About a year ago I was going through some legal issues and needed an attorney. I had to file as indigent and was at the court's mercy as to whom they would appoint as my attorney. I had some fears about who I would get because you hear of all the horror stories about others getting court appointed attorneys and the attorneys not caring about their case thus not putting much effort towards the case. To be honest I thought that my worst fears had come true when I met Mr. Dickerson for the first time because he looked "too young" to know much about the judicial system. BOY WAS I WRONG. This man went out of his way to make sure all my needs were met and every time we spoke whether it was in person or over the phone, I felt like I was his only client. He was constantly emailing or calling me to make sure I knew; my court dates, what materials I needed to bring, any updates to my case, etc. Mr. Dickerson was fair and honest with me the entire time and never sugarcoated anything just to make me feel better. Once my case was dismissed (thanks to him) and I no longer was a client of his, I was still able to call him and he was willing to answer any of my questions. Try that with any other attorney and they will request some sort of fee. He is a genuine person, a great attorney and I consider him part of my family. I would pay to retain him as my attorney in the future and I reccomend anyone else do the same, and if you are lucky enough to have him appointed to your case, tell him the truth about everything and take comfort in knowing that he is doing everything in his power to help you. I truly believe that he went above and beyond what other attorneys would to help their clients. At this rate he will become partner in his current firm or have a firm of his own, sooner rather than later, no doubt about it! The Dickerson Law Firm.....has a nice ring to it.

When we started out, my husband & I had a great deal of anxiety about trial. We were dealing with a very high conflict party & were worried about how much damage could be done to our son. Rebekah always gave solid advice & kept a cool head despite the many times we called her upset about the case. She was able to turn it on in the courtroom & was able to bring many of the aspects of the case to light that we were worried could be silenced. A god awful firm, at first seemed like a very compassionate and empathetic guy…. Until we left money with the him. Told us just to put a deposit with him to put him on the “back burner” and if we ended up not needing him he would refund the money. Well as time goes by and we realize we don’t need him anymore we begin to try to reach out to get the 1500$ back. Mind you $1700 in total 200 just to talk to the guy which we understood was non refundable not the 1500. I finally get in touch with the guy I’m very respectful, and he goes to gas lighting me and saying off the wall things after he tells me he is not going to refund me. Highly Un professional never dealt with a “lawyer” that acted in the manner of this guy today. Very disappointed and would be careful with leaving this guy any money. Be 100% sure that you need his services before you do so. Mind you this “lawyer” never stepped foot in a court room for us, just took the money and told us we will not be getting it back.

Patterson Harkavy LLP claims to handle employment matters for employees, but my experience was completely the opposite. They turned me away without even bothering to do an intake to review my claim. When I tried to follow up by phone, no one ever answered. If you're dealing with legal issues, I wouldn't recommend reaching out to them—they're unresponsive, and it's clear that employment matters are not their priority. Very disappointing.

Attorney Richardson is frank, direct and goes straight to business. Something that I respect is just that. When his words to me is “What do you want to do?” That was my first sign to me he means business. Here I was thinking I’m going to meet his paralegal. Absolutely was not the case. I found myself in a room sitting in front of the attorney himself. After offering us coffee (my wife and I) the attorney went right into my case. He listens, processes all that you tell him about your case and then executes what is best for you. After our first meeting (same day) it didn’t take an hour before he had us sitting once again in his office gathering more information about my case. PHENOMENAL experience and exactly what I need.
