Benjamin Gutierrez is an extremely intelligent, patient, and understanding lawyer. It can be difficult to find such a lawyer , but he met all my needs. He gives his clients the time they deserve and listens to their needs before making suggestions. His legal counsel is done in the client's best interest. horrible experience with them I never received calls or updates even worse never received my money for my accident neither did my girlfriend I moved out of town for work due financial problems from the accident when they called the rare time was to tell us how much we got from the accident and I told them I’m out of town the secretary was rude telling they can’t wait and I said I can go over there when needed and she said ok and hung up after that never received a call or emails please read the reviews so you won’t get scammed of your money and get into worse financial problems while they fill their pockets to the brim I never saw a cent of my accident compensation worse experience but the lord Has a place for cheats and thieves god bless them and there souls and may he shut down this Lawfirm so others won’t be scammed and cheated.

I was arrested on 3 felonies in TX(I don’t live there) during the height of Covid in 2020. I called a few lawyers but Brock Benjamin took time to listen, then went over how he would defend me. He has roots & lots of experience in El Paso. He did a thorough investigation of the facts and communicated every detail with me. Whenever I was in doubt or scared or confused, I’d call him & he never sent me to voicemail. It took 4 long years from start to end of my case. Bryan Herrera, took over my case about midway through(Brock is a busy guy & state hadn’t picked up my case 2 1/2yrs in!)& he is nothing short of amazing also! Bryan kept me informed & got me thru anxiety attacks, breakdowns & never was mean or frustrated with my endless questions & concerns. In the end, I didn’t go to prison. State dropped 2 felonies & I plead guilty to 1. I got probation and completed all conditions 6 months into probation. I was able to end my probation time 1 1/2 yrs early! They may not be the most inexpensive attorneys, but when you’re faced with felonies that carry sentences up to 99yrs, is bargain shopping really in your best interest? I’m happy my case is resolved and would recommend Brock Benjamin Law office to anyone who needs a lawyer who knows what they’re doing and will fight for you.

I used ms Ronconi for a custody battle that went on for 3 yrs.
Why so long? I don't know. You'd have to ask Ms. Ronconi.
She allowed the family therapist we had been involved with and got along with to be replaced by one of her friends who had been working with the opposite side. So that didn't go well.
She frequently back burnered my case so she could get new clients (new money).
I paid her 110g all said and done. She took the money and threw my family to the wolves.

Highly recommended. Attorney Ronconi helped navigate through what was repeatedly described to me as “one of the most difficult and confusing” issues in family law, multi-state child custody jurisdiction. Attorney Ronconi not only understood the issues, but honestly explained what I could expect. I never felt like I didn’t know what was happening, and she took the time needed to review a flurry of case documents and meet with me to prepare for court. No right-minded person would engage in a child custody suit unless it was absolutely necessary. My experience was a very emotionally charged whirlwind. As a parent, it is embarrassing when two adults must invite strangers into their lives to resolve their issues. Attorney Ronconi fought for my child as if he was her own. Overall I was pleased with her representation. I must admit I do appreciate the honesty and reality check that I was given going into this case. I was able to be more realistic with my expectations as she did a good job explaining what the law requires as opposed to what I wanted to hear. I was able to call the office and ask whatever questions I had, if her staff did not know the answer off hand, I was able to get an answer usually by the next day. I felt she did care about my case and was able to relate to my situation. She did an excellent job in court and was ready to fire back when it was needed. She maintained her professionalism throughout the case, was well prepared, and really fought for my best interests. I was pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend her and seek out her services again. As far as charges were concerned I was told at the beginning that this would be a costly battle and planned accordingly.

As a referenced attorney, I thought it was going to be a top notch representation and have a great impact on winning the case. However, don't get me wrong she is a very knowledgeable attorney but limited on her communication. Eventually, I presented all necessary documentation, sent helpful information electronically, in person, or over the phone to her paralegal to communicate with Mrs. Carreon about my case. The paralegal would let me know that that type of information was not going to be brought up or looked at in court or anything prior to the incident. It turns out the information I did state to her paralegal was eventually brought up and questions were asked prior the incident. I knew off the bat that the information I stated was important and lost the case. Knowing that this was a lost cause and the unjust judge's ruling, it was a bit discouraging and upsetting. In the rate, when it came to the fees, Mrs. Carreon asked for a lump sum up front and you would think that that x amount was going to be the cost for everything. Nope, not at all, I was slammed with fees left and right totaling an outrages amount. Why can't they be up front with you before you deposit that lump sum they request? I know this is a lawyer's scam tactic where they request an x amount and blind side you with further fees. If I would of known the amount I was totally charged, I would of looked as where for a top notch service. Overall, I am upset on the outcome of the case and this will be the first and last time I recruit her as my attorney.

Poor communication with Mr. Lopez is really hard to get a hold of him or his staff they never answer the phone you need to call 3 o 4 days in a row to get an answer. Wouldn't recommend since communication is poor, was not lucky get an appointment with him. My husband was court appointed I think that's the main reason why
he really did not care about his case., That is sad we really needed the help and no one at his office seemed to care about the the case and provide the case information we needed
