Paul is a wonderful attorney and we would highly recommend him to anyone looking to have their license reinstated. My husbands license was revovked for nearly a decade he was very intimidated by the process to have it reinstated. My husband said Paul was very personable, easy to talk with and put him at ease. He made what seemed to be such a daunting process to us much more bearable. It only took a few months from the start of us hiring Paul, to my husband having his hearing. My wife and I unfortunately had an automobile accident in 2021, and Matt Brown and his team were referred to us by a family friend. They treated us well, took us seriously, and were extremely professional, and timely with how they handled our case with us. It was a three year process, and they stayed patient and kept with us the whole time. When it came to other parties or needing someone else to do something for us, they were aggressive in getting it done and made sure it was done properly for us. They took great care of us and our family, and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a lawyer to represent them.

TLDR: Great Lakes employs attorneys that are not only terrible at their job, but who will overbill you and treat you terribly.
You are doing yourself a tremendous disservice taking your business to Great Lakes. Kim Browning in particular is the single worst attorney I have ever had to deal with. She is both not very good at the legal aspect of her job, nor the customer service aspect.
She ended up billing me 3x higher than her initial estimate despite the fact that the case proceeded exactly as anticipated without any sort of hiccups.
What's more, despite the case progressing exactly as anticipated, she never gave me a clear understanding about what the next steps would be.
Worst, she WILL NOT RESPOND TO YOU. Despite paying her over $10k, she could not bother to respond to simple "yes" "no" emails without me having to send them to her 3+ times.
Please take your business elsewhere. With Great Lakes and Kim, all you'll get is a massive bill and disappointment.

I contacted Marshall on a Monday for advice on what to expect with an OWI I received that previous weekend. I was of course frantic and beyond stressed. He first asked me for some detail and helped me understand how it all worked. He really took the time to help me calm down and understand everything during the consultation. It was after that first call that I decided to hire him to represent me. He was by my side through the entire process. I hired Chloe for a DUI incident that happened in June of this year. From that day she has kept me updated with the entire situation, kept me calm (which is very hard to do), stayed positive, and above all was a friend through the entire process. She helped me know what to say to the judge, presentence investigator, and probation officer so that my case could be brought to the best resolution. We got the best outcome that I could ask for which was a short term of probation, and after all was said and done she helped me figure out what to do on an unrelated civil issue that I couldn’t employ her for. While walking my dog in my neighborhood one Sunday morning, a dog launched himself through a screened window that had a hole in it.
The german shepherd grabbed my arm and mauled me severely while dragging me into the driveway next to the house. After emergency surgery to repair the damage from a compound fracture (including plates and screws) and a stay in the hospital, I began the search for an attorney to guide me through the legal process of addressing the incident.
Because of a previous auto accident when I was represented by Barry Lakritz, and because of the level of trust I had in him and his team, I reached out to his office to see if this would be something they could help me with. Once they saw the pictures of my arm prior to surgery, they immediately agreed to handle my grievance against the homeowner.
I understood how the process worked and that it might take some amount of time to gather evidence and process it through whatever necessary systems (i.e., insurance claim, court, etc). But, Lakritz Law took the time to keep in touch with me and explain exactly what was happening. They even came to the courthouse to view my personal petition regarding the disposition of the animal that attacked me (something they do not legally handle).
Lakritz Law worked quickly and professionally to address all my concerns. Their entire staff was extremely knowledgeable and responsive – with special gratitude to Erika for all her time and attention to the details.
