I worked with Dustin on my case and I have no regrets! The entire process was pleasant. He was very professional and great with communication. He communicated everything that he intended to do with me, when it came down to the settlement he made sure to check with me and see if I was okay with the amount before accepting anything. If you're in the Ft. Riley area and especially have an uncontested divorce ie: no children/property disputes he does his services for half the rate of anyone else and I even paid an extra 100.00 for an emergency divorce and was concluded within a week of filing.

Wow!! I am amazed at what Weber Law Office did for me. First, April. Amazing. I needed help, right away for my son(traffic). I called Weber law because of the ratings I saw online. April immediately assisted me during this emotional time and related. I work in customer, so to engage, and make me feel welcomed is not something that can be easily done. It wasn't transnational, all of my interactions with April and Mr. Weber were extremely memorable. That's what you need when you're going through a tough time. You want to know that you can trust and depend on the lawyer that you're hiring. I called on a Wednesday morning, probably when they first opened. By the afternoon, I had been in office, retained Mr. Weber, and had a court date for the next day. Literally Mr. Weber was able to do a walk in docket, and have the issue taken care of. Afterwards, he visited with me, my son, and mom, and we had a conversation about travel or something.
It's been a little over 2 weeks since I first called Weber law. The follow up has been phenomenal, both email and phone. If you're looking for a lawyer who will actually LISTEN to you, and make sure that you understand the process, with amazing follow through, Weber Law is what I who I would choose. Heather is very aggressive in defending her clients. She represented my ex-wife in our divorce and had no problem telling the judge outright lies and slandering my name in attempt to paint me as the "bad guy" in the divorce. She encouraged her client to try to have my mother arrested for harassment due to a few text messages that were actually polite and courteous. She encouraged her client to file a false police report against me after her client intentionally damaged her own property in a storage unit. She sent an IWO to my employer and had child support taken out of my pay check before the judge even signed the order. She sets her morals and ethics aside when defending her clients. She's expensive, but worth every penny if you need someone to strongly defend you in a difficult divorce.

My divorce was lasted over a year and a half, was very contentious and Eric stuck with me every step of the way. My ex had two attorneys during the process and we also had a guardian ad litem involved and Eric’s communication between all of the other parties and myself was very professional. Eric really took the time to listen to my story from the initial consultation onward. He is very compassionate, kind, and honest. He told me what the most likely outcomes would be all along the way in my custody case. My case ended up going to trial over property division and Eric was very prepared and prepared me very well for the questioning in court. We essentially won every argument made at trial. Ron provides honest feed back & isn't afraid of challenging you on points that you state that may not be legitimate in court. Ron believes in what is best for the minor children and gets results based on this alone. He was able to get the parenting plan I proposed which my ex was against and not in the best interest of the children. I would hire Ron again if I needed him and I have referred him and he got excellent results for my friend, again with the children's best interests in mind. I first hired Sally to help with a custody hearing to get custody of my children. During the process of preparing for the court date Sally explained what l needed to focus on and what the judges looked for in hearing cases
The biggest thing is she listened and accepted my input so I really appreciated her attitude and help. I did get custody of my children thanks to her efforts
The next thing is when I got my divorce I got the house and my ex was supposed to be given a quit claim form. My lawyer kept putting it off and eventually moved away from the area so I asked Sally to help and she got it done in about three weeks.
Finally when my mother passed away she is the lawyer who had written my mother’s last will and testament addendums as times and circumstances changed After my mother’s passing she helped settle the will in a short efficient time
In all my different types of legal needs Sally is knowledgeable about her job and duties and is great at explaining her needs to assist her in getting things done and then gets them done in a timely manner satisfactory to my needs
She always allows me to voice concerns or questions about different topics during the process and then gets answers to my questions and concerns
I have had a few other problems and things l needed legal help with and no other lawyer ever listened or accepted my questions or concerns in dealing with the cases they worked
Many times I heard “I assume “ or “probably “ from other lawyers and Sally does have to do so herself however I feel she has always actually looked into topics and researched things before just giving me an answer to brush me out the door

We live in Olathe and needed a "good" family law lawyer. We hired a local law firm who seemed to have the right stuff. 3/4 of the way through our family court matter, we had to fire our lawyer. We heard about Denise Ramos through a work associate and made the call. We met with her and she made us feel so comfortable. She didn't mince words about the status of our case or the potential for a hopeful outcome, since our previous lawyer mucked things up procedurally from a legal perspective. Regardless, she was tough and aggressive in the court room. She presented case law and rulings that had the opposition attorney's head spinning. Denise is a great advocate for her clients and represents and fights for their well-being -- AND -- she's a really nice woman! We strongly recommend her law firm!

I give Mr. McDowell a 10 star rating. 5 is not anywhere near enough stars. He is professional and I have hired him twice now for custody issues against the same father. I have walked into court confident every single time with Mr. McDowell and he ALWAYS wins my case. You cant believe all ratings that you see posted here. Mr Ray Neighbors, for instance, he is a troll. No offense to him, but do your research. He seems to really hit hard on the legal system and judges. I saw his rating and it infuriated me. Mr. McDowell is by far the best attorney around!!

They say getting divorced is never easy. Add to that getting divorced after 10 plus years to a very mentally ill spouse during a pandemic. I could not have done it with out Ashlyn. During the consultation with Ashlyn she did something that she may not have even realized. She gave me hope, with her understanding of the mental illnesses that my ex spouse has. Ashlyn gave me hope by her experience being a guardian ad litem (an attorney representing the child and what the best interest is for the child.)
After she took my case, Ashlyn used her skills and ability to calm down the bull dog attorney that my spouse hired. In court Ashlyn represented me and my interests exactly, and was able to speed up the divorce process. (At that point my ex was stalling wanting to move forward.)
I pray that no one ever has to divorce their spouse. If they do, I hope that they are lucky enough to have Ashlyn or an attorney of her caliber represent them.

Hiring an attorney who is going to play, what I would say is the most important part in protecting your parental rights and the best interest of your children can be a huge challenge. To make a long story shorter, I had met with three other attorneys and initially hired a firm who had a great marketing campaign and a good pitch man on site, I spent over $1800.00 and all that I got in return was aggravated, before I parted ways with them.
I spent a lot of time on line looking at reviews and reading bio's and talking to a few attorneys over the phone. I can't say exactly what it was that made me decide to go and meet with Paula, but I can tell you that it was the best decision I could have made.
I walked into the office and Julie, Paula's assistant (also a rock star) handed me a questionnaire, I filled it out and waited about 15 minutes and then was walked back to Paula's office. She asked me to tell my story, eventually stopping me, because I rambler and it would have cost me a lot of money, b the time I ran out of words. I mentioned the other attorneys that I had met with... They all told me that my ex wife had my boys the majority of the time, but Paula said "You have your boys 52% of the time, I disagreed and told her she was wrong, she slid a printout across the table and said "Is this your schedule?" I told her it was, she said "Then you have your boys 52% of the time.
I hired Paula, because she cut to the chase, she didn't waste my time and didn't allow me to waste my time, by rambling on about things that weren't relevant to my case. I left her office and before I made it back to my house, she had already contacted my sons private school, to verify what I pay for their school and informed me that I shouldn't be paying any child support. I had been paying for 9 years. The first firm I hired had figured it at $519.00 per month. Also, after having my boys pretty much every Thursday through Sunday for 8 years, the judge would have set temporary custody for every other weekend, but Paula stood up and said "You can't do that your honor" and we were able to maintain a better schedule.
Todays date is August 21st, 2020, I hired Paula in February of this year. We went to trial August 19-20 and I couldn't have been more pleased. She was prepared and to say she presented a very organized case, would be an understatement. I knew that she and her assistant Julie had worked really hard, but I was really in awe of what had culminated from their efforts. Paula was very aggressive in her presentation and didn't let the apposing counsel get away with anything.
We won't know the outcome of the trial until the judge reviews the case, but I can't imagine anything, but success, based on Paula's performance, both in the court room and before. I would highly recommend hiring Paula for any family law issues.

Jeff Dehon was my first experience working with a lawyer. I was surprised at how approachable he was and how responsive he was to my questions. When calling his office, he answers the phone. He helped me with my divorce with compassion and thoughtfulness. He explained every step along the way and worked swiftly for resolution. During the same time period, we were selling our house and there was a cash settlement issue that needed immediate attention and he stepped up to the plate. Jeff is one of the best attorneys I have met. He helped us with a very high conflict custody case, that involved multiple states. He is highly ethical and even when the other attorney seemed to do some unethical things, always stood above and followed the law. He was reachable whenever we needed to talk to him. Our case took a year and a half to resolve. Sometimes things take a while to work it's way through the court system. During that entire year and a half he always replied to emails and calls promptly, and often calmed us down when we got worked up about the case. I would recommend Mr. Dehon to anyone looking for a great attorney, that will work hard and is there for his clients.

Mr. Dehon was extremely diligent and supportive during the entire process of divorce. He worked tirelessly to make sure that my interests were protected.
