Israel Piedra was absolutely fantastic! He is extremely responsive and very open to listening to your concerns, which is not always common with lawyers, especially prior to formally "obtaining" them. This was very helpful in my search for a good fit attorney. He really wanted to listen to the situation at hand before providing a suggestion on how to proceed. I reached out to Heather regarding a fairly complicated post-divorce, post-alimony dispute related to health insurance coverage for my ex-spouse.
After an initial consultation where she educated me as to the uniqueness of my situation, she described a path forward that would provide closure. Though the issue took over a year to resolve (due mostly to the pandemic) I felt that Heather was attentive to my needs and generally cost-conscious in her approach.
In the end things went against me financially which, while unfortunate, was always a possibility. However she did achieve my primary goal of finality without having to go through a trial, so overall I was satisfied which the approach Heather took.

I hired Katherine for my divorce on a recommendation of a friend. Katherine is extremely easy to work with. She is very direct and honest in her approach which was exactly what I was looking for. I wanted someone to lay out the facts in front of me with no candy coating. Going through any court process can be stressful,especially without proper representation. When I decided to start looking for an Attorney,Kalled Law offices was the first name that popped up. I called and immediately had a response.Following that response I was scheduled for a consultation,very quickly. Going into the consultation as a young mom looking for help I was initially nervous. I knew what I wanted and needed someone who would listen,give me solid advice and answers. When I arrived at the office and spoke with Katrina those nerves went away,I felt almost at home in the office. Katrina was helpful,consistent and calm. Then I had the pleasure of talking with Attorney John Kalled,who very early on I knew was listening,taking in the information I was splurging out and already solving the issues in his head. Attorney Kalled was also very calm and collected in his advice and answers,very caring and made me feel as though he wanted what was best for not only my child but me as well. I went in looking for an Attorney and a team that would fight with pride and determination, all of the individuals at this office met those expectations. Dennis aided me through a small claims proceeding involving a used vehicle that had caught fire within a few miles of driving from the seller's. The seller had refused to refund the money I had paid him, and despite my winning a judgement against him, he refused to pay the settlement. Dennis was able to negotiate a payment plan with the seller, and he is finally starting to pay.

I have been acquainted with attorney Brian Snow for 15+ years. He became my lawyer when I was running a business. He not only improved my contracts by adding necessary clauses and making them air tight, he was also there for me whenever a legal matter arose. Several years later he handled my divorce which was a very emotional ordeal. He was understanding, patient and once again took charge of what was needed to be done. And lastly, he helped me with the ordeal regarding the sale of my house. I was an out of state witness/victim in case where I had made clear to the prosecution that I had no desire for defendant to be charged. When I spoke with Sarah, I was impressed with how thorough she was and how she had a plan for each of the different scenarios that could play out. Sarah even was able to get me in touch with a local in-state attorney to help me understand more about any legal issues that could arise within my own state. She called out the prosecution for attempting to coerce me into testifying by sidestepping the interstate subpoena process and was able to successfully convince the court in my favor which resulted in the case against the defendant being dismissed.

Patricia (Patti) LaFrance esq. Is an amazing attorney. She did a very nice job laying out exactly what my expectations should be during my divorce. She quickly ascertained the nature of my case and the unique challenges that I was left to deal with. She is particularly well versed and known for her advocacy in domestic violence cases. In fact, I was pleasantly surprised when our Judge knew her by first name and referred to her work when she was with the prosecutors office. Patricia was hired to assist in appealing a denied claim filed with our insurance carrier for a large employee theft that occurred at my company. I had been battling back and forth for well over a year with our carrier before dismissing our current attorney and hiring Patricia. I hired Attorney Worsley to take on my case which was turned down by many attorneys (7) in the northeast due to the complexity of the cases involved.
