I had a lengthy property settlement & divorce. And it was because of her that we were able to keep it as amicable as possible. She first helped me through the Property Settlement. Followed by guiding me through the Divorce that followed. Patience was the key to my particular situation. But I know ifthe situation had called for more feistiness, she would have been right at my side for that, too. Everything is finalized now. And I know things would have been far worse and more stressful if I hadn't had her in my corner.
Everyone at NOVA Legal Professionals that I've spoken with is kind and knowledgeable. I spoke most often with Corrie and Brenda Membreno (paralegal). Separation and divorce are, by their nature, unpleasant and emotional situations. But they were amazing at helping that sometimes complicated situation feel less overwhelming.
She was the only attorney I have ever hired on my own, for any situation. But I did a lot of research before I did so and I read a lot of reviews. Her specialties and the other reviews seemed to say she'd be a good match for my situation. And the consultation I had with her confirmed that for me. Divorce lends itself to a lot of complicated feelings, but hiring her was never one I felt torn about. I'll always be grateful to her for helping me through this.

Corrie was incredible to work with, you can believe everything they say on their website. She treated me and my divorce case with compassion, respect, understanding, and honesty. In my opinion, honesty shouldn't be understated in today's world. I happily settled in mediation. She was very well prepared for any eventuality that could come up. We used most of her preparation too. The opposing attorney wasn't as well prepared, and it made all the difference in the world for me and my case. I feel for anyone going through a divorce but very highly recommend Corrie Sirkin and Nova Legal Professionals!

I often encounter Shawn in court and he always conducts himself professionally and ethically. He is extremely knowledgeable, and I feel that Shawn really does have the best interest of his clients in mind. He is not an attorney that just wants to settle cases and move on. I often consult with him about legal issues, and he is always able to produce proper legal advice.
Additionally, he has a wonderful relationship with the Judges and that goes a long way in criminal defense.

Kim is one of the best divorce lawyers in the area in my opinion. My case involved a high conflict person with personality disorders who manipulated our son and the system to her advantage. After having another lawyer not present my evidence at trial, I hired her. She stands out because she became intimately involved with my case, was available for offering advice on off-hours, knows technology, was realistic, knew how to negotiate, and helped me change my perspective for better results. Kim was able to get me the best results, and now offers an effective and potentially fruitful path forward that may get my son back.

My family has been working with Phil Menke for nearly 3 years to resolve the probate of the estate of a cousin. Mr. Menke is so far behind in processing the estate that he has been censured by the probate court and had to pay numerous fines. He no longer responds to our emails in a timely fashion. Such a disappointment.

Mr. Daugherty handled multiple cases for me. I was involved in a very controversial separation to divorce. Although I tried to work with my ex toward an amenable resolution and get treatment for his addiction issues, my ex's family and the opposing lawyer made that difficult when they proceeded to file multiple fraudulent claims against me. Mr. Daugherty stepped in several times to assist - he even went out of his way to make sure I was aware of legal proceedings he found out about that were purposely filed by the opposing parties behind my back. Although the opposing party was highly unethical and attempted to circumvent or delay any proceedings they knew they would be unsuccessful in, Mr. Daugherty was straightforward and honest with me in options to deal with such. Unfortunately, my ex lost his addiction battle and passed away and I continue to fight his family to get the compensation that is owed me and my children; however, Mr. Daugherty's assistance in making sure I safely got out of an abusive situation was worth the cost. Mr. Daugherty is not only patient and understanding but is also ethical, straightforward, honest, and reliable.

I recently retained Mr. Lindsey's service for a rather complicated traffic violation. Throughout the process, he was very attentive as well as empathetic to my situation. An amicable resolution could not be reached verbally, and we were forced to have a trial. Mr. Lindsey was professional and argued my case flawlessly. His ability to make an argument in the courtroom was very impressive. I must also add, since I am from Maryland and the citation was issued in Virginia, that Mr. Lindsey is very well versed in legal codes for both states, and with that knowledge, was able to negotiate an outcome that was beneficial to me. I am pleased that I selected him to assist me, and, though I hope I don't have a need for him again, I would not hesitate to retain his services again.

JC Estevez and Nicole Naum are phenomenal attorneys. I was accused of a heinous crime that I did not commit at the age of 16. They were extremely professional throughout the entire process. Vanessa and her team walked me through what was the most complicated circumstance of my life. When I shared the story of my circumstance, she asked many questions about home life behavior and immediately made recommendations to rule out other factors relevant to a divorce proceeding. The plan which was put in place uncovered information I was completely blind to and provided me the detail to begin the fight of my life... for my children.
She was responsive, timely and thoughtful. I found it also valuable that she looped in other members of the firm to assist in answering questions regarding criminal actions to help me take make decisions on actions to take.

After doing my research and speaking with several legal firms I choose Bristle-Schulze for my divorce based on Anna's reputation and experience; but as importantly she was the only firm to have an in-person consultation. Right from the start I understood that I made the correct choice.
Anna and her team, Courtney and Krista where on top of it from day one. They patiently explain the process and where very upfront with what to except, answering every question I had. Communications were easy and it never took long to receive a call or answer back.
Their experience and expertise on the legal side was also impressive, keeping everything in order and on track but also understand and tactfully handling the stress and emotion that one goes through. More importantly, they actually pushed for and tried to ensure the clearest path that was most cost effect for all involved.

Tim knows his stuff. I had three charges, 2 misdemeanors, 1 felony, I was founf not guilty of one of the misdemeanors and the other two charges were dismissed. He also made it so that after I am able to expunge the arrests, so it is as if the incident never happened. I hope that I never have to use a lawyer for criminal charges again, but if I do I know I will be calling Tim.

Don is a straight talker. He is the kind of attorney that you want in your corner. I appreciated Don's style a lot and I wish I could have hired him. In my situation, we could not reach an agreement on the fees. If that were not an issue, then Don is the person to get results. You definitely do not want him as an opposing counsel.

I found her thru my company Group Legal program and boy am I glad I did. My case is interstate with me living in NC and the NCP in VA. Sadly my NCP is what they call a "runner", which made the case extremely difficult and time consuming. I hired Mrs. Hardy off our first phone call. I was out of sight and had never met her till our first hearing, but she was someone that I trusted off her knowledge and professionalism. I was not disappointed.
My case was about 7 mos long with a lot of motions and issues, but she was diligent and efficient. She didn't waste time or money and was always willing to find the time to talk and explain the legal issues of my case. I was not a good client because I thought I knew what I was doing, I was emotional and at times very hard to deal with. It didn't phase Mrs. Hardy at all. She listened and advised in the best manner for my child. She Won. She is a winner.. She changed my life and the life of my child. She made the difference and that's exactly what you want when you are dealing in Family matters. Its scary to go to court but having an experienced and professional attorney who is compassionate and patient, changes the whole process. Being out of state made it even more difficult and nerve racking and of course the court system is very slow. I was able to put my faith in her, while continuing my life in NC. I did not have the resources to go back and forth to court and I left it all in her capable hands and she lead me to Victory and an extremely excellent outcome. She got justice for my child and that has no price tag.
I plan to use her if my case is appealed. I highly recommend this lawyer.

Beth Chavez is not your typical attorney who i just out to make money. She is one of the few that actually cares about not just her clients but the people she speaks with. I recently had a child support modification that the other party wanted to do discovery and waste a lot of time and money.
