I retained Ms. Piper's services midway through divorce proceedings. During my initial consultation, Ms. Piper truly listened to my concerns & priorities. Not once did I feel like a number when dealing with Ms. Piper. Each conversation left me with a feeling of confidence that I was in the most competent representation imaginable.
Ms. Piper & her team developed a strategy that lead to an outcome that I was previously told would be impossible. Parenting time was the utmost importance to me & when we finally put pen to paper, I had more parenting time than what would have been granted in trial.

I consulted with a few different attorneys in Franklin & Crystal was the only one that made me feel as if she really was listening to what I was saying. The others, for the most part, made me feel as if we were being timed & I had to race through my situation.
I hired Crystal after about a month when I was ready to file for divorce. She walked me through all of the scenarios & her paralegal gave me a bunch of information to help me when I needed to refer to if I needed it, which I found so helpful.
I’m still going through the divorce process but they’ve made me feel like I’m not alone.
Crystal is a straight shooter which I like. She doesn’t charge for every little thing and she genuinely wants the best for me & my two kids. I can feel that with every conversation I have with her. I can’t imagine going through this process with any other attorney.

Cannot give enough credit or positive feedback for Mrs. Etue and her staff, especially Erin. They are what a lawyer should be when it comes to truly knowing and advocating for their client. They took the time to truly get to know me, my situation which two previous attorneys had blundered horribly, and then on principle, dug in and scratched and used their extensive understanding of the law to clear the minefield my ex had laid out. They saw the truth, dug hard to get the facts and evidence to support it and overcome opposing sides efforts to conceal and hide crucial materials. I had almost been broken by the process and stress, but they gave me a glimmer of hope, then fed it and worked so hard to stand up to the opposing side, and now, we clearly are in an incredible position to get the results we sought and then some because they fought the right fight and took a stand against an opposing side based on values and principles. You cannot go wrong hiring Mrs. Etue, just be honest, forthcoming NO MATTER WHAT, because they are the poster child for integrity and can handle anything put forth as long as they aren't blindsided. You'll actually enjoy speaking to your attorney and NEVER feel like they just adding dollar signs to your bill. VERY BEST HANDS DOWN!!!!

Donna was my attorney through a two year fight with a very contentious ex wife and her equally contentious attorney.
Everything from 50/50 custody to every financial decision (including the realtor chosen to sell the marital home) was fought for or had to be decided by the court because of my ex and her attorney.
After a long and drawn out process I got the 50/50 custody that I wanted and am much better off financially than I could have ever imagined at the start of this process.
Furthermore, Donna was very good at talking me through the process and calming me when I felt overwhelmed or just wanted to cave to their scare tactics. This saved me thousands of dollars and helped me through this emotionally.
I couldn't have asked for anything more from an attorney than what I received by hiring Donna.

Donna Green was very helpful in my divorce case and acted with constant professionalism. A year and a half into my case, with two other attorney's behind me who botched up my case and basically set my case up for failure, Donna Green was willing to take on my child custody and divorce case. From the minute Donna took over my case I felt like I had someone who actually listened to me and cared and was ready and willing to "fight for my rights". I wasn't just a number and a paycheck.

I want to tell everyone how awesome Raquel Abel is. I was going to lose my daughter but Raquel came in and helped me gain full custody of my daughter. Not only she helped me gain full custody she also helped me keep my parents away from my daughter. She also was there for me through everything my mom's verbal abuse and my dad's Conservatorship that he had on me and she helped me get rid of the conservatorship. Raquel is the reason that I am a mother to my daughter. I am now back with my daughter's father. I am very appreciative of Raquel. She will fight for you like she did for me and my daughter. I really can't say enough good things about Alisha and how she helped me through a difficult divorce. Sean Aiello worked with our attorney Brad Carter in representing my son.
Sean has a very pleasant way about him and it is easy to feel comfortable in his presence.
Their diligence and dedication to represent my son is what we received from their team. We never saw the hours spent preparing for court appearances nor the times spent speaking with the plaintiff’s attorneys; yet, we know all this was instrumental in negotiating the favorable outcome in the Civil Lawsuit against my son.
It took two years for the case to be settled in our favor.
Sean’s assistance in this case for my son was due to his and Brad’s expertise in law, research, skilled collaboration and attention to detail were sure components to him being able to deliver the best solution possible for my son. He was not the lead attorney but whenever we met with them, it was obvious he was an intricate part of the process in turning this in my son’s favor. They were prompt in relaying information regarding any new developments and any court related issues.
The day we met to retain Brad Carter and Sean was a very dark day for us. It was like walking in the dark; groping for a glimmer of light and direction out of this deep hole my son had fallen in. In his sympathetic way, we got that glimmer of light we had hoped for; though he laid out the worst case scenario, we felt confident that we had been led to the right place. We were not made any promises, but that they team would represent my son with the goal of getting the best result.
When people come to an attorney seeking counsel, the response of that attorney should be as reassuring as possible that he/she is on their team. We were not given false hope. Yet, we felt some relieve knowing that Sean Aiello and Brad Carter would be doing everything they could to represent my son well.
I close adding, they not only represented my son in such an excellent way that leaves us feeling forever grateful , but they also represented their profession and their law firm to a high level of honor. I admire and think highly of these two men knowing that though they may have had some personal reservations regarding some of the details in the case, it never hindered their acts of professionalism.
I pray that, I nor any of my family will ever have a need to be represented in a court of law again; but should I ever know of someone who does, I think I could honestly refer them to Sean Aiello.

I called many lawyers and left many messages in regards to a workers comp. for my elderly mom and none of them had bothered to call me back over a week. I then called Mr. Coston's office and spoke with a very nice lady by the name of Lisa who then put me directly thru to Mr. Coston who introduced himself just as Geoff and not Mr. Coston. He seemed really "down to earth" and did not come off as an arogant attorney like others I have dealt with.
I explained my situation to Geoff and he listened carefully and told me he would give me free advice to possibly avoid having to even get an attorney. He then took the time to explain everything and answered all my questions. He took time and never rushed me. He gave a lot of free advice. I have never had an attorney do that. And he had a great since of humor too.
If I can't get my situation resolved in the next few days on my own then I will definitely be calling Mr. Geoff Coston. He is very personable, polite, smart and tries to save you time and money right from the start.

The divorce process has been a new and stressful experience for me, as it also involves my children. I did my due diligence, as a first time candidate, and interviewed 3-4 attorneys to familiarize myself with the process, understand the expectations and see which attorney best met my expectations on knowledge, partnership and engagement. After meeting and speaking with Marissa on a couple of introductory/exploratory meetings, I was convinced that she will be a great lead and I can confidently state that she has been that and more. Marissa has been a sounding board and strong proponent of me throughout the process and her passion/compassion and knowledge has been on full display. After being recommended by a family member, I was thoroughly impressed with Mr. Smith's CV from his law firm website. I was encouraged by his wealth of experience, both as a lawyer and a judge. He was very personable and easy to converse with, while maintaining focus on the key points of the case. As my case had several delays for certain reasons such as the COVID breakout, Derek kept me apprised of everything going on with the proceedings. I was provided with all documentation regarding my case including evidence from the incident and court filings. He found several ways of approaching the case, while ending up with the best possible option for my situation. Additionally, the partners at his firm that he is able to confer with can offer their own expertise which he was able to share with me to explain their thoughts and reasoning. Building a successful family is challenging. When everything is going well in the household unit life is at it's most fulfilling moments. I have found just the opposite to also be true. After the wheels fall off of the bus a catastrophic crash seems to be the inevitable result. In the middle of all the chaos and pain, all I had to offer was a prayer. It's hard to tell. He once told me I was the most difficult client he had ever had, I said thank you and moved on. But what makes me so difficult? Knowledge of the law, refusal to accept his word for anything, and a fierce internal sense of justice. Maybe. I think John is smart and wishes he had stayed in academia. Tennessee is a dumb place to try and practice the law, the folks in charge make it impossible, that's not the fault of the attorneys, right? Anyway, John is great, he's just a Tennessee attorney and they can only do so much.

My brother and I who both live out of state needed an attorney to handle a rather complicated estate for our father and step mother in the state of Tennessee. Bobby was referred to me by a local friend in Franklin and we could not have been happier with the choice.
Bobby and his lovely mother were incredibly responsive to our needs, budget and the difficulty of having clients who reside out of state. Bobby was able to handle the matter to our ultimate satisfaction and was able to navigate successfully the complicated state of affairs our parents had left upon their passing.
Once Bobby sorted out the estates he was able to refer us to another local attorney to deal with the real estate sale portion which was also fairly complicated.
My brother and I greatly appreciated the services Bobby provided, as well as the piece of mind that this matter was being handled professionally and in a timely manner without us having to fly back and forth from out of state.
I would highly recommend this firm to anyone needing a quality lawyer with excellent values, and experience in the state of Tennessee, especially for matters in Williamson County.

I was seeking an attorney who had the Armor of Power. One who used the facts of knowledge as his weapon not an aggressive demeanor. Aggression in the family court of law is frowned upon. Whitney was my attorney for my divorce this past year. I was totally lost and had no idea what to do. She immediately gave me the sense that I could rely on her, and let some of my worries go. It's hard to try to focus on details in such an emotional situation, I needed someone else I could depend on who knew what needed to be done. Whitney was caring and compassionate, but also firm, competent and efficient.

She "represented" me in my divorce, She was interested in billing - a 30 second phones called was billed to me at 0.1 hrs. She did nothing to help me. I could have done better reading a lawbook. She didn't even know the difference between a deed and a deed of trust - and I lost a house for my children in court proceedings. I rue the day I ever gave her any trust and the 20K I paid her, I took another attorney and 3 years to get her mess cleaned up. Run.

Joanie is an incredible lawyer. I hired her for a civil issue with an ex-boyfriend that continued to abuse and harass me. She was always available to meet and discuss any impending issues. She was organized in her case review. She is also very straightforward in what she thinks is possible given the court system. She gives good advice on ways to approach questions that may be asked in court and how to answer them without coming off too emotional. She is very compassionate and solution-based. She always stated "we will get through this" and made me feel like she was on a team with me. I was very prepared as a client and she allowed me to provide my on insight into my case and prioritize the things I needed to get across. She kept me calm and empowered me to stand up for myself. And in court she was a rockstar!!! Nothing got past her and I was able to feel at ease and trust that she had it under control.
