Had an issue with a landlord trying to wrongly evict me from my residence. Honestly was really freaking out, had no idea what to do about the entire situation. Called Asa. He gathered information about what was going on. Calmed me down. And took care of the situation. By 4 o’clock the next afternoon he had stopped the wrongful harassment and allowed me to stay in my home. Couldn’t be more thankful. I typically never write reviews, but I feel this would be one to definitely help someone out in choosing the best lawyer suited for them:
I consulted Asa King dealing with a ex's bankruptcy that was filed while my home was under contract to sell (ex was a co-signer on the home). This was a major conflict in selling the home, and ultimately I was left looking to find my own representation for my uncommon situation. Unfortunately, I was unaware of property liens, that complicated this situation, and had no previous experience with the bankruptcy process or the legal system.
Asa was professional, respectful, resourceful, and was very patient and understanding with my situation and explaining the processes to me. He kept me updated with the process and included me in decision making processes along the way. There were a few unexpected road bumps that appeared that could not have been foreseen, and Asa went above and beyond what was expected to ensure things were taken care of.
I would recommend him as a lawyer and wish I could hire him for every legal need.
Prior to hiring Asa, I had spoken to my ex's attorney who had quoted me thousands of dollars to do the same thing Asa was able to do for a fraction of the cost--which was much more fairly and accurately priced. I felt at ease and trusted that he would be able to take care of my situation, which he did. A motion to the bankruptcy court was filed, an order from the judge was received within 30 days, and I was finally able to sell my home without complication. I am extremely grateful for Asa and wish nothing but the best for him and his business.

Hiring Ms. Henry was a last minute decision as the atty who had been handling my divorce for the previous 15 months quit to work as a corp. Atty. She dedicated herself to my case and did a wonderful job especially considering she only had about 4 to 6 weeks to prepare. This is the most straight forward and hard working attorney I have ever came in contact with. He doesn't tell his clients what they want to hear. He tells them the truth and what to expect and doesn't hold anything back. Some may not care for the way he conducts business with his clients, but he wants his clients to win and in order to do so he breaks them down and builds them back up so they will know what to expect in court. If you have any sort of domestic relations case, this is by far the best attorney to seeking legal counsel from in the state of Arkansas.

My fiance hired this attorney and paid him $2500 to do one simple task which he clearly stated he could handle. This attorney took no initiative, failed to communicate, would not return our calls, and is an extremely poor representation of an attorney. Do not use this man, unless you are comfortable giving your money away and seeing zero results.

Bryce took me on as a client whenever my attorney became sick, he was willing to work with me even with the short time frame it appeared we had, and within reason he was willing to work with my financial situation. I see couple reviews here I don't agree with, and attorneys are busy people, and they time things out the way they do for good reasoning. Timing/preparation with Bryce for handling tensions and best outcomes with Bryce was a 10/10
He held good composure in court and made my case heard clearly and was able to paint a clear picture without making a mess. This is who you need representing you.

Disappointing Legal Representation by Attorney Bryce Cook
I am deeply disappointed with the legal services provided by Attorney Bryce Cook. Despite my nephew being a dedicated father and diligently fulfilling all requests made by Attorney Cook in a timely manner, the outcome of the case was far from satisfactory.
Despite the sensitive nature of the case, my family decided to invest in professional legal representation, trusting Attorney Cook to navigate us through the legal complexities. However, Attorney Cook failed to meet our expectations on multiple fronts.
Firstly, Attorney Cook failed to ensure that the other party was properly served, a basic and essential step in legal proceedings. This negligence significantly hindered the progress of the case and undermined our confidence in Attorney Cook's competence.
Furthermore, despite assurances, Attorney Cook failed to provide a comprehensive plan of action, leaving us feeling adrift and uninformed about the direction of the case. This lack of communication and transparency only exacerbated our concerns and frustrations.
To add insult to injury, Attorney Cook ceased all communication regarding the payment made for his services and ignored requests for a refund. This unprofessional behavior demonstrates a blatant disregard for ethical and professional standards.
In conclusion, based on my firsthand experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend Attorney Bryce Cook to anyone seeking legal representation.

We contracted Doug's services for a minor custody issue with my daughter, and again a year later for a lengthy, difficult adoption. Doug's retainer fee and rates were clearly communicated and more than fair. His consultation was very straight forward. Although we were victorious in both cases, he was honest about the possibilities in both cases and never promised us a positive outcome as to not provide a false hope. Doug maintained a professional attitude while not becoming unapproachable.
Doug labored tirelessly over our case. We had a very difficult adoption case that my wife and I were fearful of an unfavorable verdict. Doug applied his knowledge of the laws surrounding our case and his resources to case law, and he fought for our case. He displayed passion for the law and heart for our case that was a true comfort as we faced our 3 year battle and 3 trial hearings with MULTIPLE guardianship alterations. It was evident throughout our hearings that Doug had done his homework in reference to our situation. If you want to be made to feel confident about going to prison even if your innocent call Ben Ross. I used Paul Ford several years ago in a medical malpractice case and right before the time was up he decided he couldnt do it and instructed me to find someone else. Dealing with a death from malpractice then having to deal with an atty who pushed the limits was too much. I had to just drop the case and was terribly upset over the whole situation.

Did a great job beating an attempted protection order an abusive mother was attempting to get on me, but then wouldn’t do anything to enforce the judges decision resulting in a complete break down in communication. As the typical beta male attorney He is use to helping alienate fathers so the mother of your child could be doing actual harm to your child but hurting her feelings in your response will result in him empathizing with her and not doing his job. Maybe he’s good for single moms trying to destroy their kids, single fathers should avoid. (Plenty of money being a scummy parental alienation profiteer).

I got the opportunity to hire Josh Allen, an attorney in Josh Eason’s office. While Josh Allen was great and did an excellent job representing me in my custody case, I was also thankful that Josh Eason came to the courthouse to show his support. It is cool to feel like the entire office is there to help! There was a break in the action in court so I didnt find out my decision until after lunch. However, I told Josh that his strategy was outstanding and that I couldn’t be happier. This was before the verdict! Needless to say, after the verdict I was even happier. No one wants to go to court but these guys are worth every penny. Josh Allen has a very calming demeanor and I really needed his relaxed approach to calm me down. I could only give 5 stars but it was well worth 10! Hire these guys for your situation!

She sat on my custody case allowing my child's mother enough time to leave the state and ruin any chance of quality time with my son. I had to bombard her with emails just for her to start the paternity test, by then my childs mother left the state. Never seemed to care or have interest. I have an email trail to prove this negligence as well. ended up firing her after almost a year if case delays just to hire another worthless attorney. At least he got it to court even though he did very little to defend me. Northeast Arkansas in general has some serious ethics issues with local attorneys. even someone fresh from law school would be superior to most offerings in the area.
In short, Ms. Worsham is directly responsible for an easily avoidable negative outcome in my case. Her neglegence took me from every other week with my son to every other moth at best.

I see articles stating that his license was revoked, suspended due to not having his ceus and lying about it when questioned by professionals in the law field, as well as having financial judgements against him for fraudulent representation. Might want to make sure whether he was one of the fools who let jason baldwin be railroaded in the wm3 trial. I seem to remember those two attorneys being paul ford and robin wadley. Beware all who seek to hire those two incompetents.
