Oliva law firm was super helpful and amazing!. From the beginning to the end of my chapter 13 case they helped me and my wife out so much , explaining everything to us so we understood what was going to happen. They literally never answer their phones or sms. law must be a hobby and not a career. They represented my fiance and rarely responded to me, and then i attempted to rehire them, because they are already familiar with the case, and we need paperwork handled to lower his sentence, Ive been calling for 3 days, and still no response. Just lazy. I think ill stick to New York lawyers. I wouldn’t recommend.

My class A Cdl driver license was suspended for 8 years. I had up to 7k in tickets every lawyer I went to was charging me 2500.00 to get my CDL back but I would still have to pay my tickets.. A friend sent me to meet Luis Reyna with in 2 weeks we where in the court room all I can say is I walked out with a deal that as long as I didn't get any traffic tickets in 90 days all tickets would get dismissed a week after court I got my Class A Cdl back and have been working as a Driver for Sysco Foods since... Luis Reyna has been my lawyer for all my legal issues....

Ms. Voigt is by far an amazing person and attorney with a lot of grace in her heart. Ms. Voigt is definitely very dependable, honest, compassionate and trust worthy. She takes her job to heart and although is not able to make promises she will promise that she "will fight to the end for her client). Ms. Voigt is highly talented, knowledgable and offers great attention to detail. I was in need of hiring an attorney, it was late Sunday evening, when unfortunately I came across a very stressful custody situation. I contacted Ms. Voigt Sunday evening in need of legal advice/assistance asap, by the grace of God she answered and I was so thankful, I didn't expect any attorney to answer after hours let alone on a Sunday. She was definitely first on my list to call, as I had previously sat in many court hearings in which I had witnessed Ms. Voigt in action fighting for her client(s). She communicates well pursasively, clearly and to the point both orally and written. Ms. Voigt met with my fiancé and I first thing Monday morning and was prepared to hear our case start legal action immediately. She listened very well and explained so much to us and helped me better understand my case and next course of legal action. Mr. Thau helped me with my divorce, he answered all my questions and was there every step. This year has been unlike any other time in my lift, with the assistance of his office it would have been so much worse. They advise I was give was so helpful and even when I asked or was so upset they took the time to reassure me that everything was going to be OK and they would help me in any way they could. It was a long 8 months but I would not want any other lawyer than Mr. Thau and his office. I would recommend them with any legal matter you might need. Don't let his mild manor fool you, put him in a court room and he will fight a relentless battle for the truth. We hired him to fight a bogus restraining order filed by my fiance's EX GIRLFRIEND to keep him from visitaions with his children. Not only did we leave the courtroom with the children but after only her testimony & cross examination the judge stopped all further testimony and met in chambers with the children, ending almost immediately with us retaining the children and the Ex owing court ordered expenses... My sincere thanks to Susanne Bonilla Harrold and David Henry for doing a fantastic job in handling my child support case. This was my first experience with a court case and the entire process. I did not know what to expect; especially being abroad; it was very hard on me, but Suzanne tranquilized me through the entire process.
Suzanne was professional, and although we only talked on the phone, she was genuinely empathetic, competent and most importantly, honest. Her compassion towards me was unique. As a lawyer Mr Galvan prosecuted the man who murdered my parents, in cold blood, immediately after they left the theatre. Worst off all this incident took place right in front of an impressionable 11 year old me. My parents were real difference makers in this town, you could almost say Titans of their industry, employing hundreds. You would have seen our last name everywhere circa 1990s and they made sure to give back to the community that so ruthlessly struck them down. I have to see past this ruthlessness vocal minority and see the inner good of our society like my father before me. Martha, Thomas, you will never be forgotten and I will not allow your deaths to be in vain. Mr Galvan in now a judge in the 94th district court and he has shown a strong penchant for justice and I know he has a job to do when it comes to vigilantes I truly believe that he would support what I am doing.
