I was over my head in debt due to medical bills and an auto accident. Quiet frankly I thought I would never be debt free. When I meet Minh I didn’t have much but not only was he willing to work with me but went above and beyond what I would have ever expected. Minh was very helpful with every step of the process of the bankruptcy and even help me to get my license back. Now after only 1 year after my bankruptcy, me and my significant-other are having a home built using my credit as well. I highly recommend Mr. Lopez! Mr. Lopez had worked effortlessly to help me. He knows his stuff and it knows it well. His assistant Is also amazing with all the efforts she put forth. I can’t begin to put into words how amazing Attorney Plantz is. I had gone through 3 attorneys over 6 years until I came into contact with Robert Plantz. I had just about given up hope when it came to custody with my son’s father. The attorneys I hired before him never stood up or fought for me. I spent years being put down by my sons fathers attorney, and I always settled. Robert gave me hope, and comfort that I was in great hands. He’s straight forward, honest, and most importantly he fights for his clients!!! His staff is absolutely amazing. It’s so rare to find an attorney that has a great team from top to bottom. His receptionist is always so friendly, and willing to help in whatever way she can. Carmen his paralegal is ALWAYS on top of things. If Robert wasn’t available he always made sure Alex jumped in to help with my needs right away, and he is a great pleasure to work with as well. Mr. Olsen has handled several items for us including will, trusts and estate planning. He is very knowledgeable and respectful. We were impressed with his promptness for appointments. I hired her to help with enforcing two court ordered judgements and the past due arrearage of child support from the non custodial parent. Well she cancelled a court hearing I scheduled before I hired her without notifying me. I showed up to court only to find out that she decided to cancel the hearing that I had waited months to get two weeks prior to the the hearing. When I called to find out what happened she told me it was a scheduling conflict. In essence she prioritized something else at the last minute and failed to notify or discuss the cancellation with me. I paid a $2500 retainer in advance, she charges $250 an hour. She was non responsive for the first 2 1/2 months. Not returning calls rarely returning emails. Things began to escalate with my ex spouse and she actually started to communicate via text and email and a call here and there. What I didn’t realize is she used this opportunity to excessively charge my retainer. Warning do not use her!

When I had a horrible car accident, I was lucky to find Attorney Ivanovich. She was easy to work with and explained the whole process of personal injury works. I went to treatment and kept her up to date with everything. When I was done, she began fighting hard to get the money I deserved. Speaking with Lisa during our initial conversation left me hopeful that I found someone who would diligently represent me. Unfortunately, instead of diligence I ecountered difficulty and frustration. She was tardy for phone conferences that had been scheduled weeks ahead or would cancel them at the last minute leaving me lost and confused to the status of my case. Documents that she crafted were inadequate, ambigious and open to the interpetation and whims of opposing council. This caused great aggrivation and extra expense to me. When the problems became evident, instead of correcting them, she seemed to take offense that her work was being questioned and while claiming to still be representing me, she was absent and no longer available to help or comunicate in ways that mattered. Obvious errors and over charges were made in my billing statement (I was being charged for work in someone elses name on a similiar case), when I pointed this out, again she took offense that anyone would correct her or her billing practices. Overall, she did little to help me and left me with lots of loose ends that I have had to handle alone. I really needed someone who cared more and followed up on the statements and assurances she made in our initial consultation.

Ms Lisa Berdine was instrumental in securing a payment I was to have received from a used car salesperson. The salesperson/owner was reluctant to tender payment for cost I incurred on a vehicle purchased from him.. He signed the receipt promising to refund money for repairs to said vehicle
After repeated attempts to secure the money, I contacted Ms. Berdine. She spoke with the owner and the full amount was remitted to me after she forwarded a document indicating that the case would be filed in court if he continued to refuse to cooperate. I was very pleased with Ms Berdine's efforts in securing the money on my behalf..

Attorney Berdine is very direct in her communication. This is great because she doesn't sugar coat the process which allows her clients the opportunity to be prepared for what's to come. Lies for clients without investigation. Poor conduct and no integrity. No you are a complete jerk who has no integrity. I was a witness and without investigation you and your client lied. You were reported to the bar association and your client video of her lying is now viral.. maybe you just haven’t realized that you defended a liar without doing a full investigation. You and your client going to hell for all the lies to go to such lengths to ruin a man’s reputation is terrible. I never witness such lies, and I was just a witness. I hired Attorney Sims to represent me in a Child Support case. I would NOT recommend her services to anyone. In my OPINION, I feel she was aggressively greedy. She intentionally itemized emails and phone calls she initiated to me. Had I known that, I would not have responded nor answered. I would NOT refer anyone I know to her. Her services are obvious considering she only had one review. Go figure.

If you like playing phone tag and being belittled, this is the lawyer for you, don't expect her to show up to court either, she sent someone else for our adoption case who knew nothing about us or our adoption situation.
Now after adoption is complete, lawyer is useless on any documentation, I have to go through the courts and pay for everything...
After this is all said and done I wonder why I paid a lawyer cuz she is utterly useless...

Renee always talked down to me and did not fulfill her obligation. The court order was made the day after court and I didn't see it until a week after. She also didn't include the second page of the order so I had to pay for a copy. Hands down the worse lawyer I ever had.

Miss Ortega helped me win custody of my kids. My ex and his bully lawyer tried every trick in the book and the judge was rude and yelled a lot. I was scared for months the case seemed to go on forever. Miss Ortega always got back to me and reassured me. She listened to what I wanted and help me and my kids. She was always prepared and was never bothered by the nasty other attorney. I have my kids today and they are safe. I would highly recommend her.

I hired Mr. Goad to handle my divorce and child custody cases. At first he was very attentive but after six months, he became very laxed. He went for weeks without returning my calls when I had an upcoming hearing and through the information from other lawyers I have contacts with, unbeknownst to me, he made a lot of detrimental mistakes that have cost me dearly and he ended up running away with the money he made off of me to cover his errors. Do NOT use him! My ex even warned me having contacts that Mr Goad also screwed over. I did not want to believe it would happen to me but later it did.
