Middle of a tax audit and I was so over my head. The auditor was pretty mean and kept getting more and more aggressive and I was getting super scared of jail or tons of taxes I would never be able to pay back. I called Delia Law the next day and hired them on the spot. Ms. Delia contacted my auditor that day and provided an immediate status to me. She had it under control quickly. The best decision I made was hiring Cannon Kearney to represent my fiance with his child support case. Every attorneys office I called prior to him wanted a consultation fee without even hearing the situation or our needs. Cannon was the first one to not mention a fee and listen to what we had going on first which completely won my business. All I needed was someone to listen and he did just that. I had a harrowing divorce battle and am fortunate to have had Amanda Shaffer as my attorney. I was served with a surprise hearing in Integrated Domestic Violence Court (IDVF) - with not even a hearing date - and I scrambled to find counsel. After a frantic search and a dozen interviews with different attorneys, I chose Amanda because of her understanding of the situation and high conflict personalities.
Amanda’s approach is like a fox. She is methodical, knowing when to stay quiet - and when to strike. (For me, staying quiet was one of the hardest things because I wanted to immediately prove my innocence and refute every false allegation against me. She told me this would take time, which it did.)
In addition to being kind, clever, ethical, wise and emotionally intelligent, Amanda is also tough. She would not allow us to be bullied by the opposing counsel and their dirty tactics.

Updated review. I cannot stress to anybody reading this enough: who you hire matters and you get what you pay for. Attorney’s have case after case slide across their desk. It’s a job at the end of the day to most. If Aaron Shapiro or the force that is Amanda Schaffer takes your case, TRUST THEM. Full disclosure: I am a nightmare client. On a scale from 1-10, I’m an 11 in terms of annoying. My son is my absolute world. I have been a “white pony” more times than you can imagine. Over-billed. None of it made sense. Those attorneys cared about a paycheck. Aaron and Amanda are not only EXCELLENT attorneys, they’re good people. They have a backbone. Their time is valuable. They’re not cheap. Know that. When your child, freedom, or immigration status is on the line — don’t put it in the hands of someone who treats you like a file. The legal progress is exhausting (mentally and financially — I know it all too well.) It’s unfair. Read that again.

After a year or so of no improvement, I changed My bank info so they’d stop charging My account for literally not doing nothing!

I was fortunate to have found Paul! I tasked him with writing my prenup, and he was attentive and helpful throughout the entire process. I had zero prior experience with marital law, and I came to him with a ton of loose ideas for what my partner and I were looking for in the document. I knew it would be a difficult task to come to an agreement between all parties, and draft a legal document that satisfied everyone’s interests, but Paul came through. We worked together, and I found him very personable and easy to work with. He was able to break-down complex topics easily for me to understand and was extremely meticulous. These guys are real winners. They market for medical malpractice but it’s unlikely that you’ll actually be able to speak to anyone or that they’ll take your case because they are “too small” according to what I was told in a text message. They also don’t provide any type of referrals or references.

Without sharing specifics of our wrongful death case, I will say that the team at Morelli took on our family's case when other firms declined. They believed us and persevered (including through the pandemic) with the case. While it took a few years, the Morelli team was able to reach a settlement for our family to be compensated for our loss. The Morelli team was empathetic and responsive to our questions and needs. While I fervently hope that such a thing never happens to our family again, I would not hesitate to re-engage Morelli for future legal needs.

Mrs. Stark above all is well experienced knows the law and knows how to handle difficult situations. She handled my divorce I was married with 2 children a shared business with my ex-wife, several properties to distribute, assets and debt. Is like she just knew everything that will happen in my case well ahead of time. At the moment I didn’t understand many things but now looking back I should have followed all of her advice from the beginning. She got me all I wanted and even better than I expected including the most important a shared custody of my children. Is not easy to divorce and after that you are left with many problems to solve but she could see those problems ahead of me and helped me to get into a better settlement than I was looking for. Mrs Stark came highly recommended and she didn't disappoint. She followed my case with extreme care and knowledge and guided me through a painful, complicated child custody case, filed by my ex. As a victim of physical abuse of 12 yrs, I came to her in desperation and totally broken into pieces. She guided me step by step, to become the free woman I am today and helped me win full custody. She was there with me since day one, through order of protections, police interventions, and later visitations ordeals. Our case went unfortunately all the way to trial in Supreme Court, due to the unreasonable nature of my ex, though attempts to settle where made all along. Her presence in court was invaluable, her skillfull approach was always well received by the judge. If a motion was filed, it was either necessary or for a well founded reason, not to waist my time and money. Mrs. Stark is a fighter, and that's who I needed by my side to survive.
