Larsen law is the real deal these guys have been nothing but amazing helping me with my case. After I was facing a possible dui eric did the absolute most to make sure we fought to get the very best outcome in which we did! I am so happy I decided to have Jonathan handle my case. Right from my first time talking with Jonathan I new he was the Lawyer I needed, I was an emotional mess, but Jonathan's caring personally made me feel calm and better right away. He was always truthful and honest with me and never tried to sugar coat the situation I was in. I was so stressed reading everything I found online and how it would affect my future, family, and job, but Jonathan gave me a piece of mind and was there to answer my questions. He got my court date moved to a more convenient day because of my work, which coincided with his schedule. He will go out of his way to help you. I went to court but never had to do much because Jonathan did everything behind the scenes for me. My case took about 4 months from incident to be resolved. Jonathan was able to get my charge reduced to the lowest penalty (not dropped, but I knew from the beginning that was unlikely). I am so relieved the case is over and if ever need a Lawyer again it will be Jonathan. Don't hesitate hire Jonathan so you can stress less and sleep more, he will handle it all for you!!!!!

Trey Adams exceeded all expectations during my rather complicated custody battle. I was extremely confident in his guidance & knowledge throughout the entire process. In my unique situation, I had to retain a different attorney in another state simultaneously. Trey’s work ethic completely blew my other attorney out of the water. I needed help with getting primary

I had recently divorced and my daughter's custody arrangement was not going well. She was back and forth way too much and she wasn't happy. I wanted to go back to court for a better parenting plan but my original attorney was on a leave of absence. I spoke with several attorneys but each one of them told me "it was too soon" to go back to court. Emily took my case and in the mean time, my daughter was falling apart with the current plan. We went back to court and we are currently working on a new plan. Emily was a blessing to me and my daughter. I highly recommend her. She is a fighter and she has become a friend to us.

Divorce was not something I wanted. Of course, nothing I ever hoped or planned for. I was hurt, sad and scared of what was to come. And now I had to take the huge task of finding the best divorce attorney in Williamson County. When it was time, I took the recommendation of meeting Will Holloway from one of my dearest friends. Thank goodness she was on point.
I was very direct and organized with Will and he never once let me down. His communication skills were impeccable and timely. His willingness to get what I wanted done in my time frame was met at every way. I never doubted any information or advice he gave me. I always felt he had my best interests at hand with the utmost sincerity and efficiency.
At our final meeting, after the divorce was finalized, Will gave me his final “talk” and it was what I describe as a “pep talk”. His words were kind and insightful. I have to admit there was a small part of me that was sad that I would no longer be meeting with Will again. I found his services to be extremely professional, helpful and most importantly, genuine.

After 21 years of marriage, I found myself in an unwanted divorce. I interviewed a total of five local attorneys in the Franklin area, but knew after my first meeting with Will, he would be the attorney to represent me. You will not find a better attorney who will take the time to understand your individual circumstances and navigate you through potentially one of the most stressful and emotional events of your life, especially when there are children involved. He will give you sound advice and offer a common-sense strategy to get you through the divorce while you’re in the maelstrom of emotions that can cloud your judgement. Will was fully engaged from the beginning to the end. In my particular case, there was an affair involved but instead of making that the central theme, Will directed my focus on the best outcome for my children and me. He explained right from the start there are basically two paths to pursue in a divorce; one is contested and the other is uncontested. In the end, both yield the same results with a divorce decree but the emotional toll and cost would be dramatically different. Stuart exhibited in-depth knowledge of family law and the local legal scene. He was thorough and thoughtful in his brainstorming and recommendations. Stuart cut around the fluff quickly and and was able to get to the crux of the matter deftly. He does not back down easily and was staunch when the occasion called for it.

It is so difficult to find a trustworthy attorney. After meeting with several different ones, we were blessed to find Stuart. We hired him for a case of termination of parental rights and adoption of minors. It is needless to say the case resulted in our favor. There are two important sides of Stuart professionalism, on one hand there is the preparation, since the first meeting we realize he had an ample knowledge of the law, however what was more astonishing and made the difference, is the exceptional preparation he makes at every step of the case. I would highly recommend MC Davis to anyone in the process of a family law matter, specifically divorce. MC had a personal touch and never failed to ask me how I was doing personally. This meant so much to me during what was probably the most stressful and intense experience of my life. MC was willing to take on my complicated case halfway through after my first lawyer dropped out. MC gave me a clear view of my options and got results. She was able to take a perfect stand to get the other party to the negotiating table and keep us out of court. MC gets results!

Kay represented me during a very long divorce process as well as in multiple post-divorce hearings that arose. She is extremely competent, and took time to explain how things worked and prepared me for what to expect throughout the entire process. I could always count on her to respond quickly when I had urgent questions or needed direction and had 100% confidence in her counsel. Ms. Church has handled several matters for me, my family and some of my friends. It's hard to tell. He once told me I was the most difficult client he had ever had, I said thank you and moved on. But what makes me so difficult? Knowledge of the law, refusal to accept his word for anything, and a fierce internal sense of justice. Maybe. I think John is smart and wishes he had stayed in academia. Tennessee is a dumb place to try and practice the law, the folks in charge make it impossible, that's not the fault of the attorneys, right? Anyway, John is great, he's just a Tennessee attorney and they can only do so much.

The divorce process is hard enough. I can't imagine what it would be like without a great team to help with the incredible detail that it takes to ensure you are protected. By the time the divorce was final I felt that I had an extended family with Sarah and her team. I never thought I'd need a divorce lawyer but when I found myself pregnant going through a divorce I knew I'd need one that would advocate for me and my baby boy. From the minute I met Phil Newman we just clicked. His warm, caring nature together with his no-nonsense, cut-to-the-chase way makes him a bulldog of a lawyer. In the end, the way he fights for what's best for the CHILD is what sets him apart. And he's had to put me in my place a few times, but I've always been better as a result.
Now having been divorced 8+ years and going through several post-divorce rounds of parenting plan changes, I can't recommend Phil and his team highly enough.
Especially Alisha Warner who is my other lawyer and who has walked with me as well through the past 8 years. She is an incredibly hard worker and has gut instincts that recently helped me settle a really hard situation in mediation.
I can't recommend the whole team at Puryear, Newman & Morton highly enough - they are ALL incredible to work with and ultimately fight for what's best for everyone in the long run.

Phil was highly recommended to me by a long-time friend who had recently gone through a divorce and was in a very similar situation to mine. I have two young boys and was the breadwinner in my household, which is very relevant because I had a hard time accepting the role reversal of my situation. I knew within 5 minutes of sitting down with Phil and his paralegal, Julie, that I didn’t need to look any further. Phil is a busy lawyer (which means he’s good lawyer) so he can be hard to pin down at times, BUT he was always there when I needed him – responding to texts and phone calls at night, early morning and over the weekend. He and Julie not only counseled me through the technical aspects of the divorce, but the emotional aspects as well. Phil would empathize with me and validate my feelings, but he also told me what I needed to hear even if it wasn’t what I wanted to hear. Thankfully, we were able to settle my divorce in mediation. Phil took time to explain the mediation process to me and ensure I was well prepped – both materially and emotionally. The mediation was 11 grueling hours . There was one point when we were negotiating alimony – a real sticking point for me – when Phil looked me straight in the eye and said, “Tracy, that’s a good deal. You need to take it.” I didn’t like it but I took it. No questions asked. And, this is representative of how my whole process went. I called Dana and hired him to represent a family member in a DUI case. Dana looked at all of the discovery materials and one thing didn’t quite feel right to him. He requested follow up documentation from the DA’s office, who stalled and deferred for close to a year, postponing court dates multiple times. Dana didn’t back off, and the DA finally admitted that he didn’t have the media Dana was requesting.

I am so happy I decided to have Jonathan handle my case. Right from my first time talking with Jonathan I new he was the Lawyer I needed, I was an emotional mess, but Jonathan's caring personally made me feel calm and better right away. My spouse hired a high-powered "celebrity" attorney and was planning on putting me "through the ringer" and was planning to take our child out of state with the man she was having an affair with. Mr. Fort stood toe-to -toe with her council and was able to get me everything I asked for. He is very knowledgeable and understands the law and formulates an amazing strategy.
