She has made this difficult time so much smoother for me . Stephanie who is at the counter is also very amazing ! I've had a few attorneys in the past that were paid and appointed and never had I ever recieved the excellence of a attorney like I recieved from him. Rob is a master in the courtroom and unrelenting beacon of justice in a time when it is difficult to know who you can trust and put your faith into. Rob will come across as a serious and stern lawyer but make no mistake he's quite compassionate and empathetic so long as you are respectful and honest with him. Rob helped me go after some very corrupt people and he defended me like I was family. I was fortunate enough through God's grace to have rob represent me. He was my guardian and my champion in the face of some quite frightening felony charges but I'm home writing this now and not in jail or prison because of Rob. Do yourself a favor. If you have a criminal case. Do NOT hire him . You will waste your money and end up with a long prison sentence. I am living proof. I wasted years of my life for a case that could have been thrown away or gotten a reduced sentence. He will work with the DA an throw you under the bus for another client to get time reduced.

We consulted with Ms. Hale on a case and although she appeared to have knowledge of the way the system worked and similar cases like the one we had, her follow-through and attitude left considerable room for improvement. Phoned and left numerous messages regarding rates and her eventual response would normally be days later. When her late response was questioned, there was no apology given, only defensiveness. Overall, my wife and I believe it was the best decision to respectfully decline and move to another legal alternative.

Ms. Miller affords you her expertise as a Judge, State Legislator, Educator, Attorney, and Parent for your court matters.
Her understanding of family law provided me an attorney who listened, and explained all matters that would be forthcoming in my divorce case based on the outcome I had desired when we first met.
Ms. Miller is well versed in the courtroom and continually reads cases and situations, keeping them at the ready when needed for your case.
Ms. Miller successfully defended me in a very complex family law case that had all elements of a bad and difficult divorce with many accusations being presented to the court. Each accusation was dissected, questioned openly in the courts, and dismissed by the courts. Her successful representation gave me immediate access to my child, and a voice in the legal system that made opposing attorneys and Judges pay attention to.

Mr. Mullinax filed an erroneous motion because he assumed something and did not check it out. DA knew the truth. Defense case was severely hurt. Then he was not man enough to take responsibility for his mistake. He falsely tried to blame an innocent member of the defendant's family. He is wishy washy and passive aggressive if you do not hold your nose right, and he gets angry with you. He plays psychological war games and can be very mean. He takes on too many cases out of greed and then lets some important aspects of the case go by the wayside for lack of time. He lazily encouraged a plea bargain to save himself time and trouble. In reality, the case should have been tried. The guilty plea destroyed my career and retirement. I should have been found not guilty by reason of temporary insanity. I had had a nervous breakdown.

She was highly recommended by a friend of mine. Making the decision about a divorce is hard. I did not realize how difficult it would be just to get a return call to schedule an appointment. I tried for 1 1/2 weeks. 3 calls. She was always busy and never had the professional courtesy of having anyone call me back to schedule an appointment or even tell me she was too busy to take me on. All I ask is for the courtesy of a call back. Have times changed so that it is too much to ask for a call back?
