Matt is a down to earth Attorney with your best interest in mind. He speaks to you directly and not like other firms where he is just the owner and or face of the company. He gives you a cell number that he will answer texts and calls to for any confusion or simple questions. My case ended up being dismissed before the pre trial hearing. Thanks Matt!

I've been working on this review for awhile, trying to find the right words and best way to express how grateful I am, and how incredible Jeff and his team are. My custody case was my ex trying to move out of state and take the kids away. In a very real way, I put my (and my kids') lives in his hands. He is absolutely, without doubt, the attorney you want when this horrible scenario becomes your reality.
I strongly recommend Jeff Klein. I've retained him twice, in back-to-back custody issues. The most recent was to fight/oppose the out-of-state relocation which ended with a 2 day Trial, that we won. Not only is he an amazing attorney with the experience and intellect to understand the nuances of the courtroom, opposing counsel, the law, and get a good read on the situation and how to navigate it, but he is a decent human being. Jeff, and his legal team, genuinely cared about my case and took it to heart. Jeff and his team worked relentlessly on my case as it quickly spiraled into a very complex, high conflict custody battle. Jeff deftly maneuvered and had a solid legal strategy to win. He is very quick. He was excellent in catching on to things at Trial that opposing counsel was doing and was able to get objections in that greatly benefited my case.
A true professional with intellect, humanity, and who won't stoop to get caught up in opposing counsel's games. Jeff and his team handled opposing counsel like true professionals.
Always a prompt response. Never felt rushed or brushed aside. Quality of work was amazing. Legal strategy was judicious and sound. He gave good counsel throughout the entire case. He will fight for you!

So I called attorney Jeffrey Klein‘s office I spoke to Danielle I have spoken to Danielle several times very empathetic person listen to all I had to say not once did she say well this is what it cost to even consult with attorney Klein she never mentioned that she asked questions and listen to me and was empathetic of my feelings and then I had a consult with attorney Klein and never once mentioned a retainer fee which is what I’ve been getting previously with attorneys very short actually some asking me can you pay this but all I got from attorney Klein‘s office was questions and listening to my case I got off the phone with so much promise and ironically my daughter I told her who I talk to you and she said oh no mom I talk to Mis

Mr. Russell represented me a few years ago when I was a victim of a hit and run. At the time I had been insured with the same insurance company for almost 30 years. I had never had a claim before and believed my insurance company would cover my injuries. Unfortunately that was not the case. I have used Eric Neitzke for years. For my divorce and then again for my visitation modification. I've also sent him cases, whenever a friend needs a good lawyer. He's an absolute perfectionist and honest to a fault. He takes his time to ensure that a client understands every aspect of their case from start to finish. Never have I ever received such personal and dedicated attention from a lawyer. Even when I came to Mr. Neitzke with a matter that was outside his field of law, he connected me with another lawyer that he felt would help me to my satisfaction. Absolutely one of the best lawyers in town and would recommend him to anybody!

Mr. Nietzke is truly a man of integrity, this making him an attorney with integrity. He fought in and out of the court room for not only me, but for my minor son. He took on my divorce case when others wouldn't and stayed with me thoughout the most harrowing case ever (even though I was at times a difficult client).
He saw me through until the end when I was finally awarded an extremely fair and air-tight judgement.
I would most certainly hire him again although I'm not so sure he would accept.

Hired him regarding a domestic violence injunction and paternity case. He was excellent inside and outside of the court room. At times he was actually able to correct the judge regarding some of the legal matters. When he interogated witnesses, he seriously put them in their place. Great lawyer, very respectable guy, and I would recommend him to anyone. He definitely knows his stuff.

Paid a small fee for a hour consult. he started digging in and started making some calls on my behalf. I got my moneys worth for sure because we spent 2.5 hours just making timelines and reviewing the case in that order. By the next morning he typed up a paper on my behalf without my files or notes and faxed it. Within 2 hours he had my issue resolved and i got exactly what i asked for. He is super smart and cunning at the same time. Great guy he actually cares he will have back to back appt. but he still squeezes u in if u need his expertise on the fly to meet that timeline.

Dave is a meak, small, mild mannered, sensitive, concerned and highly sympathitic, good guy to those that he decides to defend.. He also can be and is very strict, hard, rough and caringless to those he opposes. He is far beyond entirerly dedicated to defending the citizens and is entierly dedicated to prosecuting the guilty. Meaning that he is only entirerly dedicated to LAW. However, make no mistake about it HE ONLY WISHES TO TAKE CASES THAT HE HIMSELF DECIDES THAT HE WILL OR WILL NOT WANT TO TAKE. He lives continuesly under a gavel and is always,always,always, in court (exspecially spiritually) even in many cases ( that go on for a lifetime and sometomes longer) that are not his and that he wishes that they never would summons him too. He never seems to complain too much about theses summoning however and is not a liar. Dave is dedicated and so entirerly over worked (expecially spirtitually) with the courts and with peoples lives that that he must be an angle ( weather he's proven that in court before or not, well ). However unfortunely he's hardly ever paid as much as a human being for any or all of his never ending spiritual and mortal law work. This sometimes plays good to an authoritive power (the court) unto a jury controlled by female attorneys and judges because there are so many female attorneys and judges that are involved in the court system theses days. During this review they ask you how many lawyers have you worked with in the past to which the answer was 10 or more and let me tell you one thing thats for real and thats true. Out of them 10 attorneys not one of them ever did anything whatsoever for anybody whatsoever, were not truthfull, were never concerned with any thing whatsoever that had to do with the public, the people,The Constitution or The LAW or any thing else what so ever except their own self esteam, how good they could get in with or how good they were in with the judges and how much money they could steal from The Government or the people that they aleadgedlly defended. Daves been an attorney for quite awhile and I'm not sure if he's retired completelly yet or not. However, Good Luck Dave.

I have had issues with the craziest neighbor in the world for over a decade and Robert Robins has represented me and guided me through several issues that have raised from living next to a complete nutjob. Robert is very "to the point" and he does not allow you to bring emotions to court proceedings. He is someone you want on your side in any legal matter and definitely someone you DONT want representing whomever you are up against. After six years, several other attorneys (one REALLY awful one whose false promises and lack of knowledge/experience and experience cost me precious time and $$$), and A LOT of money spent I hired Ted Doran (and his amazing and awesome assistant Dani), in desperation dealing with a very complicated disastrous divorce involving past due/future alimony and businesses.
