It kind of confuses me when I read bad reviews about this lawyer like he was reading paperwork in a car, etc. etc. I think people need to realize that sometimes disorganization can occur when someone is first starting up a new business. He is not like this today. He works with a team of professionals and they all accomplish a lot. If you have ever observed ants building a hill, bees in a hive, or wasps on a mission you will know what I am talking about. His team is very productive. He is a good leader and a great communicator. As far as his prices "being too high," well that is what happens sometimes when starting a new business. Over time I'm sure his prices will have gone down and will go down more but until then he's like every other human being just trying to make ends meet. Lawyers are human beings too. We had a few of our ups and downs but honestly I was grateful to have hired a lawyer who tells the truth. I never got mad at him for telling me the truth. I only got mad when he assumed I didn't know the truth. Kind of like that phrase "Hey tell me something I don't know." I know I need help. Lots of people do. However, there are better ways to express your dissatisfaction with something than telling me something I already know and sending that email of your confrontation to everyone in the office. Maybe some of his staff can help him with learning how to word things better to clients. I feel like his staff have helped make him into the success he is today. Great work ethic combined with team work and excellent communication among him and his staff provide for a speedy job and you get your money's worth. He just needs to research better ways of communicating with clients and when something bothers him he needs to voice his discontent immediately versus holding it all in and letting it build up over time. When you hold things in and then explode it does not look good on you. It makes it look like you can't handle yourself. If you can't handle yourself because of emails how will you handle uncomfortable emotions in court? That's all I'm saying. I hope his team goes to court with him because, like everyone else, he needs help.

Hired Bryce to handle a child support termination. He did an amazing job of communicating directly with me via email (only talked to his staff to pay the bill). This is very rare! Most attorney’s barely talk to you and 90% of your communication goes through a paralegal.
In addition to be a great communicator, he did a great job of preparing and arguing the case which resulted in a victory. I’d hire him again; no question.

Attorney Rudisill was patient and humanistic, she took time to really listen and responded extremely quickly. Unfortunately, my location was too far for her to travel to and represent me, she was very helpful in answering my questions and helped me know what I should do from now on. I'm from Raleigh, so I happened to find Attorney Rudisill online. The absolute best decision I made! I only had questions at first. She took the time to explain things and even answered questions I didn't know I had. She took on piecework for me and was very reasonable, not trying to charge for more. This is long overdue. Mrs Cartagena represented me in my divorce and custody and I have to say, I could not complain one bit. James is one stop shopping. Reasonably priced, stop by his office and make the payment with credit card or cash and he handles everything else with the courthouse. No appearances, returns for payments, etc. He handles it all. That's true legal representation. He has handled many moving and non-moving violations for me and for my friends and family. My daughter got a speeding ticket that should have been considered as reckless driving (>30 mph). What should have been 6 to 8 points on the insurance with a 130%-180% increase in insurance got reduced to 1 point. He even gave her a huge break on price despite my suggestion to charge what most other lawyers would charge for this type of violation as a life lesson. He literally saved me $1000s per year on insurance costs. Worth every dime. 15 more to go.

Lee represented me for a family case that spanned multiple years and he remained professional and understanding the entire time. Not being dramatic, he knows his case law and even broke out a law book to show word for word what it says when doubted during a hearing. I even had someone in court ask me for his contact information when they saw how professional and intelligent he handled himself. Lee is honest and will tell you the best advice, even when you might not want to hear it and when you let him know you are uncomfortable with something, he honors your wishes as well.
Lee always follows up and if he is unavailable his paralegal does right away. When all was said and done, I feel I received great representation.

Got a speeding ticket a week ago and contacted Iticket.law as soon as I got home. My court date wasn’t originally until April and was told the best case scenario was to try and get my speeding ticket reduced to an improper equipment violation. Attorney Kimrey was able to not only get it resolved sooner, but she also got my ticket completely dismissed. After a 26 year long stellar career as. Green Beret, I was facing 7 felony charges from my ex wife. These charges were all false allegations provided by my ex wife to my chain of command. The Army never once had my back. The Army labeled me a criminal from the first time my ex wife made these allegations. I went through a 3-1/2 year long process that was harder than any military deployment. From the first time we talked to Rob, there was just something about him that was different. He wanted us to do our homework and read his bio before we made a decision to hire him. My outlook on the Military Justice system was very low. I do not trust lawyers or the Military anymore. Rob had my back from day one. His passion, dedication are unmatched. The way he handled my court martial trial was second to none. His heart was in it from the start. He gave me his all. Although I knew in my heart I was innocent of these false allegations I still faced 7 felony charges from the Government. I have used this firm twice for a speeding ticket (2019 and 2022) and both times I have been more than pleased with how my cases were handled. I paid a fee, they went to court for me and they communicated with me every step of the way, even the morning of my court date. As soon as it was over, they let me know the outcome and my court costs. I don’t look to get any speeding tickets any time soon but due to the convenience and trustworthiness of this firm I’ve had from experience, I would use again and highly recommend!!!

I got a speeding ticket and didn't want the points to go against my car insurance. The day before my court date I was online when I saw an ad for a law firm that handles the case for 99 dollars. So I filled out the paperwork ( which was easy) and hoped for the best. The following day I get a message from the firm saying my case was dismissed. That was my court day. I assumed the lawyer didn't take my case. Not the case tho. It was taken care of already with a win! Now that was not only fast but painless and I am thrilled. Will definitely use them again if in need.

Hiring Victoria Hardin to help me through my divorce was the best decision that I made. Throughout the entirety of the 3-plus years that I worked with her, she demonstrated the most incredible professionalism, intelligence and fought for me and my family's best interests with compassion and integrity. I did not want a "slimy", mean-spirited lawyer, and was so thankful for Attorney Hardin, as she expertly handled everything that the opposing side did with such grace and never once made me feel compromised or misrepresented. On the contrary I felt from the first that I could trust her to take my part and she always knew exactly what the right course would be. She was especially impressive in court, where her level of preparedness, intellect and professional conduct honestly made me feel (a little) bad for the opposing counsel because they simply could not compete or keep up with her. Do not be fooled by how gentle mannered she is when you meet her - she is a fighter in court and I was thankful for how she encouraged me to stand up for myself and what was best for my family. She communicated clearly and consistently with me and made sure I was always clear with what was happening. Ultimately she and her excellent team were able to bring my case to an ideal conclusion and apart from counting her as the most exceptional lawyer, I also feel privileged to have known her has a truly excellent person. In summary, in my case, Victoria Hardin:
1. Was clear with me about what steps I needed to take at every turn, communicated quickly and efficiently with me.
2. Always, always knew exactly what was going on with my case and was never caught off guard or unprepared
3. Never overcharged me or wasted my time. I quickly learned that if she did not call me for a period of time, it was because nothing had happened, and she did not want to waste my money with calls or emails that had no new information (really, this is important!)
4. Worked very well with opposing counsel and had excellent relationships which ultimately led to a settlement out of court.
5. Was always extremely prepared for court, with copies of all necessary papers bound for me to follow along with. She was so well-organized, the judge and even opposing counsel relied on her binders because they didn't have the same level of organization on their side!
6. Her legal team and employees are amazing too. They are helpful and kind and I felt they actually cared about me and my family. Truly a pleasure to work with.
7. Integrity, integrity, integrity - I was very worried that this ugly divorce process would get nasty and make me feel compromised in my values. I needn't have worried with Victoria Hardin. She fought tooth and nail for me and my family, but did so with integrity, honesty and a truly moral manner, not to mention grace and good humor. I found her tone and approach to be absolutely perfect and was impressed with her as an excellent person and not just a great lawyer.

She moves as a very slow pace, placed on retainer for exceedingly too long, this probably nothing we don’t already know. These types of cases ie. divorce, are money pit opportunities for these lawyers. Don’t be deceived by their or her sweet language. If you feel it isn’t right please don’t feel like you’re too invested.
Their Greediness and corruption is found between the fine lines of what is not said. It feels almost as this office works together alongside the other lawyers. I hope this helps someone.

I was recommended to Hardin Law firm by several people that I know. Each and everyone person that I spoke to had positive reviews. When I went for my initial consultation, I was treated with nothing but respect and understanding. Ms. Hardin was very easy to open up too and she immediately knew how to handle my situation. I have learned that Ms. Hardin is very good at reading people and because of that she knew how to speak to me and help me understand what I was going through and what to expect. Everything Ms. Hardin said would happen actually did happen. She had helped me get awarded what I wanted and needed for my children and I. Worst attorney to deal with child custody ever. This attorney never asked me what did I want going into my case. She threw in my face how she get paid by the hour multiple times as if I couldn't afford to continue paying for her. This lady is so rude I stopped all contact right before my trial. I represented myself in trial and came out with exactly what I wanted. If I would have paid this lady, only thing she would have done was get the case continued and kept charging. I went through all the other reviews, I wish I would have met the person they claimed represented them.

When we needed an attorney for emergency custody, we called a few attorneys and in the end we decided on Attorney Ferguson. We knew after our first meeting with her that she was very experienced and passionate about her work. Our case started Dec. 2018 and did not end until March 2023 due to the pandemic and other obstacles related to the defendants. There were periods of months between court cases and initially I thought to myself that Attorney Ferguson surely would forget the details of our case and not be well prepared but that was never the case. The first time I heard her argue our case, I was amazed at how well spoken she was and how powerful her delivery was to the judge. She is known to be very blunt and will not back down and that is only one reason she is so successful. Needless to say, we won our case and I feel like Attorney Ferguson was just as happy as we were to finally have closure and our son. You will not regret having her take on your case. Horrible attorney! If you have her I would go get my money now! She is closing her office early August and is screwing everyone out of their money!!! I gave her full payment for child custody and child support, she then called me 2 weeks after I paid her off and said she was closing her office. She avoided my called for several days and my emails to refund me back my money. Keep in mind she has never been to court for me not one time only filed motion! Literally don’t nothing for me and decided she gets to keep $1500 of my money I paid her for doing absolutely NOTHING FOR ME! You'll sign a contract, pay your retainer, and be billed every month, even for the nails on the cross. Because you've paid so much, you don't have money to switch lawyers. Find someone else.

I hired Mr. Cooke for a Separation/Divorce. We consulted in person one time. Perhaps talked again once or twice over the course of 3 years before Divorce final. I was transferred out of state, and called his cell/emailed him dozens of times during separation issues without a call-back or response. His one staff person acted in his stead most of the time, and I was billed as if I was talking with him. The worst part was he insisted I was required by law to pay a portion of my civilian fed pension (Not military) to her, for life, which equaled 25% of my monthly payment. He ghosted me and my ex after telling me we had a court date in Fayetteville (I was living out of state). He was a no-show, and didn't even give me an explanation or apology. I found out after I signed the papers, that the federal law he cited on permanent alimony applies to military spouses with military pensions- not my case. So this is a matter I am fighting to rectify legally. What a mess.

I have had many attorneys and although I don't feel like my expectations are unreasonable, I do expect the best from my attorney. After leaving my last attorney due to his lack of interest in my case, I contacted Mrs. Miller. I felt great about her after my initial consultation, but when I saw her in action in the court room she blew me away. Ironically, the attorney we were up against was one I had looked into hiring in the past, and Mrs Miller blew her out of the water. I was so pleased that I retained Mrs. Miller instead. She is SHARP and caught small details with just a glance when exhibits were entered into evidence by opposing counsel.. She built significant arguments out of small details that supported my case. Even if I had lost my case, I felt she represented me perfectly. She made sure everything I wanted to say was said and all evidence I wanted entered was entered. She is extremely professional despite a severe lack in professionalism from other attorneys, yet never backed down from a somewhat rude and at times loud witness. She is organized, takes lots of notes and gets to the point. She doesn't seem to miss a thing. I would change nothing and am very happy to have her on my next case. Lastly, she bills far more fairly than any other attorney I have had. She has really taken a ton of stress off my shoulders and I am so grateful to have had her.

1. Doubled charged on billing several times and did not provide details of billing actions.
2. Transposed the address on my quick claim deed but still charged me for the full price but never corrected the mistake after it was filed.
3. There were erroneous facts in my "Review of Facts" that were unfounded that I pointed out to Ms. Miller that was never corrected during the review process.
4. The paralegal, Christine Walden, is also the billing agent, thus all issues with my billing and questions about how I was billed and the services that were provided went through Ms. Walden.
5. During my two days on the stand, Ms. Miller did not object to one thing, although the Judge objected on my behalf during the cross examination and instructed Ms. Miller that she can object as well (documented in transcript).
6. Key facts more specifically my ex spouse's state retirement benefits was left out and not factored in during the discover process in which I paid for. The Judge had do discover it during the trail, thus take a break so that Ms. Miller and the opposing attorney could factor in my ex spouse's retirement, although my retirement was already factored.

Dont believe everything you read. Each case is different as so is each client. Mrs. Miller is a great person and attorney. Her staff and her are very heplful and will walk you through every step. Some client post bad reviews because the judge didnt rule in their favor. Mrs. Miller does everything she can but in the end it is not up to here but to the judge. I know for a fact because I didnt win my case but it is not for Mrs. Miller not trying or not fighting she fought so hard for me but the judge ruled in favor of my ex. Mrs. Miller will fight for you with everything she has in her until she she is blue in the face. I do recommend Mrs. Miller to everybody I know and met who needs an attorney. Two video visits were supposedly set up but were not done! I was hung up on three times because I reminded them of truth and fair treatment being initiated toward my son as a BLACK MALE! I was told Attorney Sue Hall refuses to speak with me which may have been coerced by Major Adams, who is over the detention center! People HAVE NO FEAR OF GOD ANYMORE! COVID has made it possible for people who suppose to uphold and represent the justice system to ABUSE IT EVEN MORE!
