I retained Dan in a very complex child custody case, after years of multiple other attorneys that didn't help much, or had made things worse at times.
We were at a loss on how to proceed and protect my child. Dan and his Team with Brandi and Autumn kept us going and helped us organize our evidence and really tell our story like we weren't able to do before.

Michael Johnson was able to take on an extremely complicated case on short notice and complete what was requested in a reasonable period of time. I had spent a bunch of money with another law firm who kept saying they were doing things but never actually doing what was asked. Michael picked up the case and was able to figure out what was going on and complete what was requested in the amount of time requested and did it for an extremely reasonable price! My wife and I hired Michael to facilitate the adoption of our grand-daughter. A few years prior, we had a different lawyer help us establish guardianship of her and we were not at all pleased with that lawyer so, needless to say, we were skeptical of lawyers prior to meeting with Michael. In our first meeting, Michael told us what to expect in this process from beginning to end and stated his fee up front and advised us to expect a few other court costs as well. Everything he said on day one is pretty much how the entire process unfolded. No unexpected charges or unexpected hoops to jump through. A lot had to be done to accomplish the adoption, but none of it was unexpected. Also, Michael was very patient with us, answered phone calls or returned them promptly and always answered emails promptly. For our needs and expectations, Michael was and will be a great asset. We plan on using him again early next year for some estate planning. Highly recommended.

While dating someone in Idaho, her ex husband hired Jake to help with enforcing a divorce decree. Jake was excellent and the woman I was dating was penalized for delaying her obligations.

I worked through an unexpected divorce. I am Army Active duty, and currently on overseas assignment. My now ExWife has decided she did not want to join and would rather divorce me. I came in for a consultation and Sam listened to me and gave it to me straight. This is exactly what I needed. To understand what I wanted to accomplish and how I may need to compromise. He gave me alternative situations and advised me that I may not get exactly what I was looking for because of my situation. But he also explained that what I was looking could be accomplished down the road if it didn’t work now. The consultation was so informative he even told me I might not even need him and I could do it myself. I knew this going into it. (And was relieved to know he wasn’t just trying to get my money. As I’ve heard other previous horror stories from friends and family when it comes to other Lawyers.) However my other Co-Parent had already hired a lawyer, I wanted the peace of mind Sam brought to the table. Also his firms reputation was nice. And it shined through in his professionalism and timely communication. In the end it went exactly how Sam and I discussed it would happen. In six months I will be 50/50 Co Parent. Thank you Sam!!! I went through a high-conflict divorce that involved false accusations and threats around taking away custody. I never seen an attorney so talented with her words and just total bada** that at the end of my review hearing, I actually felt bad for the prosecutor. During the hearing, Prosecuting attorney reminded me of a 4th string rookie quarterback playing his first NFL game and gets destroyed in it~~ Jessica was throwing them objections after objections then blitz. I'm pretty sure that the prosecuting attorney cried himself to sleep that night... real talk. She is like a wonder woman. you wonder where that punch came from. (you know... since she is so tiny and reserved) I learned that she is quiet and reserves her energy and focus because she is about to "#micdrop" in the courtroom.

I would recommend Jessica if you are looking for a great disability or personal injury lawyer. She literally wrote the book on disability and will not stop pursuing a disability case until she is out of options or gets her clients benefits; usually the latter.
