Guidant Financial Group Inc provided excellent customer service to us. We were not pressured into starting the processs. We were well informed from the beginning about the IRS requirements needed to successfully navigate the complex process to funding the growth of our business. Tanzy Ward was our ROBS Onboarding Specialist and she was outstanding in her customer service toward us. She responded quickly to our questions with grace and knowledge. If she didn't know an answer, she researched it and responded in a timely manner. She was readily available via a phone call or email as appropriate. Guidant offers in house packages, we'd recommend that if you're interested to research the options to determine if they work for your company. The Guidant team is knowledgeable and experienced at what they do. They made a very complex process manageable.

Save yourself and your money and *do not* give this firm, specifically Boyd Hawkins, your business. After I thoroughly explained the situation to the rather kind intake woman at their firm, Boyd took my consultation appointment at his rate of $150 per hour. Unfortunately, he clearly didn’t listen to a word I said during it, he kept going off long-winded tangents about matters that I was not there to discuss and I had to repeatedly ask him to stay on the actual topic. I cut the meeting as soon as it was glaringly apparent that I couldn’t trust him to represent me in this legal matter. He wasted over $100 hard earned dollars and even worse, MY TIME.

I hired Chuck and went from every other weekend visitations to sole legal and physical custody. It didn't happen over night, and it took diligence and perseverance from both of us and I couldn't have done it without his representation. I have had many lawyers in the past and it's truly hard to get a lawyer who has in-court experience, and my custody battle.was ferocious. My ex never would agree to mediation and this is when a top of the line lawyer is truly necessary.

In the nearly 2 years we have worked with Chuck we learned what a caring and honest man he is. He didn't tell us what we wanted to hear nor did he ever try to over inflate our expectations. When we talked with Chuck he always listened and asked questions. He also took notes of anything we had concerns about. He talked us back to reality when we had a hard day in court, and always made sure we knew what the next step was or what to expect. He always pushed to show our side of what was going on and made sure our concerns were voiced. Whenever we reached out to him he was always available even during covid, on the weekends or even after we finished. He would check in on our kids and how visitations went. His invoices are straight forward so you always know what you are paying for. His staff is always as caring and friendly as he is. He was highly recommended to us and he lived up to that recommendation and so much more i would not hesitate to recommend him.

Communication from this office is terrible.
I was sent a bill and then after looking at the filings would find errors.
The most recent filing has the correct names on the first page, as well as my children’s identifying information, however, it was served by mail to some random person I’ve never heard of in another state. I confirmed this with the courthouse. The attorney hasn’t responded to any of my messages about who this person is or how it happened.
They also haven’t redone the filing.
They’re going to respond here and say I’m not a client of theirs because that’s what they always do.
Update: The filing has now been sent by mail to the correct address. The attorney I talked to treated me like I did something wrong by being upset. He chastised me when I questioned whether the other filings were correct. Then he belittled me and demanded I take down this review. He lacks humility, and understanding.
Still no responsibility taken for the error they made. The curt attitude comes off as arrogant, especially when I was the one that discovered the mistake and not them.

I chose Mr. Hadzic to represent me in a custody case after several dangerous incidents with my daughter's father. The whole situation was a tricky one and there were many things that required a creative approcach, but none of it even seemed to phase him. No matter what issue arose in the case, he was prepared and ready with a solution. He was kind and empathetic surrounding the more sensitive information that needed to be discussed regarding DV incidents pertinent to my case and he was determined and knowledgeable throughtout. Went there and they charged me $400 for an initial consultation…They stated that they advised me the cost in a e/m.
I searched my inbox, spam, deleted etc . And there was no record of the e/m.
I never would have agreed to $400 for an initial consultation.
I paid it that day. That was over two weeks ago.
They stated they were going to send me a list of requirements to move forward. They never did
I felt like they were milking me as they wanted to rewrite my entire trust.
Not very pleased with the professionalism of this firm and decided to move.
Update 10/23/24: I contacted Johnson May law and discussed the above issue. To my surprise they agreed it was an unfortunate misunderstanding and have offered a full refund of the consultation fee. I honestly did not expect that. I’m happy with the result and their kind understanding of the issue. They are good folks after all. Much appreciated!!!

With the fear of jail and disruption of my family life , I had a public defender that didn't seem to care much about my outcome, after a quick Google search I found Nona , the initial sticker price for a competent lawyer was a shock , but in the end Nona was very informative and tough with the prosecuting attorneys. Everyone was held accountable. After a very stressful period Nona got me the best possible outcome I could have hoped for , where the public defender said minimum jail time, Nona ended the case with no jail time. He has the experience and knows the in and outs of the law , and as a plus he has close professional relationships with everyone that will be involved with your case. I can't recommend Nona enough. If you have the option to pay for representation Nona is the choice.
Nona's paralegal Lisa Wilson was beyond helpful as well, constantly reminding me of my appointments and playing tag with phone calls. She was a line of communication when it was needed. And Always with a positive deminor .

When we were threatened with a felony, Randy came to the hospital to defend us and guide us through the entire situation. I would not recommend this law firm to anyone. I retained Danielle for a very difficult child custody case. The first document she sent me to get notarized had another client's name on it, which I had to point out. Then she corrected the name and resent me to the document to sign and get notarized again. This time I had to point out that she still left another state, and county on the document. I believe if I pay someone $3,000 to do a good job for me, they could at least make sure MY NAME is on that court document and my state and county are correct. She filed a couple of documents with the court after I had proofread them, and she charged me $1,500 for that. I then had to retain another lawyer and pay another hefty retainer fee in order to feel a little more comfortable that my attorney would be competent enough to provide the services I paid for.

I was referred to Scarlett Law from a dear friend, Danielle had helped her resolve a serious custody issue a few years prior. My first impression was the wisdom and knowledge Danielle brings to the table from her years as a litigator as well as prosecutor. Danielle's team are as easy to work with as she is and were committed to our common goal. I had to take legal action when my former wife decided to withhold visitation and would not reason together for a solution. Danielle worked diligently to resolve this at every step.
