David went the extra mile to make sure I was defended in my lawsuit. He was realistic about setting up my expectations for the outcome & walked me through the entire legal process. He did research on previous lawsuits of this type & fact checked all my documents to ensure I was fully ready for the deposition. I was first introduced to Mr. Tafelski years ago as my court appointed attorney. For anyone who doesn't know, a court appointed arrangment is not profitable for the lawyer at all, his fee couldn't have even covered his fuel expenses. It was basically pro bono. Anyway, I was facing a felony possession conviction and did not even have the money to bail myself out. Paul took my case all the way. He brought me a suit to wear to court so I did not have to wear jail "clothes". Paul not only tracked down a witness for my defense, he drove 30 miles one way just to remind the witness of the court date and make sure he would show up. When we went to jury trial Paul was a straight up stud. This guy is money in the courtroom! It was awesome. It was like watching a movie. I couldn't believe it. The bottom line is, Paul won the case for me and I was found 'not guilty'! Haha,Then Paul told me to keep the suit. The absolute best part was the look on the prosecutors face when the verdict was read. It was certainly different than the menacing sneer that she continuously shot my way throughout the entire case. The look on the face of the police officer who testified against me wasn't bad either.
My life has since turned around dramtically for the better and I have hired Paul for everything from my divorce to restoring my license. Someone at Paul's firm is reachable at all times and I have never felt better represented. I have never once felt rushed and people I know are amazed at how much time Paul always spends during consultations.
I will never need any other attorney for as long as Paul practices law and I would recommend him to anyone who needs help.

My case was quite unique in a sense that it was over a decade old. I had a previous lawyer and also represented myself to the Secretary of State without any good results, year after year. Long story short, Paul was able to clear me from the mess I had created in my underage days as I had moved from the state of Michigan and reside now in California. He was very professional and knowledgable with the little information he had on me long distance and handled my case very well. All in all he got me out of my bind and cleared my record. I recommend him for any OWI or DUI case you have.

I hired Chloe for a DUI incident that happened in June of this year. From that day she has kept me updated with the entire situation, kept me calm (which is very hard to do), stayed positive, and above all was a friend through the entire process. She helped me know what to say to the judge, presentence investigator, and probation officer so that my case could be brought to the best resolution. We got the best outcome that I could ask for which was a short term of probation, and after all was said and done she helped me figure out what to do on an unrelated civil issue that I couldn’t employ her for. Not only did Chloe slam dunk my case (without a trial), she was at my side with hardly any notice. Family court stuff, in my case, custody/parenting time, is never fun to go through. Without any knowledge of Cronin I was led to this lawfirm from a a bit of Intel where I ended up on the phone with a firm more local, but the team there couldn't help me. That same firm suggested I called Cronin and though most of the phone calls between the team and I were loud because of my work, I was surprised that notes were taken well and I didn't have to repeat any information on further calls and conversations. Next to custody issues, is there a hotter topic than vaccines/medical between two parents that are divorced and do not see eye to eye on said topic?? What I really appreciated is that Samantha may not share my same concerns about vaccines, but she guided me objectively and accurately through my possible options and described how she could be of assistance to help us draft an agreement. My ex is a very difficult and duplicitous person to deal with. As a very loving and involved parent herself, I know family law has to be challenging. On the flip side of this, I know this makes Samantha a passionate (and tenacious) advocate for her clients. In the event that I need someone in my corner in a family court, I will definitely call Samantha!

I would highly recommend Al Holtz to anyone who is looking for an attorney. Brian returned my call and said don’t follow their instructions regarding a new “Failure to show up in court scam” He then called the sheriff impersonator who would not give his badge number and hung up confirming the scam. David Goukassian is exactly the sort of lawyer I needed. Without violating my child's privacy, I can tell you that his guidance and knowledge of the law kept me from making stupid mistakes that would have hurt my cause and pointed out where and what I could do to improve my standing in Court. I received a far better outcome than I expected, my family expected, or my friends expected. If you have an sort of Family Court issue, I recommend him whole heartedly. If you have a case that addresses the cutting edge of some the new problems in Family Court, I recommend him even more. I was in good hands. Divorce can be such a sad and lonely road. And when children are added to that mix, divorce can feel so scary. Sherri took her lawyer hat off when talking to me directly and made me feel like a human. She frequently check on me and made sure that I understood my decisions based on the next steps.

Terrible communication. I hired him and paid him $7500 for my divorce and he barely spoke to me, lied under oath at the mediation and sided with my ex husband. Horrible lawyer.

Lorne is a great attorney. He is tough when necessary, but also reasonable and fair. He won't drag out a case just to make more money. He discusses options and costs every step of the way, and he allows you to make sound decisions based on his advice. He is very knowledgeable of the law, and is smart with settlement numbers.
Not only is Lorne a great attorney, he also is a great counselor. He is insightful and can recognize the games played by the other side. He helps you keep your patience, and focused on your goals.

Lori Becker is a consummate Professional; a Phenomenal Attorney and just a GREAT person to have on your side!! She is very smart, wise, incredibly knowledgeable of her profession, extremely skillful at negotiations, and has a hugely compassionate heart. She is not judgmental. She has Amazing Grace & Severe Mercy and patience for her clients. Lori Becker is passionate about equitable outcomes and solutions in divorces. She knows that no one got married hoping for a divorce. But divorces still obviously happen. Lori fought for what really mattered: my daughter!!
There are three types of negotiators: the Competitive (they have to win & you have to lose); the Conquered (one who gets run over and cannot or will not fight for their clients); And then there is Lori, The Collaborative One (she reaches mutually satisfactory outcomes while not exploiting either side).

We hired this law firm to assist with guardianship and conservatorship. The law firm was wonderful...to start with. This law firm does not help with the entire process. We were asked to withdraw counsel before the first and final hearing for conservatorship. We were told that the law firm does not help through the whole process because conservatorships can last 7-8 years, despite ours lasting less than a year. They left us to complete the legal paperwork on our own. Also, they suggested to create a trust to avoid probate. This was frowned upon by the court because they did not ask the court's blessing before it was done. The law firm told us the trust was not funded, which was not accurate because it was funded with the house, which by the way, had a lady bird and the trust messed this up. We also tried calling Rutkowski about help with probate, despite being a client, three weeks later we had not received a call back. This law firm was originally referred to us. We would not recommend this law firm, unless you want to pay alot of money for bad advice.
