I would highly recommend this law firm to anyone considering divorce!
Integrity, Compassion, Professionalism are just three adjectives I would use to describe the entire team at Zoller/Biacsi. I was already a year into me divorce process and was extremely frustrated when I hired them to take on my case as it was not progressing. Hiring them was most definitely the best decision I made! I had a very complex case and a very uncooperative ex which made it difficult to get anything accomplished. The entire staff at Zoller/Biasci took off running on getting the information we needed to build our case. They helped me stay focused on the goal as the stress levels were off the charts. I think that for most of us, making that final decision to file for divorce can be very scary and you feel very alone. From our first consultation, I knew right away that they would always have my back which was a huge comfort and load off of my shoulders.
They truly care about their clients and getting them the best possible resolution. They are very good at what they do and are extremely detail oriented, organized and conduct themselves with class.
Unfortunately my case was settled without going to trial as I was really hoping to see Mary and John in action in a trial setting as they are the dream team of lawyers!

Roger is a compassionate but also no-frills attorney who cares about doing what is right and not what is most profitable. Martin Gelfand is a great attorney. He was referred to us by the domestic violence advocates of Cuyahoga county Domestic Relations Court in the fall of 2015. We reached out to Marty via email, and were contacted back almost immediately. I am a father of six children, two of which I was looking to gain residential custody of. This was a complicated case, and needed lots of attention. Upon our first meeting, I knew I was in good hands with him. Unlike many other attorneys I have encountered in the past, Marty is an excellent listener. He really seems to care about my case and the situation. In my experience with other attorneys, a lot of them seem to be very dismissive. This is not the case with Marty. He is always available when I need him. I can contact him via email or telephone. If he doesn't respond or answer right away, it is always guaranteed that he will get ahold of me at some point that day. Whether it be a very serious concern, or just a simple question, he is always there to answer and help. Marty has worked extremely hard for my family and I. Marty stood up and fought for us when no one else would. We got exactly what we set out to achieve in our court hearing. Unfortunately we have to revisit court again. But I am more than confident that Marty will do his absolute best in helping us get what we need done. There's nothing negative that I can say about this man. He's been a blessing to our family. I put one star but I wish I didn't have too..what's so funny is that the people who write a real but negative review, she instantly says she don't know the person and never represented them..smh..She didn't represent me and I will NEVER call her..She represented my nephew and he got life, didn't object to not one thing the prosecution trumped up, how tf a detective contaminate shell casings and she not object to the ones he claims were not..how can the prosecution play video statements in front of the jury when they were not introduced as evidence and she not object..How come not one victim show up in court other then the store clerk who didn't see the alleged aggressors but you let video statements from co defendants get played in open court with no objections..How was two Co defendants in the same cell for a year together when in statements they both admitting to being best friends and not know my nephew..Now with witnesses saying it was two alleged aggressors and none matched my nephew description, how the hell did you not fight for him, Ray Charles could see the B.S that was concocted in this case...But all u people saying she is a hands down good lawyer...lmao..yall must of had traffic tickets..

You have been warned. Jim Lane has no idea what he is doing. My case dragged on for YEARS and he accomplished nothing. My daughter was being abused during the process. His response was to "file motions". He would get very upset anytime I tried asking him simple questions. His firm is now "coincidentally" down to just him and Rosenthal... many of his staffers have left and his former partner. He will not advocate for you. He will play games with the other attorneys intentionally causing you more stress and loss of money. Seriously, you have been warned. If you made the mistake of hiring him, I would drop him ASAP before you screw up your case any more.
There is zero possibility the 5 star reviews of him are legitimate.
