I was involved in a really bad situation that would've cost me points on my license and a misdemeanor on my record. The court appointed me an Attorney who told me that the D.A. wasn't willing to negotiate and I should just accept having points on my license and a criminal offense on my record. I thought about it and told him " I'll think about it".. The next day I said a prayer and God told me " Get an Attorney, who isn't court appointed !!! ". I searched the internet and came across " The Law Office of Kenneth Mollins". After reading the awesome reviews , I gave them a call. I spoke with Tim and he assured me that he will keep fighting until I got the best deal available. He kept fighting for me until I walked away with an offer of no points on my license, a traffic ticket, and a reasonable amount of time to pay it. I highly recommend their Law Office because they are extremely knowledgeable, competent, helpful, affordable and they patiently address any questions or concerns you may have as a client. They will always be my go to Law Firm.

You cannot say nothing bad about Bataresh Pammer. When I meet with George Pammer for the first time. He made me feel comfortable with the stress I was going through. I also received addition support from his team of partner Claudia Bataresh and his Para Legal Michelle Vincent. It made a world of difference to me. I later learned from my niece that George was rated Super Lawyers NY Metro Rising Stars for 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024 and most likely 2025 which I did not know. She was worried about me as to who will represent me fairly during this stressful time. Now I fully understand why he is the mark of excellence. After having a lawyer that i felt didn't adequately represent me and had put me in a tough situation. Robert had taken on the case in my opinion on the losing team and was able to represent me and my daughter with our needs as top priority. Also having the case concluded after trial he had throughly reviewed the results and found an error. Then reached out to proceed with correcting the courts error. I couldn’t be happier with the practice and all staff!

STOP! Do Not Look Any Further! Robert is your man!
I have been dealing with my ex and her family literally since my son was born in 2011 and them trying relentlessly to get full custody of him. After the first three court fights with a different attorney and trying to appease demands and doing what was best for my son, that still was not good enough.
During my 3rd court fight in 2018, I reached out to Robert because I realized this was not going to stop. Even though I had another attorney at the time, I placed a retainer with Robert as well. I knew I would need someone more aggressive for a bigger fight that would come in the future. I wanted Robert to be familiar with my case and to plan for it. Well, that 4th fight came this year (2023-2024), and HE DID NOT DISAPPOINT!
Robert has the right balance of aggressiveness, exceptional knowledge, firmness, and negotiating skills. But if push comes to shove, just put your feet up, sit back, and watch! He will NEVER let you be bullied or give an inch on what you legally deserve. So much so, during this 4th court fight, Robert was able to modify my previous court orders (in favor of me), while the opposition filed custody petitions, enforcement petitions, and modification petitions. All of which failed!
Robert is still on retainer! Because as of today, the next time/the LAST TIME/the most important time...will be on our terms! Already preparing.
DO NOT LOOK ANY FURTHER!!!!

Ok, Edward is a great man, but, after my case, wich had many errors it seemed he wanted a quick result and not to fight, and also currently text after text and email after email me being abused by my probation officer (with proof) I felt blown off and no call back, no email back or nothing, and Ed knows I am in the final stages of disability and medication for Anxiety and Depression are so high now, It takes two seconds to call someone back, now I have to get another attorney.

I retained Ian for both child support and custody. In child support he was able to set my child support at a number way less than what I should be paying. I hired Ian to represent me in custody, he answers every phone call and every text. During the process I never felt alone. If I got frustrated and carried away he would make sure that I would remain professional and would not tolerate it. Because of him I now I have a set schedule with my children, he stopped my narcissistic children’s mother from controlling and manipulating everything she could get her hands on. I contacted Christopher on recommendation when my mother, after being separated from my father for many years, had received divorce papers. What made the situation more complicated was that my mother had also been recently diagnosed with advanced stage cancer. Having been in a 14 year marriage with children involved, I knew that getting a divorce would be extremely difficult, and I‘d have a tedious, emotional road ahead of me. His approachable, respectful demeanor and knowledgeable, upfront, honest nature gave me confidence.

I was charged with a DWI, the cops said I was drunk, but I wasn't. Chris was able to have the charges dismissed after hearings. He was very well versed in the law, made me feel like part of his family. I had access to him 24 hrs a day via phone, text and email.. He always took my calls. STOP! Do Not Look Any Further! Robert is your man!
I have been dealing with my ex and her family literally since my son was born in 2011 and them trying relentlessly to get full custody of him. After the first three court fights with a different attorney and trying to appease demands and doing what was best for my son, that still was not good enough.
During my 3rd court fight in 2018, I reached out to Robert because I realized this was not going to stop. Even though I had another attorney at the time, I placed a retainer with Robert as well. I knew I would need someone more aggressive for a bigger fight that would come in the future. I wanted Robert to be familiar with my case and to plan for it. Well, that 4th fight came this year (2023-2024), and HE DID NOT DISAPPOINT!
Robert has the right balance of aggressiveness, exceptional knowledge, firmness, and negotiating skills. But if push comes to shove, just put your feet up, sit back, and watch! He will NEVER let you be bullied or give an inch on what you legally deserve. So much so, during this 4th court fight, Robert was able to modify my previous court orders (in favor of me), while the opposition filed custody petitions, enforcement petitions, and modification petitions. All of which failed!
Robert is still on retainer! Because as of today, the next time/the LAST TIME/the most important time...will be on our terms! Already preparing.
DO NOT LOOK ANY FURTHER!!!!

I was happy with my initial divorce proceedings and communications with Palermo and my divorce lawyer, Ms. Riley Perry. However, after the divorce was final, the handling of the QDRO and getting my remaining retainer back has been a NIGHTMARE. I have sent countless emails and left messages that do not get any response. The QDRO was finalized in November of 2021 - I do not have a certified copy and I still do not have a refund of what is remaining on my account
