Not only is she extremely bias, she makes bad decisions and refuses to look at all the evidence. She rips families apart and put children in danger by place them with abusive and manipulative people. She talks out of both sides of her mouth. She claims to have the best interest of the children in mind but her actions are the opposite of what she states. Seems like she is just out to make money.

I had Ashley represent me in a custody case. She did not do a good job. I never felt she was on my side. I felt it was strictly about money and none of my billing was correct, even the dates were wrong. I finally had enough when she more or less called me a liar.

Although the individual we worked with did have some decent feedback for our document revision, we felt that we weren't well-informed on how the firm's process works. By that I mean that we felt ill-informed regarding quotes, incurred costs, and invoicing. Tandra is by far the best lawyer involving family matters in the city of Fort Wayne Indiana. I would first like to state that I never leave Google reviews for anybody. I went out of my way to leave this one because she is just that good and she deserves it. She hasn’t even gotten halfway through my case but having a lot of experience with custody lawyers I can already tell you she is the best by far! She goes above and beyond just being a good lawyer! She truly is just a good person to have in your life. She personally answers every call herself I have ever made to her! Which is unheard of for a lawyer to do. She gives advice even when she is not getting paid and it’s always good advice. She responds to text and emails almost immediately. She truly cares for her clients and you can tell she just loves the work that she does. If you are seeking an attorney for divorce, custody mediation, father’s rights, anything involving family, law or children, I highly recommend Tandra Johnson. I promise you will not regret it! She’s an amazing human being and worth every penny!

The worse attorney I've had the opportunity to come in contact with, We retained her over two years ago and she spent our 1000.00 and hadn't even served the respondent. Instead of being honest,( I know a honest lawyer?) she told us the motion for trial was sitting on the judges desk for over 6 months!!! Really?! she barely responded to emails and almost never responded to phone calls. The only time she responded was when I informed her she was fired! If you want to throw away money or you don't really want to win a case hire her.

Initial consultation was promising. Once money was involved, I never heard from him again. I tried asking questions with no answer. Asked for him to withdraw from the case and refund my remaining retainer of 800 or so. Was told there was no retainer left and I had no bills from him explaining where the money went. Awful awful experience, and all he did was take a couple thousand dollars from me.

Several years ago i was referred to him by the courts (first red flag) i then went in and met with him for a consultation, proceeded to make my first payment and never heard from him again, i called and called and called never to get in touch with him, when i went to his office they kept telling me he was too busy, long story short i had to represent myself and was out of money, the judge asked me where is your lawyer i told her I've been unsuccessful getting in contact with him, so to jail i went and had to hire another lawyer from inside, he never attempted to return my calls or meet with me anymore leaving out to dry, he just wanted his money and kept it moving, i don't and would never recommend this guy EVER

I hired Mr. Raskosky to handle my divorce and he did a very poor job. After settling at mediation and receiving the court papers and my settlement from the 401k, the financial settlement did not include the interest earned like it was supposed to. (Around $7,000+) my ex contested this and I had to fly up from Florida (I had moved) for a hearing. Mr. Raskosky did NOT represent my interests in court, he failed me completely, he not only didn’t make an argument on my behalf. He said NOTHING. The court order that I was to receive the interest from the 1 1/2 years that they had my money was reversed and I didn’t get the interest due. Keep in mind that the settlement was figured from the date of filing for divorce not the date of mediation, so I should have received this interest.
I want to make it very clear that I was required to fly from Florida which cost another $600 to attend a hearing that my attorney said NOTHING!! I had even told him just prior to the hearing to make sure that the judge understood that they had basically kept the money in the 401k for 1 1/2 years before dispersing it, they kept the interest that I was due. Yet he sat there and said nothing!!! Needless to say I never received another bill from him. I did speak with another attorney after this about filing a malpractice suit for failure to represent me and I was told that I had a case but lawyers are like Dr.s and it would be a long and costly process. I couldn’t afford the cost and just wanted to move on. Beware of this attorney, he didn’t provide representation for me so will he provide it for you?

Hired him for my divorce and paid him for retainer, he pretty much dragged his feet on getting this done quickly and charged me a arm and leg for pretty much nothing, I ended up settling my own divorce settlement with my ex and didnt get nearly what I could have if I had a attorney who was interested in helping to do this as quickly as possible.Overall it was stressful, I am a single woman without alot of money for legal fees and I felt that I was drained financially on a regular basis for representation that ai did not receive. I would not use his services again.

Alisa Rude was appointed my public defender over a month ago. While incarcerated I attempted 2 times to reach out to her, my mother attempted as well amd left messages. Once I was bonded, I called and left her messages 2 times from my number and my.mothers. I have court tomorrow and haven't even been in contact with my lawyer.
