Robert is incredibly smart and incredibly aggressive but he was also incredibly sensitive to me, the best interests of my children, and my wallet. I met with many other divorce lawyers. None of them came close to Robert. The same is true of my spouse’s lawyer. Robert was head and shoulders above him.. I would recommend Robert to anyone.

Brian is the man!! It took almost a year to get my case to the finish line but Brian was available to talk anytime I needed, and he did an amazing job of keeping me positive when things seemed rather grim. I never felt like a number and I always felt like he was putting 100% into my case. At the very end ,the insurance company offered me 8K, but within a week he had it up to 12k. My experience with Kramer, Dunleavy & Ratchik, PLLC was breathtaking. I was run over by a car in Harlem while crossing a crosswalk with the right of way. The guy driving was 100% at fault. 8 years ago, I'd had multiple surgeries & just managed to pay for my mom's Alzheimer's care when she died. I was totally broke. Couldn't work. Barely surviving. My debts happened before any of this. The state bar of NY enthusiastically recommend I set up a consultation with them. So I had a 5 minute call with his paralegal, Joanne O’Connell, it was nice. She wanted me to send my neurologist medical records to review and the detailed police report. Made it happen. Then, all communication ceased. No email was replied to thereafter. The only reason I can come up with is that Kramer, Dunleavy & Ratchik genuinely believe there is no merit in finding justice for pedestrians who wrongfully get run over by a car in the state of New York left with long-term injuries.
So I found an actual attorney who got to work, now everything is good.
