I was scared and confused and frankly completely lost when I found out I had to go to court. Thankfully I called James Doherty who was very helpful and very good at calming me down and pointing me in the right direction. One of the last things he said to me in our first phone call was to "not worry and everything will be ok." James reassured me every step of the way as things progressed. James was very professional individual keeping everything we spoke to on topic and efficient. I was also dealing with a big move to the west coast at the time of the case and
James saved me the trouble of having to fly back to the state of New Hampshire by convincing the judge to let me appear via telephone in California state. I was involved in a very bitter 2 1/2 year divorce case. I had to part-ways with my previous lawyer, thats how bad it was. Opposing counsel was coming after me for everything you could imagine contempt of court, she sent me harassing emails and refused to mediate etc.
I hired JAMIE JAMES the DAY BEFORE my divorce trial. After spending the afternoon with her reviewing my case, JAMIE went to the trial and absolutely crushed the opposing council.
My only regret is that I didn’t hire attorney JAMIE JAMES 2 1/2 years ago “. If I had, my divorce case would’ve been resolved 2 years ago. It took Jamie no time at all to recover/retain the information of the case and she put everyone in their place very quickly. Robert went out of his way to not represent me as a client. Yes I did retain him as counsel but he gave my leverage away in his first appearance stating "it's the best we can get." He then abandoned me on a Friday before our next Monday court date. Leaving me to find my present representation at the last minute.
Not only does he go out of his way to not work for your best intrests, he will work with the opposing parties to craft their language into your judgement.
