gets an F in personality and ethics.

RJ came highly recommended to me. Little did I know when I first filed for divorce how emotionally immature my ex husband would become and how long he would purposefully drag out the divorce (2.5 years)! RJ's experience allowed him to advise me correctly from the very first day. While my ex was dragging his feet, RJ constantly went out of his way to help me by managing my ex so I could live my life! His expertise provided me with a settlement that I was EXTREMELY happy with. I recommend him to all of my friends who need legal help and am planning to use him to prepare my will and a pre numptual agreement. He is incredibly meticulous, observant, is extremely communicative, and quite pleasant to work with!

I used Attorney Kreglow in 2010. As with most divorces, there was a lot of emotion and disagreement. She knew the process and guided me through every step of the way. Everyone needs their own representative - nothing seems to be sacred. Divorce is expensive and has to follow the procedural chain of events. I wanted to be sure my best interest was cared for and that I understood the impact on me and my children every step of the way.

My ex and I initially met with another lawyer together, and we were planning to split the cost of the whole process. But before committing to anything, I sought out a consultation with Attorney Kreglow. She convinced me I'd be better off with her, since a "shared lawyer" didn't exist and my interests would not be represented. She impressed me at first and asked for a dazzling amount of finance documents that we were supposed to review together.
Well, I really wish I had seen the first review on this site before I agreed to work with her. It was SPOT ON.
Because the choice to go with Attorney Kreglow turned out to be a terrible, very long and costly mistake. Once all was said and done, I paid her more than 3x what it would have cost to go with the original lawyer, and everything took nearly 2 years -- all without any kind of mediation or court appearances because my ex and I had worked out a signed property settlement within the first 3 months of working with her.
After that point, months would go by before she would take any action on anything. And even then, I'm fairly certain it was her assistant doing all the work. Actually, I'd never hire Attorney Kreglow again, but I'd have no qualms about working with her very professional assistant.
I truly believe I could have done a better job representing myself and I would have saved thousands of dollars. Especially since all of the form documents that she charges hundreds of dollars in time and materials for can probably be found on your county website.

Attorney Kreglow has seen us at our lowest in such a desperate time. She never judged us. She always gave us her honest opinion on our case. She knew exactly how to handle every court hearing never mislead us. We are grateful to her and her staff for the Professionalism, Caring, and being Supportive through our ordeal. Her office made it manageable financially for us to be able to do the custody and divorce litigation's without having to stress.
I highly highly Recommend Attorney Kreglow and her staff to represent in any child custody and or divorce.

Attorney Spadoni is by far in my opinion the best attorney in the Lehigh Valley. He is fair to his clients. He is a straight shooter and tells you exactly how it is which is what you want from an attorney in a stressful situation. He helps you get past being scared. Attorney Spadoni genuinely cares about his clients and is you can honestly tell he loves his work. He is tough and is tough against the person or issue you are up against. In the simplest of terms the man knows his stuff. Give him a call you will not be disappointed. Let me put it this way...when my divorce was about to begin and I was scared and didn't know where to turn my dearest friend recommended I call Attorney Spadoni. This is a friend who has been through thick and thin with me and she wouldn't steer me wrong. I would have him be my attorney a million times over. You can't go wrong. Attorney Spandoni's staff is also top notch. His secretary is superb! I would give more than 5 stars!

Garret Benner is not a good lawyer. At least for custody cases. My mother paid Mr. Benner $1,500 to spend a total of 3 to 4 hours with me including one PFA hearing and one custody conference. Not only did he NOT put up a fight after I initially sought custodyou of my kids he had the nerve to tell me I'm lucky I'm getting what I am getting. He put me so far in a hole that I could not get out of till this point. Made agreements that were not in the best interest of my kids or myself. My mother and I were wrong to give this man a chance or even pay him. But we live and we learn. Good luck trying to contact him during a case

We retained Garrett to be our attorney after a bus driver hit our son ON VIDEO. Mr. Benner dragged the case out telling us that the school district was settling and he was negotiating with the school attorney. He never returned emails or phone calls even when we made an appointment with his secretary to have a phone conference. Once the case was past the statute of limitations for filing a suit against the school district, he let us know that the district no longer wanted to settle. Big surprise. And here's the kicker! He never told us that his partner's brother was married to the principal of the middle school that our son attended in the district that we're suing! Can anyone spell "CONFLICT OF INTEREST"? Needless to say, we've moved onto another attorney. Word to the wise, "Dont't use this guy! A deceitful man and a complete waste of time".

Google search his DUI arrest on March 23, 2012. Read the negative comments from prior clients and his colleagues. Then ask yourself "do I really want him representing me as my attorney?" If you know what's good for yourself, you'll work with a respectful attorney who deserves to be paid your hard earned dollars. He's experienced but very self-serving and not trustworthy. I wish I knew then what I know now.
