Watts & Herring helped me with the two debt collectors that were suing me. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and understanding of everything and answered any questions I had via phone or email immediately. They did exactly what they said they would do the debt collectors. They got it dismissed and they're working to make sure their removed from the credit reports. This has made a wonder of difference for me emotionally and financially not stressing over how to handle this situation. I am so glad I found the Watts & Herring law firm. I was looking online and came across John Watts’ YouTube channel and was very impressed with his videos regarding collections. These videos are very informative and easy to understand. I could see from the videos that Mr. Watts is very knowledgeable when it comes to these kinds of cases and really cares about helping people who have issues with collections. This helped me to make the decision to choose him as my attorney to assist me with a legal matter with a collection agency.
My case has since been settled and his team is assisting me with clearing errors from my file with the credit bureaus. I am really thankful for Mr. Watts and his team for their knowledge and diligence in “getting the job done.” This is a very stressful time of the year for me, and this is one less thing I need to worry about. Tom Sinclair and his team pulled a rabbit out of a hat in a difficult and disputed LTD claim against Lincoln Financial. My sister's employer, a multinational retail chain, withheld LTD premiums for almost two years, but had not secured the LTD policy. She was seriously injured and applied for the LTD benefits she had paid for. Lincoln Financial denied her claim. The fight was on, and Tom Sinclair held both of these companies accountable. My sister is a single income household. She was in fear of losing everything as she can no longer work and has additional medical expenses. Without going into too much detail about my case, I was in a jam and for reasons beyond our control Ruth and I met for the first time just 5 minutes before the trial date of a custody hearing. This was a 5 year old case that had gone completely off the rails due in large part to an error in judgement I had made years earlier and then further exacerbated by an over zealous guardian ad liatem that I had asked to be appointed on my daughter's behalf. The GAL had completely convinced herself that she was right in figuring out that I had done something wrong even when all the evidence before her pointed to the contrary. With 5 minutes to prep Ruth on the most significant points of the case, we developed a strategy that took the legs right out from under the narrative being pushed forth by the GAL and the judge was wise enough to see through the clutter. My version of events made sense to what was known and did not require the leaps, jumps, and assumptions that were needed for the other. The truth can be stubborn like that sometimes. The odds were stacked against me but within minutes of having just met, Ruth understood the complexity of this case, comprehended the flaws in the GAL's logic and orchestrated a momentum shift that ended in a complete reversal of the tides. We won the case. Mind...Blown... Very impressed. The good guys won today. Thanks Ruth

I contacted Ruth Robinson on a Saturday regarding a warrant that was issued for failure to appear. On Monday, she filed a notice of appearance as my attorney and filed a motion to have the warrant recalled. The court told her they’d recall the warrant and set a new court date. Ruth was very professional, diligent, and went above and beyond for me. She listened to everything I told her, requested me to send her several screenshots and filed the necessary paperwork to get the warrant recalled and a new court date. Amazing and highly recommended if you want or need someone who is passionate about practicing law and treating you like you’re a priority.

I don't know if I can properly articulate just how good of a lawyer Tonya is, but I'll try. She represented me in a custody case that dragged out for almost a year and a half. Today, I won custody of my daughter! I hired Mr. Pfeifer to represent me in my divorce and I hired him again when my ex-husband appealed the judge's ruling. Mr. Pfeifer won the case both times. Unlike the first lawyer I consulted, Mr. Pfeifer answered all of my questions in details right away without having to look them up somewhere. Jarred Welborn has got the FIGHT. In a State (like Alabama) where I thought there was no possible way for a man to gain custody of his son, Welborn made it happen! He asked all of the right questions, collected every bit of information possible, put pressure on the opposition when needed, felt my "pain", listened to what I had to say and won the case.
If you're in the middle of a family dispute, don't go anywhere else. Hire Jarred Welborn! I now consider him part of my family.

I went to the firm where Ms. Webb works and I was very upset and stressed. I asked to see a lawyer and it ended up being Ms. Webb. I gave her all details of the situation I was in and She patiently listened to every word not once making me feel rushed. Attorney Jordan and his staff has always been accommodating & focused each time I needed his services. I chose Jordan Law Firm to represent me and received outstanding services as well as results since 2013. I used his firm to file bankruptcy, to implement my mothers will and for an issue with an apartment complex (presently). Each time I called, his staff was able to answer my questions with no problem or hesitation. I have never been transferred or ignored.
