My attorney was amazing in finding out what needed to be done after two decades of not knowing I needed one to be done. My original attorney did not do one back 2001. This law firm was very friendly and knowledgeable in answering all my questions before, during and after the process was completed. They were in constant contact with me during the entire time during the process. I would refer them a 100 times over for any need or issue one might have that is within their area of expertise. Without a doubt Joseph was by FAR, the most reasonable and the most trustworthy lawyer I spoke with in El Paso. I ran around for WEEKS searching for a lawyer who cared about myself and my case not the money and that was what Joseph did. I’m in the military and had an AFV Case. Joseph was able to get that case dismissed. Not only did he work with me financially but also personally. I would meet with Joseph and a big part of managing clients is managing their expectations and I couldn’t have had anyone handle it in a more professional and caring way. If you have any sort of charge and you are in the Military and care about your career, I can honestly say that Joseph is the person you need to work with. He gave me paperwork so my chain of command could know what I was doing was legitimate as well as updating me constantly on my case. If you have a legal matter that needs assistance in any way shape or form you can put your trust in this man whether you are a civilian or in the Military. Mr. Livingston was appointed for a family member who was over-charged by the DA, facing many years in jail. I have worked in the legal field for a very long time and I have never seen an attorney work so hard, get so involved, and defend his client the way Mr. Livingston did. He acted like it was his life on the line. He worked long, long hours and got most of the charges dismissed. An over-zealous DA was no match for Mr. Livingston. He knows the law, back and forth. I hired Joe Rosales after getting pulled around with a previous attorney that did not do anything but take money from our family for 2 years and not getting into court. Immediately after hiring Mr. Rosales we were in court fighting for the best interest of our child. Mr. Rosales is trustworthy. Amazingly blessed in what he does. There are no run around or chasing down your attorney. Their whole office is well prepared. They keep in contact through phone and email. I was stunned by the amount of desire they put into their clients. Mr. Rosales is always I mean always a step ahead in the proceedings in the filing. Before the court was over Mr. Rosales already had prepared the next step.

I don’t recall who I did the initial meeting with, but it was very professional and I couldn’t beat the price. I believe this was the most reasonable pricing for anything that I have needed legal service for in El Paso. I will say initially, I felt as though communication was “far and in between” and I am a person who prefers frequent communication. What helped with me was emailing them both and they would respond to me in a timely manner to my questions. Any questions I had they were both able to answer, and though at times I thought I may have known best Wes would come to me with great reasoning. In the end, it all worked out in my favor. Thank you.
I will add:: We do have to remember that the legal system goes at its own pace and as much as we want things to speed along, the ones who represent us can only do so much in that regard; they are also at the “mercy” of the courts.

They won't answer even the most basic questions unless you pay for a consultation. So I made an appointment for a consultation at 3:30, even though they refused to tell me if they can actually help me with my case. I show up 10 minutes early and pay $100 for a 30 minute consultation. The receptionist informs me that the attorney has stepped out and should be there shortly, so I sat down to wait. At 3:37 the receptionist tells me that my consultation has started as of 3:30 because she has another appointment at 4, even though the attorney is not there yet. I said no and I asked for my money back. They wanted me to pay for a 30 minute consultation but only give me 20 or maybe 15 minutes. I think that's just a very shady business practice by some money hungry attorney, and it shows a total lack of professionalism. I left and contacted a different firm which answered several of my questions over the phone and made me feel comfortable with hiring them
