I have to say, Mr. Hark earned his way to be one of the top lawyers in New Jersey, and the sorrounding areas, for a reason. I am honored to have been able to have him in my corner throughout my case. He and his team never made false promises, and were always honest with me and my family. Knowing that there are several different factors when dealing with the courts, depending on the specifics of one's case, it is reasonable for people to feel somewhat skeptical at times. But, Mr. Hark never stopped fighting and I am appreciative of that. He held up his word all throughout the process. You can see his determination and tenacity speak through his words, and that drive also permeate through his team. And besides being an overall exceptional lawyer, he's just as great a person behind the suit; a honest man, a caring father, and a real person. I assure, that this is a real review from a situation that went on years and was finally resolved. And to mention, his brother also helped a family member of mine through a situation some years ago, which is why I was even recommended. Mr horicon his staff did an amazing job representing me in a motor vehicle crash, an eviction, a restraining order, and a criminal matter. He was able to successfully have the criminal matter dismissed, the restraining order dismissed and he just settled a car crash for me within 18 months from the date of the crash. His staff was always involved in on top of things and I was always aware of what was going on with all of my cases. He and his staff are very accessible kind and helpful at every turn every time I called. I felt like they were really involved with me and cared about me and my legal woes. I would be happy to call them again any day of the week. I also recommend them to anybody that's looking for an attorney to help them with a criminal, personal injury, family, restraining order, traffic, or other legal matter. Because of the way they helped me and handle my affairs I will always be grateful to Mr Hark and his staff.

I hired Mr. Hark for a very serious criminal charge in Camden County and then caught a second serious criminal charge in Camden county. Not only did he get me out of absolutely guaranteed state prison he got the case, remanded to municipal court, and got me straight probation on the second case. Did I say straight probation? I meant to say one year probation, not to not three or not four years probation. he did an amazing job. He was in touch with me every step of the way, constantly kept me informed, worked with me regarding my payment plan and inability to get a job given the pending criminal charges. He really was concerned about me and my well-being and my families well-being The entire time. There wasn’t a time I couldn’t get in touch with him… He’s always on call and available to help you and your family with our question. I absolutely highly recommend Mr. Hark for any criminal matter. I also understand that he has helped a few friends of mine with personal injury and Worker’s Comp. matters. They put me in touch with him and said the exact same thing. He is the man who is on your case and cares. I didn’t actually believe them until I experienced his personal service and his office service as well as his results. Now I found out from myself. I hired Mitch to handle an extremely difficult child support case in New Jersey for arrears that dated back to over 5 years ago and wasn’t closed out when the child turned 18; however Mitch and his team handled it effectively despite the delays due to covid and the court house.
In the end I got the result I was hoping for with affordable charges. I confidently recommend this attorney for family law issues and disregard the negative reviews from unknown people.

Mitch Mullen has got to be one of the best divorce lawyers in NJ. My case was complicated. I went through three other lawyers. I dropped the three other lawyers because they either overbilled, didn't get back to me or were just incompetent. Mr. Mullen somehow navigated my litigious wife's lawyer, helped to get a baseless Final Restraining Order dismissed and charged me much less than everyone else. Mr. Mullen is technically competent and very honest. I think Mr. Mullen also does a good job because he has paralegals which do all the admin work. So there's never a problem with scheduling, fees or reaching Mr. Mullen for an update on your case.

I am a Father and my daughter wanted to live with me and attend school closer to my home (I wanted to enroll her into private school) so that would mean I would need to become the primary parent of residence. I thought it would be impossible to get that changed because I also have a career as a firefighter so my work schedule rotates and its 24 hour shifts. I contacted Robyn and she was upfront and honest provided me with possible outcomes.
Robyn was outstanding! She had to do the work of two attorneys because the defendants’ attorney would not submit paperwork to the court in a timely manner and that would’ve slowed the process. The case went to trial and having the experienced attorney really showed! I am now the primary parent of residence my daughter and I couldn’t be happier. She always answered my calls, emails and was on time. Both parents were found to be fit by the judge yet a change of custody was still granted in my favor.

For the last five years, I was handling all of my families legal matters on my own without representation , but I knew I wanted and needed legal help for what I desired. I originally sought out other help, however, that firm told me they could not assist me, but did however, refer me to Ms. Schimmel. This could not have been better for my family and I. I recently sought Michelle's assistance regarding issues I am having with my ex-wife and our son. Michelle has been incredibly responsive, reassuring and honest. In the “interesting” world of family law Mr. Haggerty is 10/10 for what he does. I spent most two years going around and around with the same case spending capital on both a personal/feeling and financially. I decided to seek new council because after two years later no progress of any kind. Mr Haggerty took the time to hear me out read the previous orders and came up with a plan. He also was very good at explaining possible best and worst case scenarios. While they were obviously not a guarantee it felt good having an idea of what could happen. Within 6 months the issue was resolved, and I no longer receive harassing phone calls from the defendants attorney about frivolous things. If you need someone in family law I would highly recommend giving him a call, if you have another issue that he doesn’t handle at the very least he will recommended someone just as capable as him in that subject.
Again I can’t stress enough if you need council start with Mr. Haggerty first, save yourself the frustration, emotional, drain and financial drain of having inadequate counsel.

Worst experience of my life. Charged me way more then he first said and he did nothing but screw me over and kept postponing my court date because he had more important things to take care of he said. I was fighting to see my son more and had to wait 7 months to get to court bec of him. He Charged me 5000 to do nothing then wanted another 5000 to goto court. He was a horrible horrible laywer. My case was so easy I ended up not going to court with a laywer and i got 50 50 custody and got more then I asked for by myself. Don't waste your money on this guy.

Another instance, he had a picture of Scarface with a machine gun in the background in his office during court. Shop around.

I had a highly disappointing experience with Gary Borger while seeking legal assistance for my divorce during my deployment. Given the critical nature of my situation and the challenges of handling legal matters from afar, I expected a level of professionalism and responsiveness that Mr. Borger unfortunately did not provide.
From the beginning, communication with Mr. Borger was problematic. Despite numerous attempts to reach out via email, I found him to be extremely unresponsive. It often took days, if not weeks, to receive a reply, and when he did respond, his messages were curt and dismissive. This lack of communication was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional, especially considering the time-sensitive nature of legal proceedings.
As someone deployed and serving my country, I needed a lawyer who could be both understanding and accommodating of my unique circumstances. Unfortunately, Mr. Borger's approach felt very selective and indifferent. Although I was assured that I had a good case and even after presenting to her what my former employer’s position would be, Manali seemed unprepared when my former employer raised the exact defense I told her would be coming. She capitulated to my former employer, so I had to accept whatever settlement was available. I know it's business, but in my interactions with her, it seems she could not care less that I was a human being. Subsequently, an issue arose where she advised me on a topic she had no legal knowledge of. I hired this guy to defend me in a contempt case on a restraining order violation and for the actual final restraining order case. All he ever wanted to do was accept what was offered. I wanted to defend my clean record to the end and he wasn't interested. I moved on to another lawyer and ahe got all the charges dismissed and the arreat expunged. Cheaper isn't always better. Getting what you pay for is usually right.

Fiore Bucci only answers your calls until you give him your retainer. After that don't expect a call back or an email. I've left 3 or 4 calls and emails and no answer. And when you do get him on a phone for his lack of responding he charges you for it. I had to get a new lawyer and start over after I paid him close to $1,600 and almost nothing was done. When you do press him to do something, he promises it and days go by and nothing is done. When he says he'll have something for you on a certain day, don't expect him to do what he commits to. I think he is the wrong profession.
