This young man is VERY personable, dedicated to his clients and reasonable in cost. He saved me from having a moving violation which would drive up my insurance costs, spent the time to consult me on other legal matters but was honest enough to refer me to another attorney who specialized in what I needed. Mr. Garcia took time to consult and refer without charge. Would definitely and "first" contact him if ever I need legal advice again.

Heather is very aggressive in defending her clients. She represented my ex-wife in our divorce and had no problem telling the judge outright lies and slandering my name in attempt to paint me as the "bad guy" in the divorce. She encouraged her client to try to have my mother arrested for harassment due to a few text messages that were actually polite and courteous. She encouraged her client to file a false police report against me after her client intentionally damaged her own property in a storage unit. She sent an IWO to my employer and had child support taken out of my pay check before the judge even signed the order. She sets her morals and ethics aside when defending her clients. She's expensive, but worth every penny if you need someone to strongly defend you in a difficult divorce.

I first hired Sally to help with a custody hearing to get custody of my children. During the process of preparing for the court date Sally explained what l needed to focus on and what the judges looked for in hearing cases
The biggest thing is she listened and accepted my input so I really appreciated her attitude and help. I did get custody of my children thanks to her efforts
The next thing is when I got my divorce I got the house and my ex was supposed to be given a quit claim form. My lawyer kept putting it off and eventually moved away from the area so I asked Sally to help and she got it done in about three weeks.
Finally when my mother passed away she is the lawyer who had written my mother’s last will and testament addendums as times and circumstances changed After my mother’s passing she helped settle the will in a short efficient time
In all my different types of legal needs Sally is knowledgeable about her job and duties and is great at explaining her needs to assist her in getting things done and then gets them done in a timely manner satisfactory to my needs
She always allows me to voice concerns or questions about different topics during the process and then gets answers to my questions and concerns
I have had a few other problems and things l needed legal help with and no other lawyer ever listened or accepted my questions or concerns in dealing with the cases they worked
Many times I heard “I assume “ or “probably “ from other lawyers and Sally does have to do so herself however I feel she has always actually looked into topics and researched things before just giving me an answer to brush me out the door
Sally is smart and has worked tirelessly for me in all my affairs

Was not prepared for my case. For the money I paid, I deserved more than a 5 minute dress down in the hallway before my trial. Very disappointed by the lack of care I received as a client. I was asking him if we should prepare before the case and he assured me that we would get a continuance and have time to prepare. He was wrong.

When I made the determination to retain a lawyer for my divorce, I paid the money for three separate consultations to ensure I would get the best legal representation possible. Save yourself the money and hire Paula from the beginning. When I read the very first letter from Paula to the opposing counsel, I knew immediately that I made the right decision. I give Mr. McDowell a 10 star rating. 5 is not anywhere near enough stars. He is professional and I have hired him twice now for custody issues against the same father. I have walked into court confident every single time with Mr. McDowell and he ALWAYS wins my case. You cant believe all ratings that you see posted here. Mr Ray Neighbors, for instance, he is a troll. No offense to him, but do your research. He seems to really hit hard on the legal system and judges. I saw his rating and it infuriated me. Mr. McDowell is by far the best attorney around!!

Ashlyn is five stars!!! A dear friend recommended Ashlyn to help navigate a dispute between my ex husband and myself. I was blown away by Ashlyn’s attention to detail and familiarity with the court system. When it came time for the trial I wasn’t sure what to expect and was pretty nervous. Once our trial began all those feelings quickly faded as I watched Ashlyn move into action. I completely trusted her and knew she was on top of everything. They say getting divorced is never easy. Add to that getting divorced after 10 plus years to a very mentally ill spouse during a pandemic. I could not have done it with out Ashlyn. During the consultation with Ashlyn she did something that she may not have even realized. She gave me hope, with her understanding of the mental illnesses that my ex spouse has. Ashlyn gave me hope by her experience being a guardian ad litem (an attorney representing the child and what the best interest is for the child.)
After she took my case, Ashlyn used her skills and ability to calm down the bull dog attorney that my spouse hired. In court Ashlyn represented me and my interests exactly, and was able to speed up the divorce process. (At that point my ex was stalling wanting to move forward.)
I pray that no one ever has to divorce their spouse. If they do, I hope that they are lucky enough to have Ashlyn or an attorney of her caliber represent them.

Penny was outstanding to work with during my divorce. She listened to what was really important to me and guided me through the process with facts. I really liked that Penny was always available to answer my questions. It did not matter if it was after hours during the week or the weekends, Penny was always there to help. She always made me feel that I was the most important client she was working with. Due to the size of our assets, I would ask Penny to run through different scenarios and advise me what was best. This was extremely helpful to me as I made decisions on how to handle asset division. As I child of divorce myself, it was extremely important to me that I did not become a “every other weekend Dad”. I contacted Lynnette Herrman when my daughter's mother met a new guy and suddenly decided to take my daughter out of state. Obviously I was no longer necessary.
We never had a legal custody agreement and my name was not on the birth certificate because I didn't know she was mine until after she was born. Also, we live in a conservative state that leans heavily towards the mother's rights.
Needless to say, Lynnette was fighting an uphill battle from the very beginning. And she told me during the initial consult that this may not be a winnable case. No talking up the sure win just to get hired.
Fortunately for me, she seemed to take the wrongness of the situation personally and fought like a bulldog for my daughter and me. Lynnette was constantly in contact asking for small details during her case research, always digging for the slightest advantage. This paid off enormously when her absolute understanding if our situation aloud her to catch my ex in numerous exaggerations and out right lies. And in court, she argued our case almost as if she was fighting for her own kid.
By the time she was done, I not only got 50/50 time with my daughter but the judge actually made me primary custodian.
Surprisingly, Lynnette was able to do all this with minimal mud slinging in court. I now have a much better relationship with my ex than ever before and that allows us to be much better parents for our daughter.
I would absolutely hire Lynnette Herrman for any legal matters I run into in the future. This lady almost single handedly gave me my family back. There is no amount if thanks that will ever cover that. Hopefully this review well help pay it back a little.

She really knew her stuff and looked at my case from different angles than other attorneys I had talked to. After consultations with two other attorneys before her, I was worried I wouldn't find anyone I liked, but within minutes of meeting her I knew she was the right choice. She was confident but still forthcoming and honest when she answered my questions and I felt very comfortable hiring her. Throughout my case, she stayed in touch whenever needed and worked diligently to uncover all the facts and details about the situation surrounding my case. Ultimately we did win, with what I can only assume was a rather embarrassing defeat for the other side, who thought they had me beat hands down and probably would have with any other attorney on the job.
