My son and I were in an auto accident July 2023. I reached out to several firms before I came across Foster Wallace online. After reading many reviews from other clients I knew this was the right firm to go with. Michael Foster was very caring, professional and responsive from beginning to end. He always made time to check in with us or answer any questions that we had. All of my text and emails were always answered almost immediately and if he wasn’t available, he’d set a time to be available to answer any questions. He even stopped by my office just to check in. It meant a lot that he would take the time out just to stop in. The entire team was very helpful and professional. This was my first auto accident and didn’t really know what to expect, but I had full confidence that Michael would get the best result for my son and I. Which left me worry free. He did not fail! I debated writing this review; I decided I want to share my experience; I paid $3000 dollars and felt like he was on the other parties side.
Since day one he was rude, and talked me to like I did not know anything.
Every time I met with him I had to re answer questions, name of child, age, gender etc.
I had two non-negotiables, that I let him know up front, that I would not settle for.
When it came time sign the documents(after a couple of years of back and forth), I had to check the whole document to only find out it had been snuck in by the other party. My attorney did not review it and let me know, I had to say something.
I had to communicate with him and follow up with him in order to find anything out.
When it came time to finally time to settle in court, I was asked if a few dates would work. Never confirmed the date/time, I had to reconfirm with him the night before. Did not prep me on what to expect, etc.
During court, he fumbled through and even wanted me to agree on a date that was not communicated/discussed prior.
Overall, I felt he did not take my case seriously, and felt like he had the other parties best interest in mind.
Would not recommend.

Chris shocked me when he contacted me on a Saturday afternoon to help me through some traffic problems I was going thru. Even after I told him I had already hired an attorney, this man was still willing to help. I'm just amazed with the help he provided. He answered all my questions in a language I could understand. And wiped the worries I was having a way. I will use him in the future and recommend his services when I can . Awesome person. Thanks again sir. I sure appreciate it

I was pulled over in KCMO for 11mph over the speed limit I called a couple of attorneys and Larry, Larry was very outgoing and professional he explained to me the process of getting it reduced to a non moving violation told me his rate which was very affordable and contacted me later advising me it was done and what steps were required on my end. During this procedure I had gotten a promotion and had Larry and his office not called me I would have forgotten about the ticket fine. He was able to get an extension and at the conclusion of this I let Larry know he would be my first call from now and and would definitely recommend him to anyone needing his services. Luke updated our estate planning documents and also worked with our 18 year-old son to get powers of attorney and will documents created now that he is an adult. Luke made it very easy for all of us even though we own a business and had a bit more complex situation. Pricing was fair and process was painless. Chad O'Neill has represented both myself and my husband. From the very beginning, they are extremely good listeners. They do not simply give orders and try to get you in and out quick. They spent a lot of time with us personally, and working on our cases. Everything they did had significant purpose; they did nothing that seemed to be a waste of our time or money. Every task was accomplished far faster than expected. Going in to court, our attorney was very professional and handled our cases very well. In the end, my husband and I were extremely happy with the outcomes. To be honest, we cannot recall anything we were unhappy with. Was alot of issues that were just overlooked in the case. Like they did not even care. And couldn't do a final even a Second reach out to my self that I had a balance. Straight to garnishing my checks. Feel like my girls could have had a totally different and better outcome, if the GAL would do what they are there to do.
And to your response no you did not represent me but you did my girls and allowed them to stay in a abusive house hold after all info was giving to you.
I'd suggest any one else find some one that is not about what ever it is they think their about. People children's and olives you mess with. My girls didn't deserve what You allowed to happen.
Also easy for you you have a 5 star when all you have is 21 Reviews. Wonder how many of these people you know personally.

I hired Sandy when I got divorced and again when my ex-husband and I went back to court 4 years later. She gives the best/most honest advice and fights hard for you! She is a "beast" in the court room! Never raises her voice, but she knows how to work a witness and get the answers she wants for your case.
