In a time when my husband and I were left devastated by a crime that he had committed and while other consulted lawyers described his case as desolate because of his early confession upon arrest, Christy Jack and Letty Martinez provided perspective and comfort. They were both prepared to utilize his confession as a mark of integrity and we felt confident in their defense and plan from the beginning. Letty spent careful and valuable time explaining the process of litigation, never once showing frustration to a repeated question or concern. Not in any circumstance did she assume we would understand the intricacies of the law and proceedings, taking diligence to ensure we were comfortable and confident in their decision making. While it is obvious by their notable careers that we were not their only clients, they never stopped fighting for us as if we were. They were never tempted to settle for less than probation, despite a nearly 4 year process including a global pandemic, unexpected changes in Judges and their other pressing cases. We never felt like a burden or less than worthy of their hard work. I assure you, Letty Martinez is not your average lawyer. Even during her own medical emergency, Letty continued to demonstrate her faithfulness to my husband and his case. Their commitment to my husband didn't stop after a grand slam win in the courtroom. They continued to fight for him and he was released from jail 45 days early! While I hope to never need Letty Martinez's services again, the team at Varghese and Summersett will forever have my favor, recommendation and respect.

Letty helped me with phone calls to get my wife out of jail on a blue warrant that was no-billed when the charge was no-billed. She still help even though she no longer represented my wife since the case was closed. She went above and beyond to help me do what i needed to get done to help get my wife home. I would recommend her to anybody that needs a lawyer to represent them. If we need great lawyer we will definitely retain her again.

Scott represented on an eviction, which He won based on the notice was not received only the summons to appear from the constable. He had to do an Exparte for a Writ of ReEntry due to the person not adherring to the Dismal of the Eviction. Today we had the hearing on the Writ of ReEntry which Scott and his partner Bryce won. They are beyond excellent litigator. These two gentlemen are my attorneys for life. Highly Highly recommend Scott and Phillips PLLC.

He gave me advice in 2014 I didn't take, in a divorce I should have gotten. Now its 2017 and here we go again. Scott has been very diligent in helping me this time around, and has done an excellent job with only 3 days notice getting everything filed, and keeping me calm while explaining everything in great detail. I'm currently in Pa. So its been very tricky. I have a lot of faith in Mr. Phillips he's always gone above and beyond, and his advice is golden. I definitely recommend him!!

Dawn is easy to communicate with and tolerated kindly my many questions and ideas. I wanted to actually understand the process and feel in control of the situation. I also wanted my 11 year old daughter to feel she had a voice. Dawn listened to us and guided us through the process. She was very prompt in communication, and got down to business while also being friendly and open. I found the billing to be fair with no surprises. To be honest, I hated every step of my divorce but will never regret my decision to hire Leslie Burgoyne. Not only did he save my children from more trauma by getting me as the 100% conservator, He did things that still have me in awe with his brilliance to educate the judge on the situation. Ms. Rainey helped me become the primary conservator of my younger sibling who was living in an unstable environment. I am a U.S. Army soldier who is stationed in Japan. Steven Ditommaso has been handling my ongoing custody battle for over a year. During my first consultation with Mr. Ditommaso it was very comforting to hear his professionalism and enthusiasm. Every time we walk into any meeting he is organized and ready! To date he has secured me everything I have requested in court. He is always on time and prepared. The office answers every question I have almost immediately. If he is not available they let me know he is in court and either help me with what I need or he contacts me as soon as he's available. I moved counties during proceedings and he handled all of the transfer and came with me to my new county.
Mr. Ditommaso contacts the opposing counsel and works to make decisions in my best interest off the record. He has saved me thousands of dollars in legal fees avoiding the courtroom by simply working with the other attorneys. I cannot say enough about the experience I have had. My husband and I will use his services for every need we have. My case was a very ugly custody battle with an ex-husband over two daughters. My children are happy and I am extremely happy.
