This so called attorney is the worst in Montgomery County, not the best. He's useless. Doesn't represent incarcerated individuals he's supposed to defend, numerous court dates have been rescheduled and not done anything about it. Should be disbarred for his actions !

Erica was extremely helpful with helping me get my divorce wrapped up and her pricing was reasonable. Do not under any circumstances hire Jon Parchman. He is worthless and a liar. He refuses to answere emails, texts, or phone calls and does nothing than the absolute bare minimum to handle your case. He completely screwed me over after paying him $8000 and refusing to talk to me or even meet with me before trial dates. He passed me off to another attorney he works with and then they both used Covid as an excuse to never leave their houses or take any mettings. Erica was a breath of fresh air and was always available within a reasonable time frame to answer any and all of my questions. I just wish I had know about her from the start and not wasted all that money on that worthless scumbag Jon Parchman who only made my situation worse. After doing some more research online it looks like that is how this lazy, lying POS always does business.

Steve is a truly a world-class attorney in every sense of the word. He possesses the unique ability that only experience can teach - wisdom. Mr. Bloodworth was the best attorney ever. He helped me with a messy divorce and I couldn't have asked for a better attorney to help me get through a rough time. I had been living abroad for quite a few years and had many dealings with immigration attorneys and almost as many bad experiences. When it came time to apply for my family's American visa's I expected an equally expensive, time consuming run around experience. To my great surprise and relief I can offer the following testimony about Mr. Cate's professional services. He told me what it would cost, how long it would take, what I had to do and what I should expect. When it was all done, he was correct in all of his projections and we did not have to resubmit paperwork or deal with a recall or second, third or fourth trip. Mr. Hafley was appointed to represent my son, Brian. When I spoke with him, his knowledge of the law was astounding. His knowledge of who my son was caught me off guard. I had the privilege of having John Hafley handle a Felony Evading case I was previously charged with. He exercised his knowledge of the law along with his professionalism to ensure that my civil rights were not violated and that the law was upheld. The arresting officer was rogue and unlawful with his detainment of my person. As a result of his actions ,the charge was dismissed during an Examining Trial due to Mr. Hafley hearing my side and presenting the facts that the officer would not. John Hafley's efforts, in my opinion, are second to none.

john Paul Hopkins and the Hopkins Law Firm did an OUTSTANDING job for me. Mr. Hopkins has a tox expert (Ms. Wendy) that works for him full time. She knows all about the tox stuff and the law related to it. Between John Paul and Ms. Wendy they had every base covered and then some. I can't tell you how awesome it was to watch them in action the day they got my case dismissed. When we got to court for the hearing there were about 4-5 Grimes County SO sitting on a bench waiting to testify against me. They were SHUT DOWN and whatever the law was that John Paul and Ms. Wendy argued, when we left after the case was dismissed ALL of the Grimes Co SO were gone and none of them ever stepped foot into the courtroom. In 2012 my abusive ex husband kidnapped our 3 month old daughter and left me, a stay at home mom, without a penny to even buy ramen noodles.
I consulted with Mr. Cain, and he took my case, helped me get my baby girl back, then negotiated payment for his fees from my ex! Without him the outcome would’ve been a continued nightmare.
He understands domestic violence and how it impacts women financially. I’ve had to face constant court battles throughout my now 10 year old’s life, who’s parents have just enough money to make our lives miserable. But the first and most important victory I’ve had for my daughter was because of Brian Cain and Griffin and Griffin.

I approached the law office of Owens and spoke to Britt Hall this past week, needing assistance with completing the paperwork for my final divorce decree. He was very helpful with advice, legal information regarding the filing of a pro se divorce, issues related to child custody and child support as we already had a case filed with the Office of Atty General, and gave of his time to hear my situation and assist with the need. He is extremely bright, professional, and typed up the entire legal document from memory - I was amazed. In 2015 my daughter received a newborn Child from Child Protective Services and was to keep the baby for a few days, then months, then a year. Now in 2017 she was ready to adopt. I met Denise five years ago and and she helped me with some motions in my divorce as I was Pro Se after releasing the attorney I had hired (lawyers don't get fired, they withdraw) . I wish that I had consulted with her in the first place as she made a lasting impression that brought me back 5 years later. This year it became necessary to modify my final decree, and was too complex to go it alone. Denise and her staff handled my case professionally and ethically while giving me realistic expectations. Wendy was recommended to me by a family member who had a son with a similar case. My son got charged with a DWI but he had no alcohol in his car nor in his system. The officer said he had been drinking but had no proof of this. The subsequent video supported this. Anyway, Wendy was on top of this case the entire way and advised my son and myself on the status of the case the entire way. We waited 8 Months for the toxicology/blood results to get back from the state and there was no alcohol found in his blood so the case was dismissed. I didn't quite know what to expect because hiring an attorney can be daunting and sometimes its difficult to know how hard they are working on your case. After 10 months in having her work my sons case, I can confidently and happily recommend Wendy Little as she represented my son strongly and having her on your side in a criminal case is a definite advantage. Highly recommended. Knowledgeable, smart and tenacious.

I recently won the lottery by having Justin as my court appointed attorney. He got my felony knocked down to a misdemeanor and got me released with time served after only 16 days in Montgomery County Jail. Granted it was my first time in trouble but I felt like he actually cared about what happened to me.
