IN SUMMARY: BEST ATTORNEY IN DAYTONA! LIFE SAVER, TAKES CHARGE IN THE COURT ROOM, WORKS DILIGENTLY AND NONSTOP ON YOUR CASE! LOOK NO FURTHER SHE IS THE BEST!
LONG VERSON: STOP! Have you been spending way to much time stressing out? needing legal representation but feeling overwhelmed by the amount of attorneys in the area? Well you can stop looking, MRS PARK IS THE BEST!!! I have never had an attorney like her. For the past ten years my ex has drug me in and out of court, his mother has always been able to hire big name attorneys to run me (and my past attorney's) over, twist words and drag out court proceedings. ATTORNEY JANE PARK put an end to all of that nonsense! She took ALL of my documents ALL of their nonsense and won my case!!! My ex-husband was incarcerated for 4 and half years, he tried to have me held in contempt of court for "refusing to let him contact the children" that was a Lie and she PUT IN THE WORK to prove that! I also relocated while he was incarcerated and he tried to have the court make me drive our two children in common and my infant for a 6 hours car ride there and back to facilitate his visits twice a week. Thankfully I had Mrs. Park on my side! She had this reduced to once a week and he has to take turns every other week driving to us which is FANTASTIC, EQUAL AND AS IT SHOULD BE! She put in so much work and preped everything!!! I could sleep easy at night knowing Mrs. Park left no stone un-turned!
She gave me something I have never had in court, a VOICE! My ex-husband has put me through hell in the court room HIS BIG NAME ATTORNEY'S ARE BULLIES AND MRS. PARK TOOK CHARGE IN THE COURT ROOM, SHE GAVE ME JUSTICE AND BROUGHT ME PEACE OF MIND!

Did my trust documents with Attorney Larry Sims. This was my first visit to this firm. It was a very efficient visit, Everything was completed in 2 days. I would give 10 stars if I could. I went with Attorney Sims after doing my research. I have no regrets. He was easy to work with, pleasant and the work was done with no delays. He answered all my questions and I had a few. Never felt rushed. If I need a lawyer in the future it will be Larry Sims and his firm. Highly recommend.

Bob, Jill, & Emily really helped us through an extraordinarily complex family court case that not many other offices wanted to take on. It wasn't cheap either, but it also wasn't the highest retainer of all the consults we had. Perfectly fair agreement & excellent results in the end. Trust their process! Family cases are nerve-wracking but having a good attorney like Bob makes a world of difference in the end.

A first class criminal defense lawyer who is the best in the business. I hired this guy for a family member, on the day after Thanksgiving in 2023, and after following the process and facts that they laid out over 9 months, my family member with no prior criminal record got the results he wanted. Because of his 40 years experience and Aaron Delgado’s reputation with the court system, relationship building and correct guidance to follow the process, my family member received a fair trial. I've been working on this review for awhile, trying to find the right words and best way to express how grateful I am, and how incredible Jeff and his team are. My custody case was my ex trying to move out of state and take the kids away. In a very real way, I put my (and my kids') lives in his hands. He is absolutely, without doubt, the attorney you want when this horrible scenario becomes your reality.
I strongly recommend Jeff Klein. I've retained him twice, in back-to-back custody issues. The most recent was to fight/oppose the out-of-state relocation which ended with a 2 day Trial, that we won. Not only is he an amazing attorney with the experience and intellect to understand the nuances of the courtroom, opposing counsel, the law, and get a good read on the situation and how to navigate it, but he is a decent human being. Jeff, and his legal team, genuinely cared about my case and took it to heart. Jeff and his team worked relentlessly on my case as it quickly spiraled into a very complex, high conflict custody battle. Jeff deftly maneuvered and had a solid legal strategy to win. He is very quick. He was excellent in catching on to things at Trial that opposing counsel was doing and was able to get objections in that greatly benefited my case.
A true professional with intellect, humanity, and who won't stoop to get caught up in opposing counsel's games. Jeff and his team handled opposing counsel like true professionals.

So I called attorney Jeffrey Klein‘s office I spoke to Danielle I have spoken to Danielle several times very empathetic person listen to all I had to say not once did she say well this is what it cost to even consult with attorney Klein she never mentioned that she asked questions and listen to me and was empathetic of my feelings and then I had a consult with attorney Klein and never once mentioned a retainer fee which is what I’ve been getting previously with attorneys very short actually some asking me can you pay this but all I got from attorney Klein‘s office was questions and listening to my case I got off the phone with so much promise and ironically my daughter I told her who I talk to you and she said oh no mom I talk to Mis

Gerry Muriello was brilliant in his representation of me. Mr. Russell represented me a few years ago when I was a victim of a hit and run. At the time I had been insured with the same insurance company for almost 30 years. Paid a small fee for a hour consult. he started digging in and started making some calls on my behalf. I got my moneys worth for sure because we spent 2.5 hours just making timelines and reviewing the case in that order. By the next morning he typed up a paper on my behalf without my files or notes and faxed it. Within 2 hours he had my issue resolved and i got exactly what i asked for. He is super smart and cunning at the same time. Great guy he actually cares he will have back to back appt. but he still squeezes u in if u need his expertise on the fly to meet that timeline.

Dave is a meak, small, mild mannered, sensitive, concerned and highly sympathitic, good guy to those that he decides to defend.. He also can be and is very strict, hard, rough and caringless to those he opposes. He is far beyond entirerly dedicated to defending the citizens and is entierly dedicated to prosecuting the guilty. Meaning that he is only entirerly dedicated to LAW. However, make no mistake about it HE ONLY WISHES TO TAKE CASES THAT HE HIMSELF DECIDES THAT HE WILL OR WILL NOT WANT TO TAKE. He lives continuesly under a gavel and is always,always,always, in court (exspecially spiritually) even in many cases ( that go on for a lifetime and sometomes longer) that are not his and that he wishes that they never would summons him too. He never seems to complain too much about theses summoning however and is not a liar. Dave is dedicated and so entirerly over worked (expecially spirtitually) with the courts and with peoples lives that that he must be an angle ( weather he's proven that in court before or not, well ). However unfortunely he's hardly ever paid as much as a human being for any or all of his never ending spiritual and mortal law work. This sometimes plays good to an authoritive power (the court) unto a jury controlled by female attorneys and judges because there are so many female attorneys and judges that are involved in the court system theses days. During this review they ask you how many lawyers have you worked with in the past to which the answer was 10 or more and let me tell you one thing thats for real and thats true. Out of them 10 attorneys not one of them ever did anything whatsoever for anybody whatsoever, were not truthfull, were never concerned with any thing whatsoever that had to do with the public, the people,The Constitution or The LAW or any thing else what so ever except their own self esteam, how good they could get in with or how good they were in with the judges and how much money they could steal from The Government or the people that they aleadgedlly defended. Young very new at family law , left local state attorneys office after being passed over for promotion very expensive thinks the client has a never ending supply of money . Not specific enough on the legal fees slow at returning call and emails unless your a top client with plenty of money . This attorney needs more experience in the private sector and is used to woking for the state can't ever speak to her after hours . Other attorneys I have used will call you after 5 pm and on some Saturday's not this one. Went from a felony prosecutor to a family lawyer within a week. Not board certified in family law but charges the same fees . Still has that goverent worker mindset and needs to realize private practice is whole other world where there are clients instead of just caseloads nice personality but that's about it do your homework and research before hiring this attorney ask for family trials and results.
