In my own opinion as a former client Termechi law group did a very poor job in my case. Bobby Termechi has been very aggressive in pushing me to settle on the first offer. He literally said I was guilty of what the company was claiming. He also gave me $500 out of his own pocket to settle, then retracted it after I agreed. He did send it once the company cut the check but it was very unethical. I’ve literally had to fight against the company and my own attorney to get a proper settlement. And now, after repeated requests for my case file to be sent to me as is my right and being told I would have it by this Friday, again nothing. I even fired them and they refused to be fired. I DO NOT recommend this attorney and his firm.

What to say about Goldie... She is a pushy, strong, fights for your side and will not stop. She is a powerhouse. There is nothing that my now ex wife wouldn't do to try extort money from me and being dishonest with the judge was also a normal thing for her to do along with her lawyer who also did not tell the truth. In the end, Goldie was great and got me divorced and also ended the crazy with my ex. I am free no matter how much my ex wanted to be married to our divorce to punish me. I am so thankful for Goldie as she always set me straight and was my rock.

Goldie always listened to me. I was divorcing my husband and we had 2 young kids together. No matter what the other side did, Goldie would fight the fight for me. She would say things to the judge that I could not believe she remembered I told her. She knew all the details. The other side would hire and fire lawyers. Each lawyer was worse and they would just lie to the judge to try and get something. Goldie always prevailed. She won the war for me and I am now free and I have sole legal and sole physical custody of our kids. She is truly a miracle worker. I love you Goldie.

Update: My application was approved the first time without the help of an attny, and AFTER Ms. Ruzin told me I wouldn’t be approved unless I was currently hospitalized for attempting suicide, blind, or can’t use my arms. Guess again, Ms. Ruzin. I was approved for both physical issues and brain injury, and I didn’t need to be insulted and belittled to get it.
I’ve never spoken to anyone so callous, arrogant, apathetic, condescending, cavalier & narcissistic in my life as Ms Ruzin. After dropping off a file detailing numerous physical issues, mental decline in concert w/ 3-5 medical appts each wk for the last 38 wk, which Involve an inordinate amount of time, see 10 drs currently & 18 in the past 15 mo, Ms. Ruzin called me at 4:30PM. Her demeanor is cold w/ an inflated view of her own talent & importance. She kept RUDELY cutting me off while going thru the most difficult period of my life. She SHUT me DOWN. Her first question was, “What did you do in the last 5 years for work?” That info was in the file I left for her but began to answer. Gd forbid I began to state where I had worked, bc that clearly annoyed her & she spoke over me immediately. “I don’t need DETAILS. I need to know WHAT you did.” She cut me off again & asked what conditions were preventing me from working. As I began to answer, she cut me off AGAIN. She focused on the least serious condition I’d mentioned & ran w/ it. As I tried to speak & explain more, struggling w/ some cognitive issues that make it difficult to find my words verbally, she sharply cut me off again. She stated that if I didn’t like that then maybe I needed to find another attny. As I tried to find the words, she cut me off again.I kept thinking, “Did you even READ 1 pg?” She said things like, “It doesn’t matter what happened to you before or what you’ve been through” & “if you don’t have a mental condition or a condition that affects your upper limbs or have conditions that cause you to miss so much work that you can’t be employable, then it doesn’t matter. You won’t get disability.” My daughter & I just stared at one another bc that’s the primary thing I detailed. I started to reply & she cut me off AGAIN. “Can you use your arms?! What drs are you seeing now?” I tried to answer again, but she cut me off AGAIN at the 5th specialist & told me it wasn’t relevant. After being shut down repeatedly by a perceivably overbearing narcissist, She accused me of not letting HER finish.My daughter was trying to tell me to hang up, but I couldn’t hear her over Ms. Ruzin’s punishing verbal assault. I just shook my head at my daughter and held my hands in the air, mimicking “what am I supposed to do here?” I completely stopped talking & let Ms. Ruzin finish her seemingly grandiose tantrum, and after a few seconds of silence, she said, “Hello?” “May I talk now?” I asked. Feeling defeated, I began to explain that I’ve lost all hope & am on the verge of contemplating suicide. She cut me off AGAIN!! “Look I’M AN ATTORNEY! It doesn’t matter” & started rattling off more remarks to discourage me by stating that unless I’m mentally unstable or have no arms that the agency will reject my app. At that point I raised my voice to meet hers. “I’ve attempted to commit suicide before” She replied “It doesn’t matter if you’ve tried to commit suicide unless you’ve tried to commit suicide during your last job or are in ongoing mental health counseling” She said that she doesn’t want to waste her time if she doesn’t know that she’s going to win bc it’s strictly on contingency.Is she saying that she only takes easy cases? 18 diff dr, 20 diff Rx, 2 surgeries 18 med tests a brain scan is too complex for her? Her brash delivery is rude, intolerant, incapable of seeing the bigger picture. Her insensitive remarks exacerbated my mental breakdown, giving the impression that she perceives me as nothing more than an unmotivated & lazy fraud. Yes, Ms Ruzin, you ARE a lawyer; & I am a woman in the apex of crisis, as one may assume all your clients & potential clients are.

I hired her as a family lawyer to get me child support from a completed Dissomaster that was completed by my previous attorney (in over a year she never got me anything nor was anything filed in court), she was to help with a breech of fiduciary responsibility (which is why I overturned a free hybrid judgment, never did anything), show the court the perceived neglect of my children from my ex (from many pictures and testimonial from people) never requested a court date, the divorce itself as I requested a trial and trial setting conference. She claimed she was super busy so I emailed her that she should put it on a date she could attend but, she booked it on dates she could not be there, she burned up my retainer, $3,000.00 and I supposedly owe her more for literally NOTHING COMPLETED. She filed a motion to be relieved after I went to court to find it had been taken off the calendar without notifying me. Now, I have two upcoming court dates with no family lawyer to represent me and a mediation conference. She worked with my Civil lawyer who said she was incompetent or surely extremely lazy. She seems to be in law to make money and not represent the clients with their best interest a heart. Many times I felt she was asking me for advice or to make decision that a well-versed lawyer
should be advising me on. We met initially in an office that was not her own, she never wanted to talk or meet face to iron out our plans or streamline the process for me. Ultimately she made excuses for failures and gaslighted me as if I were a lawyer ( would never step by step walk me through a process to complete anything and she would not complete anything). If you are treated like me she will take your ($5,000) money and charge you to make requests or send emails that she won't fulfill or complete while your conversations and email cost you, and she will make sure your retainer is vanishing talking to opposing counsel while accomplishing nothing. Instead of working harder or smarter, her true nature will come out and she will quit instead of doing what you paid her for. She also predicted Judge Silberman's responses or what she thought he would do to make excuses for why she couldn't or wouldn't do her job.

Ellie is one of the most amazing attorney's I have ever met. I was going through a terrible 3 year divorce. All the other attorney's only cared about racking up more fees. Not settling. A friend of mine recommended Ellie and Michele. Ellie was there for me 100%. She tried her best to keep fees down. She is very compassionate, smart, and knows which angel to approach any situation. He really fought hard for me in court and wouldn't let go of any of the issues. He is excellent at his cross examination and very articulate and to the point. Showed very good knowledge of the law. Very experienced in knowing which judge and courthouse to file with in trying to get a favored outcome in court.
