Sean and his team were absolutely amazing during our family custody issues. His paralegal team and staff assistants were quick on responding back to questions and concerns my husband and I had during this stressful process. Sean is very knowledgeable in his profession and trusted that our case would be handled the best way possible. He was reassuring when the court process slowed down and basically stalled as we have been dealing with our contempt issues since April 2024. We finally had trial today and hope for the proper ruling. Sean will do everything possible for his clients.

He stole my money and claimed it was consumed by billable hours when he had done nothing. He also claimed he had cancer but kept my money instead of allowing me to find other legal counsel. All-in-all he's a crook.

Kimberli helped me in my divorce this past year. What a nightmare from the start, when I first went to her I had zero hopes and felt defeated before we even started. She returned emails, calls and answered all my questions quickly and no matter how many times I asked the same question. Kimberli went above and beyond and made sure that everything went smooth for me and was always 10 steps ahead for everything. We were able to settle the divorce sooner than we expected AND got everything we asked for. I couldn’t think of anyone better to be on my side through this nightmare. We were victims of hurricane Ian. Our property insurance was with Slide Insurance. Their initial field adjuster was terrific and agreed that the roof needed replacement and the lanai screens repaired. Slide then sent 2 other field adjusters out to refute original adjuster claims and said damage was caused by poor maintenance by us. Well, enter Mike who guided us to a successful claim allowing us to replace the roof and other needed repairs. He was professional, personable and knowledgeable about how insurance companies operate. A perfect lawyer to have on your side when dealing with insurance companies. Thank you Mike!

Erica agreed to represent me for an extremely important hearing regarding custody of my son. In a very short period of time, she was able to come up to speed on my case. Erica feinswog is an amazing woman...Amazing.... this woman took on my case like a Caring mother and took away all of my problems.. She was always prepared. Always in court. Carmine was personable, attentive and friendly. Carmine and Julia treated me as a friend as well as a client. I was given timely advice and more than once that advice saved me from making emotional mistakes that could have been damaging to my case. Both Carmine and Julia spent extra time with me explaining how the process works so I could make informed decisions on how to proceed. I never had a cell phone before the divorce and Julia offered to help me with the basics of using the phone.
I can highly recommend both Carmine and Julia they made a difficult time for me easier with their professionalism and friendship.

I needed a child advocate for my children during my custody process. My lawyer had recommended Mrs. severance as someone he trusted and believed in. Mrs. severance turned out to be extremely crucial in providing my children that advocacy and representation. Mr. Masters helped my 14 year old daughter when she got a moving violation driving her golf cart in Viera, FL. Points on her future license would have delayed her getting her driver’s license and it would have increased our insurance considerably. Mr. Masters was able to plea it down to where we paid a small fine and there would be no lasting repercussions. His office staff is friendly and prompt with their replies and Mr. Masters is very professional and knowledgeable of the law. You can tell he is well respected in the courthouse by the judges, court staff and even the prosecuting attorneys. I highly recommend Mr. Masters.

They just didn't have a positive attitude about my case & definitely no "I got your back" kind of feeling. Billie came highly recommended from long time friends & co workers. When i met Billie, I knew within minutes she was the one i needed to represent me.
All i wanted from the start was everything to be equal & fair between me & opposing.

The Social Security Disability process is extremely difficult, confusing and frustrating. We srtruggled for the first few years, not knowing what to do or where to turn. By the time we contacted Maria Riddle, we had been denied and broken financially. Maria took charge, put us in touch with exceptional doctors and specialists, walked us through the disability process and made the experience way less horrible. There were times Alicia, her assistant and I just talked.. she knew how hard it was for us to go through this process and showed extrteme compassion every time we corresponded. New to the Cocoa Beach area, I was in need of an attorney and unable to ask friends for recommendations. I did some internet researching and met with over 5 different attorneys. I hired Mr. Austin just over a year ago to defend a misdemeanor criminal case in which there were two charges. Communication was never an issue, he returned all of my calls & texts in regards to my case and regularly made time to explain in detail how the case was proceeding. Not only did he keep me informed, I feel he also gave me honest legal advice in regards to what was best for ME and MY case. One of the charges was ultimately dismissed with prejudice, the other had stipulations that had to be discussed and agreed upon with the DA. Mr. Austin argued these requirements to very fair and reasonable bottom line. Even with the majority of my case dismissed I was still able to get in contact with Mr. Austin with no issues. Obviously the facts of every case are different and the outcomes will vary, but I would say that the honesty and transparency of working with Mr. Austin made made me feel very comfortable and satisfied with his work.

I knew when I first talked to Mrs. Dafoe and she said if I was out to get revenge or take what wasn't fair in my divorce then she wasn't the lawyer for me. I knew then that she was the lawyer I wanted. Divorce is never easy emotionally yet Mrs. Dafoe was very compassionate. She will tell you straight up what her fees are and doesn't expand her fees. Mrs. Dafoe knows her job and respects the position she and trust the judges have in her to exercise her clients rights to the fullest. I would refer her to everybody who wants a fair divorce.

I would NEVER recommend Erica as an attorney to anyone if you want things done right and fair. Honestly, one of the worst decisions I have ever made obtaining her.
At first, she comes off very nice and states she is not out for money, but that is completely false.
She dragged things out in my situation and billed me for any money she could get without helping me whatsoever. She would never respond to my emails and I had to explain to her staff that I already sent very pertinent information that she asked from me several times.
I obtained this attorney for help and she was no help at all. Cost me $10k for absolutely NOTHING done to help me as her client. Trust me, go elsewhere if you need someone on your side. Not Erica Feinswog!

If you want him to tell you he is withdrawing from your case the day after divorce trial and tell you he will not advise you and proceed to sign off on a final judgement 3 days later that you object to (one written by opposing counsel)..... he's your guy. You may want to think about if that is ethical and if that's who you want representing you. During litigation many emails to him without responses and being told they were difficult questions when I discussed the matter with him! Too many negatives to list.
Update: as to his response I don't take his apology too serious. The man won't even respond to any emails and sounds familiar as when I was paying him to represent me he didn't respond to emails. He was paid to serve a subpeona in my case and was notified that he sent it to the wrong department and needed to resend it to the correct department. After a few days I called the financial institution to check on the subpeona as we were on a tight timeline only to be told that he was contacted to resend it and did not do it. I contacted him and was given an "excuse" and he promptly resent it. I followed up with the subpeona department that it was sent to only to find out he didn't sign the subpeona! Again another "excuse." Prior to trial he said we wouldn't have the subpeona back in time for trial. One day after trial and him telling me he was withdrawing from my case....Guess what ....I again called the subpeona department to check on the subpeona and was told that it was sent to him the day before trial! 2 days later we have a hearing with the judge for him to withdraw from my case and I let him know that I had called and found out that he was sent the subpeona the day before trial. I can still see the look on his face. Within 45 minutes after the hearing I get an email stating that he went and checked his email and low and behold it was in his SPAM! Take it from there.
