He will overcharge you and manipulate your invoices. Whatever he estimated your cost to be, expect to pay triple! Also, he won't answer your calls often! Make sure you have a backup lawyer, he will fail in trial! And charge you extra for it!

We had an issue with a burst pipe underneath our house that was causing extremely high water and electrical bills.
