I am a client of Stuart Sacks and not only does he fail to provide advice but he has such a generalized understanding of the law I’m not sure he’s ever correct about anything specific. I’ve had to babysit and redirect all of his efforts and decisions to wrangle any outcomes resembling success. He will let your affairs circle the drain for years as he milks your accounts, and when it’s all done you’ll be wondering what you paid for. If you’re considering Stuart because you’re trying to save money, his rate may be attractive but you will spend double on his wasteful approach- or better yet for another attorney to take over and get caught up over all the lost time spent working with and talking to Stuart sacks- I promise, for me anything I’ve said to him has been a waste of my breath.
He can’t advise on business matters because he’s not a business person
He will start fights in your family, as I’m sure he has in his own. Not emotionally intelligent for a man so experienced.

Kelli was a poor excuse for an attorney. She advocates for the mother in custody cases even when the mother is opposing counsel. She did little to help and provided no advice throughout the entire process even when it was clear that the children were an inconvenience to the mother. She clearly had no interest or intent to advocate for the father and didn’t care what was best for the children. No matter what information the father provided or options were put on the table, Kelli always agreed with the mother, no matter how unreasonable. She also responded to emails with flagrant disregard for the children. What a waste of time and money. 0/10 recommend unless of course you’re the mother.

Atty Kelli Statt should be the standard for all family law lawyers. She is responsive, extremely knowledgeable, and always prioritizes the best interest of children before anything else. Don was really terrific to have in my corner. My divorce was 15 years ago, and I never forgot how kind, supportive, and gentle he was with me. I am forever grateful to Mr Donald Gordon and his colleagues at Crisp and Associates. After being wrongfully discharged by the Air Force, I consulted with Mr Gordon, and together we put together a strong case to take to the Air Force Discharge Review Board.
He was attentive to my numerous questions and emails, and offered calm when I needed it most. It's a long, difficult process, so having his counsel was extremely helpful.
After many months of waiting, the decision came back - the DRB ruled unanimously in my favor, changing my re-entry code! Thanks to Crisp and Associates, I will now be able to live my dream of returning to the military and serving my country. I would recommend their services to anyone.

I hired this lawyer because of a problem that happened to my car that a friend of mine from that state had on loan and a problem happened to him and the police and the prosecutor's office had my car arrested and I hired this lawyer one 9
Months Robinson & Geraldo - Attorneys at Law 🤢they never gave me a response, my car was released in August 2023, this lawyer never informed me, they never went to the prosecutor's office to investigate and I had to find another person, they helped me and they delivered my car in less than a month I almost can my cars that spent more than 10 months in the police because the lawyer Robinson never did his job he never helped not even a call since I am from NY I do not recommend this person

I hired Kent to handle a divorce case after sacking another lawyer for being non-responsive and failing to perform. Don’t waste your time calling for a private attorney if you are seeking landlord/tenant lawsuit. How can you call yourself DBCA that referrals to you lawyers and not have all the bases covered. They don’t even tell you this when you call and neither on their site. They didn’t even bother to give me info to a lawyer that can provide such a service. Instead it was useless info. Info I am already aware of and have tired with mediocre results. The only decent one is a local codes officer, but I am seeking a lawyer. Not a none existent lawyer. Google is more useful. Do better. Hope this helps out a lot of people to save precious time.

Jack represented me in a very highly contested custody case involving 3 minor children. The court appointed custody expert concluded that the children should move from PA back to FL with their mother (which was also the preference of the 3 children). Throughout a 3 day hearing, Jack successfully repudiated each item that the court appointed expert based his decision on. Jack skillfully made each witness called by the mother appear untruthful at best resulting in the judge issuing an eight page strongly worded opinion concluding that the 3 children remain with the father in PA. Jack's handling of my custody case was professional in all aspects, i.e., discovery, depositions, interviews with the 3 children, courtroom demeanor, etc. He is definitely the "go-to" domestic attorney in my opinion. Finally, Jack's legal fees were every bit worth the fine legal services I received.

He keeps in close personal contact with us, often when he is on vacation. He has always understood that although I am his client, I am part of a family unit (my children, my aging mother, & myself). He truly looks at our issues from a viewpoint that is family oriented. He has taken the time to learn about autism, adult social services, & disability law to better represent us. We retained an attorney from the law firm: Howett, Kissinger & Holst, P.C., two plus years ago to handle the divorce of our son. On what, we were told, was the final document before it went to the court to approve his divorce, his spouses attorney sent the final documents with the wife's signature, but they neglected to have the correct date of separation (about 3 months earlier) and did not notorize her signature. Our/son's attorney apparently did not proofread them and had our son sign them and then realized they were not notorized and returned them to the spouses attorney with our son's signature. Her attorney never filed or sent them to the court. So, about 27 months since their separation they are still married and we spent about $15,000 for nothing. We think this was totally neglectful on the part of Howett, Kissinger and Holst firm.
