Susan Lachman recently represented me and I could not have been more pleased with her. I am in Houston and my case was being heard in New Hampshire so you can only imagine a scenario where there is late information and miscommunication, but there was none. I found Attorney D'Agostino to be very knowledgable, skillful and several steps ahead of the other side. He is articulate, and makes an impressive argument and is quick on his feet in front of a judge. He usually returned my call on the same day or one day later. Most times I was able to speak with him, even if it was a weekend or holiday (he provides client with access to his cell phone). His manner can be agressive or gentle ,according to the situation. He gets results and explains why something happened the way it did , especially when a judge would argue against us.

August 11th, 2023, came the call, ‘Go outside and enjoy the sunshine… it’s over’. These were the words from my lawyer telling me that the worst nightmare of my life had finally ended. Attorney Anthony “Tony” Naro, Esq. saved my life. In the two years prior to that call, I had lost everything; my career, my reputation, my apartment, my trust in people, my health, my identity and most of my friends. The fact that I knew I was innocent could not fight off the constant, intrusive thoughts of fear.
You see, I was accused of an awful crime that I did not commit. Unfortunately, as I quickly found out, the majority of people tend to believe whatever they hear and/or see without any need for convincing. You are deemed GUILTY by most who view the lies and distortions on the news, in print, and in conversations they have with others. You are “presumed innocent until proven guilty” is one of the most abhorrent of lies tangled into our need to believe that we can’t just fall victim to an accusation. Once accused, you quickly learn that this belief of assumed innocence is not true at all.
Tony Naro was there for me in so many ways throughout the whole process. He kept me updated and informed of every detail. He was incredibly responsive to my calls and emails. He never kept me waiting to hear back from him. He was understanding and compassionate over and beyond any expectation you may have from your lawyer. He listened to me express my fears and truly understood the depth of darkness I was feeling. He understood when I, on more than one occasion, broke down into tears in his office. He made that ok for me to do.
He never misled me or gave me false hopes. He was honest and direct about where we were at along the way through the legal process. He knew every expert to hire to solidify our case and give the evidence to prove my innocence. He knew and pursued all the right legal angles to provide an impenetrable defense. How do you show gratitude to someone like him? I can’t imagine what might have happened if I did not have Tony representing me. There really are no words that can fully encapsulate my thankfulness to Attorney Naro “Tony”.
Tony gave me my faith back. I am reminded of a Psalm; Psalm 40: “He brought me up also out of a horrible pit, out of the miry clay, and set my feet upon a rock”.

i had an amazing experience with Brent . He knows everything for you as an immigrant and always do all the steps you supposed to do in a perfect way . always reply emails fast and with fully answers for all the questions you have for him . it is absolutely worth the money i would choose him again every time i have to choose i got my green card without needing an immigration interview all due to Brent hard work with me. i was hesitate about the price at first but i am so glad i chose Brent and did not follow my hesitation so if you guys confused about the price it is absolutely worth it and very awardable.

This is based off the sheriff fact that A) it seems impossible to get any information on consultation prices B) The receptionist have mild attitude when I ask for a response and help as I've messaged and called multiple times C) absolutely zero responsiveness after phone calls and emails.

I hired Granite Law Group for a car accident I had. At first, communication could have been better with obtaining my records. Attorney Matt Maaloof and his paralegals, Kristyn and Jazmin were able to settle the case 7 months later avoiding a trial. All of Mr. Bucks reviews are solid for a reason. This man knows exactly what he is doing. I've never needed anything like this in my life, and I slipped up and didn't know who to turn to. Mr. Buck was quick with a response and was very confident he could take my case on and do his best. He did so much better than I expected and went above and beyond. He didn't come with a single strategy, but multiple. He was always on top, and always at LEAST two steps ahead of everyone. Back in 2019 I was falsely accused of committing a crime. The subsequent police investigations resulted in my arrest and eventually a wrongful conviction. The criminal attorney who represented me throughout the ordeal highly recommended attorney Lothstein and his law firm to do the appeal.
The trial transcripts and all of the other required documentation were gathered and submitted, and Lothstein and Guerriero went to work. The case was accepted by the NH Supreme Court, and oral arguments were heard in the fall of 2022. I was able to attend the oral arguments, and watching attorney Lothstein in action was an absolute privilege. Attorney Lothstein had previously explained the percentages of successful appeals to me, but I left the oral arguments feeling very, very, hopeful. On March 30, 2023, I received word that the conviction was reversed and remanded back to the Superior Court where the trial was conducted. The opinion that the Supreme Court issued was a very strong, concise, and unanimous decision. It is a decision that will be cited in motions and briefs far into the future, and will hopefully help prevent future wrongful convictions due to the law created in our case. It also gave the State of New Hampshire really no choice on their next action, as evidenced by the verbiage on the Notice of Nolle Prosequi that we received from the Superior Court: “Given Supreme Court Order of reverse and remand, the State is not pursuing this charge.”
These results were not achieved by accident. The dedication given to this case by attorney Lothstein and his entire legal staff was incredible. From day one I was treated as a person as opposed to just a client. The level of comfort that I felt from the first day we spoke was as high as it could have possibly been, and it remained that way until the day the ruling was announced. The victory that we celebrated in the following days was an extremely hard, well fought, and justly deserved one that has been instrumental in helping me “recover” from a nightmare that continued for only several weeks shy of four very long years.
If anyone reading this review has any doubt about who I would recommend to someone in need of an appellate attorney (or any other practice areas they specialize in), you should try reading this review again from the beginning. I know I have said it many times, but once again- attorney Lothstein, Melanie, and everyone else- Thank you again for all that you have done.

I worked with Christine Hanisco on my surrogacy contract. She was incredible knowledgeable and helpful during the time we were negotiating my contract. She always availed herself when I had a question whether it was by email or phone. I appreciate her caring empathic ear while I had many questions and concerns while going through this process. I recommend Christine Hanisco for all of your legal needs due to surrrogracy. She also has a wide knowledge of other ‘s in and out of her field that can help with many different avenues when planning to become a surrogate such as but not limited to financial planning, employment attorneys and so forth. Attorney Hanisco was simply amazing through my entire ordeal. No matter how small or how big my questions were she always took the time to make sure that I totally understood her answers. I never felt that if I said to her I don't understand she would be upset having to explain it all over again. She stayed right on top of my case the entire time. I was always contacted each and every time there was any information or movement for my case. Once may "day in court" arrived I was very very nervous. Again, she was able to keep me calm by saying we were not leaving that conference room until I was completely calm and I understood everything. Once we were called, I knew I had hired the right attorney. She was calm but yet spoke with authority and confidence. At one point I thought I was going to faint. She was right there asking the court for a moment. She made me feel like I was the only one in that court room at that moment. I was her #1 priority before, during and after.
