I have recently used Mr. Roche for a personal injury case, and was completely blown away by the exceptional work that was done in my favor. Many times with personal injury cases it can become a huge headache, however, having Roche Law Group handle my case was the best decision ever. I would easily recommend this firm to anyone seeking justice with personal injury cases. They definitely put their best foot forward at all times in this office. Easy 10 out of 10 for sure!! I went through a divorce involving children. It was a very difficult time in my life. I was very nervous at the prospect of losing my children. Hiring chris as my attorney was one the best decision I ever made. It didn't seem to be just a job to him. He was very responsive, always getting back to me quickly and answering my questions or concerns even if my questions were goofy. I contacted Christopher on recommendation when my mother, after being separated from my father for many years, had received divorce papers. What made the situation more complicated was that my mother had also been recently diagnosed with advanced stage cancer. Christopher, Beatrice, and the rest of the staff were very understanding and handled the case with the utmost professionalism and empathy. When my mother passed a few months later, before the divorce was finalized, I received condolences along with a refund on the balance of the deposit that was not used, reinforcing the honesty in which they carried themselves throughout. Having been in a 14 year marriage with children involved, I knew that getting a divorce would be extremely difficult, and I‘d have a tedious, emotional road ahead of me. I also knew that finding an experienced lawyer was vital. Upon our first consultation I immediately knew I wanted Christopher Palermo to represent me. His approachable, respectful demeanor and knowledgeable, upfront, honest nature gave me confidence.
There were times in my situation that I had to make hard and bold decisions. Chris always kept things in perspective for me, reminding me to be strong. I trusted his guidance completely and Chris always delivered in the courtroom.
Chris responded to my e-mails within 24 hours, sometimes within the hour. If he was in court, Chris’s knowledgeable and informative staff, Beatrice and Riley, would get right back to me and they were always extremely helpful.

I first contacted Nicole upon recommendation of a friend as I was looking for an attorney to help with the separation between me and my husband. Upon my first conversation with Nicole, I immediately felt that she was exactly who I was looking for in an attorney! Nicole guided me every step of the way and I felt at ease to discuss some very personal issues with her that I was dealing with. She was professional every step of the way and extremely personable and empathetic which made the entire process stress free. Because of her easy-going nature while remaining professional at all times, everything moved a long very smoothly without any problems between myself and my husband!
When we were ready to finalize our separation, Nicole was very accommodating in arranging the day and time my husband and I could meet with her as we all had different schedules. I was charged with a DWI, the cops said I was drunk, but I wasn't. Chris was able to have the charges dismissed after hearings. He was very well versed in the law, made me feel like part of his family. I had access to him 24 hrs a day via phone, text and email.. He always took my calls. Our son (17 and newly licensed) was issued a speeding ticket (30 mph over) which constituted around $1200 in fines and 6 points on his license. We don't know how Erica did it and we didn't ask but, the ticket was reduced to a parking violation, $480 in fines, and 0 (ZERO) points! AMAZING JOB!! Robert had taken on the case in my opinion on the losing team and was able to represent me and my daughter with our needs as top priority. Also having the case concluded after trial he had throughly reviewed the results and found an error. Then reached out to proceed with correcting the courts error. STOP! Do Not Look Any Further! Robert is your man!
I have been dealing with my ex and her family literally since my son was born in 2011 and them trying relentlessly to get full custody of him. After the first three court fights with a different attorney and trying to appease demands and doing what was best for my son, that still was not good enough.
During my 3rd court fight in 2018, I reached out to Robert because I realized this was not going to stop. Even though I had another attorney at the time, I placed a retainer with Robert as well. I knew I would need someone more aggressive for a bigger fight that would come in the future. I wanted Robert to be familiar with my case and to plan for it. Well, that 4th fight came this year (2023-2024), and HE DID NOT DISAPPOINT!
Robert has the right balance of aggressiveness, exceptional knowledge, firmness, and negotiating skills. But if push comes to shove, just put your feet up, sit back, and watch! He will NEVER let you be bullied or give an inch on what you legally deserve. So much so, during this 4th court fight, Robert was able to modify my previous court orders (in favor of me), while the opposition filed custody petitions, enforcement petitions, and modification petitions. All of which failed!
Robert is still on retainer! Because as of today, the next time/the LAST TIME/the most important time...will be on our terms! Already preparing.
DO NOT LOOK ANY FURTHER!!!!

I think this is a review that needs to be posted for others like myself!
Robert Montefusco Law Group had served me in a moment of need, or should I say, when I needed someone to get me out of a disaster I found myself in, due to a incompetent attorney that misrepresented me for 3 years running prior. I finally had to stop the bleeding. I had enough of her poorly representing me!
I didn't realize how bad she was until I witnessed how good Mr. Montefusco is! It was a completely different experience.
She did not communicate with me at all throughout my experience with her. The only communication I had with her firm, was through the billing department. Overall she charged me more than $45,000.00 and I lost every appeal with the court!
Robert looked at what had happened prior to him taking the case, and gently explained that what she did really hurt my case. He never once said anything condescending about her but I was able to read between the lines.
When I decided to have Robert represent me at trial, we had less than three weeks to prepare. He worked into late at night, several nights and we ended up getting all our documents we needed together for the trial.
We went to court, I watched him represent me and I was in awe of his grasp on questioning the witness, (my ex) and watched his performance in the courtroom. He took complete control of the room, and I believe their was nobody that could have done a better job than Mr. Montefusco!
So I say, thank you so much for giving me confidence back in the legal system! You're due diligence I hope will pay off, because in the words of My Cousin Vinny, Just give him a chance, he can do this!

I’ve had Gary Miller represent me in traffic court two separate times over the years for two different moving violations that almost got me 12 points on my license in total. He ended up having both violations reduced to parking tickets with no points! Safe to say if I ever need a traffic lawyer or family/friends need one I know who I will be recommending and calling up. He is very professional and gets back to you with updates quickly. I appreciate how much stress he took off my shoulders. My last ticket I got I felt was unfair and I was really upset, because I tried to explain to the officer what was going on, but he didn’t care to hear me and he said “i think i saw you in the wrong so that was enough”. I think this is a review that needs to be posted for others like myself!
Robert Montefusco Law Group had served me in a moment of need, or should I say, when I needed someone to get me out of a disaster I found myself in, due to a incompetent attorney that misrepresented me for 3 years running prior. I finally had to stop the bleeding. I had enough of her poorly representing me!
I didn't realize how bad she was until I witnessed how good Mr. Montefusco is! It was a completely different experience.
She did not communicate with me at all throughout my experience with her. The only communication I had with her firm, was through the billing department. Overall she charged me more than $45,000.00 and I lost every appeal with the court!
Robert looked at what had happened prior to him taking the case, and gently explained that what she did really hurt my case. He never once said anything condescending about her but I was able to read between the lines.
When I decided to have Robert represent me at trial, we had less than three weeks to prepare. He worked into late at night, several nights and we ended up getting all our documents we needed together for the trial.
We went to court, I watched him represent me and I was in awe of his grasp on questioning the witness, (my ex) and watched his performance in the courtroom. He took complete control of the room, and I believe their was nobody that could have done a better job than Mr. Montefusco!
So I say, thank you so much for giving me confidence back in the legal system! You're due diligence I hope will pay off, because in the words of My Cousin Vinny, Just give him a chance, he can do this!

After having a lawyer that i felt didn't adequately represent me and had put me in a tough situation. STOP! Do Not Look Any Further! Robert is your man!
I have been dealing with my ex and her family literally since my son was born in 2011 and them trying relentlessly to get full custody of him. After the first three court fights with a different attorney and trying to appease demands and doing what was best for my son, that still was not good enough.
During my 3rd court fight in 2018, I reached out to Robert because I realized this was not going to stop. Even though I had another attorney at the time, I placed a retainer with Robert as well. I knew I would need someone more aggressive for a bigger fight that would come in the future. I wanted Robert to be familiar with my case and to plan for it. Well, that 4th fight came this year (2023-2024), and HE DID NOT DISAPPOINT!
Robert has the right balance of aggressiveness, exceptional knowledge, firmness, and negotiating skills. But if push comes to shove, just put your feet up, sit back, and watch! He will NEVER let you be bullied or give an inch on what you legally deserve. So much so, during this 4th court fight, Robert was able to modify my previous court orders (in favor of me), while the opposition filed custody petitions, enforcement petitions, and modification petitions. All of which failed!
