I can’t say enough about Eugenia Walls. Eugenia Walls is outstanding. Most law offices don’t care about you as an individual. They just want billable hours. Every step of the way she understood my financial situation. I still wanted a great lawyer and I actually got both. She sat me down and told me exactly what she would do. She did just that. As dad I couldn’t be happier. She’s smart and a pitbull. I was out of mediation at the two hour mark with every single thing I asked for! I’m still staring at my papers in disbelief.

Called Mr. Porter to discuss a traffic citation and what would be the steps to take care of it, I've got the best consultation and advice. The ticket was reduced to just a fee (no record, no points).

I want to start by saying that we are grateful for the end result Mark Hill was able to arrange for my boyfriend Steve's, misdemeanor criminal case in Forsyth County. However, our overall experience with his office was extremely frustrating, unprofessional, and stressful.
After paying the fee upfront, we didn’t hear back for about a year. When we called to check in, we were told cases take time, which is fine—but there were no updates unless we reached out, even after requesting monthly updates.
Once the case moved forward, communication worsened, and there was confusion about court dates and plea arrangements. Mark was absent for two court appearances, and during the second, his assistant attorney, Terri Wells, tried pressuring my boyfriend into taking a plea deal in the courtroom without Mark’s presence. We had to delay the case again.
After this, we asked for a meeting with Mark at his office to clarify our options. When we arrived, Sarah Freeman, a paralegal we had never interacted in-depth with before, informed me that I was not allowed to attend the meeting, even though I had been involved in every step of the case until then (per my boyfriend's request). Fine. When I asked when this decision was made, she told me that "the office" had decided on this earlier that morning—as in SEVERAL HOURS before I had taken time off work on a Wednesday and commuted 3 hours to and from the office. When I voiced my frustration, she accused me of being "aggressive".
While the case outcome was positive, I cannot recommend this office due to the lack of communication, professionalism, and respect. The experience, especially with Ms. Freeman, was unacceptably stressful and unpleasant.

If you have a criminal case. Do NOT hire him . You will waste your money and end up with a long prison sentence. I am living proof. I wasted years of my life for a case that could have been thrown away or gotten a reduced sentence. He will work with the DA an throw you under the bus for another client to get time reduced.

This review is well overdue. Bob is the best lawyer alive! If you need an attorney look no further you have found HIM. Arrested on Thursday, hired Bob on Friday, was out by Monday and the case was closed that day too. Would’ve been out that day had I hired him before the courts closed for the day. I got into a scrap with my buddy at home and the cops got called. Even though me and him were good friends and were adamant not to press charges, the police WERE FORCED to charge it as a domestic violence case. Arrested on Thursday, hired Bob on Friday, was out by Monday and the case was closed that day too. Would’ve been out that day had I hired him before the courts closed for the day.
