Do not spend your money here! The amount of emails I have sent my lawyer to see if she can help me with my case is ridiculous. had an extremely frustrating experience with this lawyer. From the start, I felt like my case wasn’t a priority. Communication was poor, and I had to repeatedly follow up just to get a response. Despite paying a significant amount for their services, I received little to no support or progress on my case. I ended up feeling completely ignored, and my concerns were brushed off. It’s clear that their focus was on collecting fees, not actually helping me. I would not recommend this lawyer to anyone, as I feel like I wasted both time and money with no result. If anything they pushed my case back. When printing out my things out for my fiancé interview she gave me papers with the ink out so all the looked really messed up! Looking at it made me feel so hopelesss! It is So unprofessional. Not a single thing was done for my case. I’ve sent out multiple emails asking what they can do for me that I never got a response back from. Also it takes about 1 month and a half to even get to make a appointment with them & it has to be on call not even in person. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THEM!

I strongly advise against working with Darren Pekny and his firm. I was recently informed that documents that had a protective order placed on them, that he obtained, were obtained on a violation of Nebraska State Law. After learning about this unethical conduct, I filed a formal complaint with the Nebraska Supreme Court Counsel for Discipline. I am also exploring legal action to address this violation and unethical behavior. Unfortunately, this is not the only unethical behavior I’ve witnessed from Mr. Pekny and his firm. They have shown a consistent disregard for individuals’ constitutional rights, which is deeply concerning. I urge anyone seeking legal representation to look elsewhere for a firm that upholds the law and ethical standards. I would have absolutely no problem showing anyone proof of this. Please be smart and go elsewhere. Our justice system doesn’t need attorneys that are like this.

This circus is definitely not the place to go for an attorney especially if it’s Darren Pekny! If you’re looking to get a pair of big floppy shoes or a big red nose this is the place to go! As my husband Dan and I were the opposing counsel on a case involving Van Schroeder as the other parties attorney this man is beyond INCOMPETENT and will screw up anything he drafts and or forgets to draft what needs be done in the first place leaving us waiting and waiting for him to get his crap together. He has also been notorious for dragging butt for the duration of our whole case so much so even a Douglas County Judge asked what was taking so long for what was supposed to be a simple child support modification. Now, after he drafted and sent everything over to the courts we get an email from Van to our attorney regarding he screwed up the parenting plan and now we are having to withdraw the plan and have it redone CORRECTLY this time, which in turn is going to cost us even more money for his negligence. We have more that he has screwed up on or did incorrectly but there's too much to be able to remember them all! This attorney needs to RETIRE!!!

Please be careful when hiring James Korth. 2 years and 8000.00 for a simple case. Never wave your right to a speedy trial. So because this guy is about retaliation his secretary made a phone call to us and he charges is 31 dollars for a phone call and the case is over. Disability filing. Many months without communication, when attempted to contact with questions or concerns, paralegal would have to re-investigate the case in order to remember who my wife was. No requests for documentation, no meetings with Dr’s or supporting entities…. Nothing. Dragged out over a year. Very little support during court proceedings. I would not recommended.

Bill Bianco of the law firm Bianco Stroh, LLC in Omaha is one of the worst lawyers I’ve ever encountered during 28 years of being an attorney. I referred a client to him as a courtesy and he spent months overbilling and insulting my client and his team while providing false information and failing to meet deadlines. He was rude, unprofessional, and wasted many hours of our time over a period of months. After my client fired him, I had a duty to report him to the Nebraska Counsel for Discipline to reprimand him for his unethical conduct. Stay away from this attorney and if he committed legal malpractice against you, report him to the Counsel for Discipline!

Bill Bianco is the worst lawyer in Nebraska! I am going to try and keep this as short as possible, but considering all the incomprehensible things Bill Bianco did or didn't do with my case that won’t be easy. I have needed lawyers many times in my business career of 25+ years. In this time, I have had some pretty bad lawyers but none of them were nearly as horrible as Bill Bianco. I have had opposing lawyers treat me better than he did as my lawyer. After 4 months of malpractice, disrespect and ethical violations I fired him.
This review is the first of many things I have planned for him. Next I am reporting Bill to the Counsel for Discipline to be reprimanded and I am also suing him for my legal fees plus damages. From overcharging me for work he didn't do, to disrespecting myself, my experts and my other attorneys it was beyond bad. You would be better off representing yourself than hiring Bill Bianco. If you’ve had problems with him please reach out to me I may be able to help you. This guy should not be allowed to practice law ever again!!!

Do not spend your money here! The amount of emails I have sent my lawyer to see if she can help me with my case is ridiculous. had an extremely frustrating experience with this lawyer. From the start, I felt like my case wasn’t a priority. Communication was poor, and I had to repeatedly follow up just to get a response. Despite paying a significant amount for their services, I received little to no support or progress on my case. I ended up feeling completely ignored, and my concerns were brushed off. It’s clear that their focus was on collecting fees, not actually helping me. I would not recommend this lawyer to anyone, as I feel like I wasted both time and money with no result. If anything they pushed my case back. When printing out my things out for my fiancé interview she gave me papers with the ink out so all the looked really messed up! Looking at it made me feel so hopelesss! It is So unprofessional. Not a single thing was done for my case. I’ve sent out multiple emails asking what they can do for me that I never got a response back from. Also it takes about 1 month and a half to even get to make a appointment with them & it has to be on call not even in person. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THEM!
