Scott Russell is a true professional. I walked into his office for our initial consultation full of questions and anxiety regarding my impending divorce. My stress was quickly alleviated within moments of beginning our consultation. Scott answered all of my questions and fully prepared me with reasonable expectations of the outcome. Throughout the process, I was continually impressed by the effective communication and responsiveness received by him and his staff. In dealing with the most difficult time of my life, I know with certainty that I could not have been better represented. I've recommended Scott to several people and he apparently treats everyone with this level of professionalism and respect. Can't say enough great things about this attorney...he is the attorney to meet. I used to think attorneys had a bad reputation but this changed my view! Finding a lawyer for a minor is scary you want to make sure that you find someone that will be helpful. I appreciated that Mr. Kaufman was realistic but helped us to be hopeful for a positive outcome. When I reached out to him he responded quickly. Although our case took a little longer than anticipated I was very appreciative that in the end that he was able to help us resolve in the best way possible.

I have had Marty defend me twice now. I feel very confident in his skills as an attorney, and how he is very knowledgeable about the law. He knows when he can win it for you or not and is very honest with you. He got my OVI, which should have been an UOVI, but can't do much about it now and he got it reduced to something that can't be seen as an OVI offense. He is also now helping me with my traffic mistakes and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone in the Ohio area.

Very positive experience working with the firm & Steve Kilburn. I engaged them for a speeding citation. Steve was professional from the first meeting, listened to the specific scenarios, gave ideas on taking the remedial course proactively and was able to leverage the evidences available to our advantage. I am very pleased with the help that Brent Jarnicki and his office provided me. I came in to file a first time bankruptcy and was nervous just getting the process started. I had no clue what I was doing with it, and felt so lost. We setup a time to meet, and Brent guided me through everything that was needed. He held my hand through the entire process, making sure I had all of the necessary documents, and where I could go to get them. I have been involved in a custody battle for around 5 years. To make a very long story short, I could not have done it without Mr. Aldridge and Mr. Kaspar either. Mr. Aldridge was very dedicated and knowledgeable through the whole case. I could have never asked for a better person to get me to this point of having custody. If you are in a position to try and get visitation with your child or any child, shared parenting or any kind of rights for your child or someone else's child. Then don't go searching for any other lawyers. Go and talk to Mr. Aldridge and get started. It may be a long process but with him at least you know you have a chance. Also, do not think that you can just go ask a lawyer for something and you will get it, there is a lot of work and dedication on your part too. I worked very hard and stayed dedicated to my case because I believed in it. Your lawyer can only go so far, the other part is up to you personally. But, if you work as hard as Mr. Aldridge and are as dedicated to your case as he will be when you hire him, then only the best outcome will come in the end. I am not getting paid to write any of this or was even asked to. I just strongly believe in his work because I have worked with him for 5 years now, so my experience has proven a lot.

I had doubts about this lawyer who was appointed to my contempt case due to his younger appearance, and his methods of keeping in contact being somewhat lacking; but when we were in the court room, he was very on key, and perceptive to cues from myself, and the opposing party. Charlie took my case to trial and got a NOT GUILTY verdict . During trial he presented all the evidence and witnesses with great diligence ! His professionalism was impressing . Do not recommend this attorney to represent you in a custody case. Doesn’t respond to emails or text messages. Poor judgment, indolent. Doesn’t file reports in a timely manner. Waits til day of court to send his reports in, no time for rebuttal. Lacks empathy or compassion. Sends innocent children to live with a known child abuser with no regard for their safety. I hope you can sleep at night knowing what you did. If you are appointed this attorney to represent your custody case, better refuse and pay for your own lawyer to represent you.

Mr. Ernst and his staff are welcoming, God fearing people. A peace exudes over one as they step off of the elevator. This "Peace" I felt led me to an amazing outfit. Since hiring Dave, he has been very FOCUSED on the results of my matters. I have no qualms or complaints. He doesn't belittle you, he empowers you. Just the other day, I witnessed his paralegal share love in the form of a hug for a client they had helped successfully and it touched my heart. Again, I dont know who the lady was, but the love and caring shared by the members in this office is what I believe helps Dave to focus on the pertinent and important issues. I titled this focused representation because I always see the Staff there focused on making a positive difference in peoples lives. Not once have I heard negativity or an attitude. Hired him to represent me in a frivolous business lawsuit case. He demonstrated poor communication (approx. 30 non-responses for follow up). He also did not demonstrate any urgency with the court regarding my case. Filed a motion without my knowledge. I also had to look up status updates online to see where the case was in the legal system since he was unresponsive. He was very responsive after I replaced him with another lawyer. He also provided poor legal advice early in my case according to new legal representation. It appears he simply did not want to go to court based on the e-mails. My new lawyer is working to redo motions he has filed since they are incomplete (did not site any case law for our legal position). There was also no bond set in the event the plaintiff was incorrect in this matter. I highly recommend not using this lawyer for any business litigation. The cost to my business has been high.

Juliette is competent and knowledgeable. My biggest disappointment and frustration was the way she handled my case. There were 2 instances where she appeared in judge's chambers with my former spouse's attorney that I found out about after it occurred. I was not kept informed until very late in the proceedings as to what was going on and how she was going to handle the situation. Her assistant always made sure the invoice was sent on time, but responding to my voice mail or email messages took days and sometimes over a week would go by before either of them would answer my questions or concerns. I did a lot of research on my own to defray costs, like checking on my former spouse's pension and did spreadsheets showing how much money I had spent over the years on our children's education, living expenses, my ex spouses legal bills, etc. to prove how negligent he had been over the course of our marriage. All they (my attorney and his) seemed to focus on was how much money I made and how little he made despite the fact that he has been and is still a pot user and that is why he was habitually underemployed. The verbal, mental and psychological abuse I suffered seemed to not even matter so I finally gave up and paid on a settlement which means he won and I lost. At least I'm rid of him now but I truly felt like my attorney and his attorney just decided to wear me down and get it over with.

Completely unhappy with his services. He is unresponsive and does not participate in client preparation whatsoever. I had to request multiple times to meet with him to discuss my case before our court dates. He did not file the proper paperwork before one of my hearings and told me it was my fault that he didn't because I didn't tell him to. Well, had I known that needed to happen and I needed to tell him, I would have. He was unprepared on my court date an had no credible knowledge towards the case he represented me in as the plaintiff. I actually ended up losing more than what I had to start with after my hearing. At the end of my dealings with him I was left with less than what I started with in addition to a +$5,500.00 bill. I strongly advise to steer clear of his services

I have worked with Mark Bogen in the context of a Defendant in his court (he is also a judge). Despite the fact that i was a defendant, and he was the judge who sometimes rendered a finding that was not in my favor (sent me to jail a couple of times), i must say that i this man is one of the most unbiased, unprejudiced, fair, and reasonable men that i have ever met.
I have also seen this man in action as a lawyer, and he is good. I would definitely recommend this man as a lawyer.
