She is very knowledgeable and keeps current on new law in her field. When I decided that I wanted to replace my will with a trust I interviewed three attorneys before deciding on JoAnn Perez. JoAnn was clearly the most experienced and most knowledgeable. As with any good attorney she is specialized and will do the best job of any attorney in Huntsville in her field. I currently have six attorneys and I have represented myself in District Court (small claims division) opposing one of Huntsville finest. I know a good attorney when I encounter one and JoAnn is one of the finest.

Rebecca got me through a really hard divorce a few years ago. She was kind and patient with me while also being very attentive. If you don’t hire Robin, well you already lost your case. She and her team are the exception when it comes to dealing with extremely complex cases. The previous attorney dropped the ball and Robin came in and cleaned up a mess we thought was un repairable. Robin, Kristal, and Jackie are in 100% and have compassion for their clients. Best part is they have a sense of humor!! This team is AMAZING.

Russell did an excellent job handling my DUI case. During the initial consultation he was able to explain the whole process and during subsequent meetings he completely prepared my for the next stages of the process. On appeal he was able to get the charges dismissed completely, with no fines or jail time and I will be able to get the arrest expunged completely in the future. He and his staff are knowledgeable and have been attentive to every aspect of the case during the whole process. I only had to actually appear in court one time, with other appearances being handled completely by his associates before I could be called up.

Catherine is a strong attorney who helped me navigate a divorce agreement that was fair. She will give you honest, real advice and not just what you want to hear. I also appreciated the fact that she helped me see the reality of things dragging out in the court system that would escalate cost dramatically. I can't thank Charlotte Christian enough for helping me at the worst time of my life. Christian fought hard and never gave up on my case. She fought for me and my kids till the end!! Mr. Howie took on my on the job injury case in july 1999 and he never stopped working for me. He and his staff made sure that my children and myself were financially taken care of until the day of my court date and on that day he fought for me til the end and we won... i have been ever so grateful for the job that he and his staff did for me i couldnt have done it without them, i did become 100% disabled due to that injury but i am forever grateful for what they did to keep me financially afloat for some time.. thanks Mitch and staff....

When you hire a lawyer the most important thing is trust, you must trust what they are telling & selling you! Jon told me from the day I walked in and before I paid what he was going to do. I remember how confident he was lol, and I was like…. Really??? cause I was so nervous! I called Chelsea all the time asking the same questions over and over, she was so patient, kind, & understanding though :) My cases were an A-2 DUI, Failure to properly yield, & No Insurance (which I had). We pled not guilty, the case was continued three times, and the fourth time we went to trial in district court. Well Jon was not there that because he had a doctor’s appointment, so Mike Morenilla filled in for him. (I was like wait, where is Jon, I hired Jon). But Mike did the trial and simply nailed it! Not guilty all 3 counts!! So impressed! So in a brief description the whole team is just wonderful to work with, I am so pleased with the trustworthy, friendly, experienced, educated, confident, & passionate service I received. No conviction, No court cost, No probation, JUST FREE TO GO!

I consulted Mr.Tewalt on my husbands immigration case. He was kind and patient and listened to all the facts of the case. When I finished, Mr.Tewalt helped us find a solution at no cost. He did not charge a consultation fee as promised and refused to take payment for his service. A truly honest attorney is hard to find. I have consulted with Maureen Cooper for two different issues related to divorce and alimony . In the past , the thought of consulting with any attorney was one associated with fear and dread . I have had contact with lawyers in the past who had no genuine desire to help me quickly resolve a problem or to provide straight answers . I had never consulted with an attorney who genuinely wanted to earn the respect and trust of others as much as he wanted to take advantage of my problem for his own profit .
Ms. Cooper is a rare gem because she is competent , straight forward , not manipulative and earnest in her desire to assist people and not exploit their problems to advance herself in an unfair way . She is a good person , and if someone needs an attorney they can trust who will not take advantage of them , she is the first person to call . I hold her in high esteem and feel thankful to know an attorney of her caliber in competence and human decency .
I asked another attorney who was too busy to consult with me for a name of an honest and capable lawyer . She spoke highly of Maureen , and I must agree she was correct in her assessment of Maureen Cooper.

Aaron helped me with my contentious divorce. He communicated regularly with me, responded quickly to emails and phone calls, and made sure I understood everything that was happening. He didn't mind explaining things and answered all of my questions in detail.
Unfortunately, we had to go to trial (not at all his fault, the ex refused to negotiate a settlement) but Aaron did a great job for me. He was very calm and sure, and presented my case very well before the judge. In the end, I was awarded almost everything we asked for.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Aaron for anyone needing his services.

Rebekah has been so professional and understanding in guiding me through the end of a 13 year divorce, signing the last papers with his widow and now finding the legal documents that gave me my maiden name back 22 years ago. Social Security records still had my married name which really complicated all of my medical appts and health insurance.
